• Name: Kirby • Country: Czech Republic (originally from California) • What's your experience: started as a player during the pandemic, soon took over the DM role for the group. For a couple years I was an alternating player and DM in a westmarch server, so I have a lot of experience balancing homebrew rules. My favorite thing to create as a DM is specialty mechanics for my players, like for a "city faire" session or downtime rules to let the players run for city council, etc. • Do you meet the age requirement (18+): Yes. My gray hair should be proof enough of that. • Anything else about yourself (Optional): I'm a new professor at a university, so I don't have so much time right now to DM. But I'm a scholar of the intersection of literature and games and I have a music theater background, so I like to think I am perfectly positioned to bring good characters to anyone's campaign or one-shot.
• Name: Jor • Country: Finland • What's your experience: 5 years both playing and DMing. Currently 1.5 years into running a campaign online, 4 years next month of playing in an online campaign (level 1-17), and 3.5 years into a local in-person game here in Finland. • Do you meet the age requirement (18+): Yes, I'm in my 30s. • Anything else about yourself (Optional): It's always good to have access to more resources to search for games or players when it's time for something new. I've been able to play with players based in North & South America, Africa, Australia, and South Korea, but while it might work for the session itself, the time difference makes communication outside of scheduled sessions really challenging, so I'd love to have more access to EU-based games.
• Name: Amfibius • Country: UK • What's your experience: About 7 years, started with 5e • Do you meet the age requirement (18+): Yes • Anything else about yourself (Optional): I'm usually only ever, either, playing in 1 game per week, or, running 1 game per week. I tend to run games more than I play in them and I find 4 players to be the sweet spot for online play - so usually don't take more than that. The best thing about TTRPGS is bringing characters to life and experiencing that as a shared story - it's not about the numbers and the builds (though those can be fun too).
• Name: Megan • Country: Italy • What's your experience: New to D&D • Do you meet the age requirement (18+): I am over 18 • Anything else about yourself (Optional): Have a few friends who have a D&D group (in person) and always been interested but unfortunately I moved to Italy before I really got the chance to get started.
