Alright treating the first step very plain and simple as im a new player anyway.
What aspects of D&D do you enjoy the most? To me, dnd campaigns are about 5(usually) people coming together and BS'ing their way through some fun story telling really. Where the dice are the improv crowd shouting NO at certain points and comedy or drama ensues. What is your preferred role in a group (e.g., tank, healer, damage dealer)?
As far as roles are concerned I have no preference , from a whiney tank to a creepy healer its all bout creativity imo.
Have you played D&D before? If so, what did you enjoy most/least? new player, so brief oneshot a friend did for me, was fun, enjoyed it..... I guess in the spirit of the quetsion what i enjoyed least about it that it wasnt a full campaign and im not still playing it :p What are your expectations for the campaign?
First and foremost, fun. (duh) other than that just getting more playing experience having clever ideas turn into crit fails and just having one of the plethora of characters ideas that keep plopping into my head finally come to life.
If you are still looking for more, we are 2 players interested
What aspects of D&D do you enjoy the most? Building relationships, working together. and shenanigans you can only find in the most warped problem solving ways!
What is your preferred role in a group (e.g., tank, healer, damage dealer)? I prefer to play a caster (usually sorc) whether it be a support/control or glass cannon role. My friend does not have a real preference
Have you played D&D before? If so, what did you enjoy most/least? I have played D&D on and off since 2020, my friend several years longer. What we've enjoyed most is developing unexpected friendships. What we've enjoyed least is usually travel (both as players and DMs) because it's difficult to pull off, well.
What are your expectations for the campaign? Laid back and relaxed fun top scratch the itch we've both been feeling for a bit. We love the story drama balanced with active combat on small and large scales
my Discord is iameternity if you would like to message!
