I'm new to D&D, currently reading through the players handbook. I've played BG3 and listened to a decent amount of critical role so have an idea of the format.

I'd prefer to start with some casual sessions with some role play without being too roleplay intensive while I get my head around playing and the rules.

I'd like to start with some free sessions but could be open to paid once I've found my feet.

I'd like to keep to 18+ groups. Happy to communicate via discord / online chat for online sessions. I'd also be open to some in person sessions at local game shops in the Cardiff / Newport area.
