I'm have an old body 40+ but young mind, about 26 I reckon. Looking to get into a mature long term campaign commitment. Would love to find a dedicated DM who streams their game. Have been looking for a game on Roll20 and prof DM discord, unfortunately most of them are in the US or UK and our timezones are not friends.
If you have a spot available and want a dedicated and fun player please hit me up.
I'm starting a Lost Mines Campaign Fridays 9pm, games will run at least till midnight. I've been playing since 2nd edition. We'll use Roll20 and Discord. Let me know if you want more information.
Hi all, starting a game Fridays 9pm AEST: Below is a copy of my game description on Roll20, we'll use Roll20 and Discord
Gundren Rockseeker has hired you to escort a wagon of supplies to the mining town of Phandalin. You've jumped at the chance of checking out the latest mining boomtown, where designer and luxury goods are sold out of the back of wagons, casinos offer all manner of games and all night action, people are striking it rich overnight. Plus, 10gp just for a few days on the road from Neverwinter to drop off some goods is enough to start your bankroll. Gundren, a cantankerous old dwarf with a big mouth, has also hinted he and his brothers are on to something big and there will be future work once you arrive in town.
Welcome to Lost Mines of Phandelver. The game takes place in the North Sword Coast of the Forgotten Realms game setting. I've been playing D&D for over 20yrs and know the Realms very well and will be employing it's cultures, histories, and characters in the game. Don't worry if you don't know the Realms well or are not familiar with D&D, all will be revealed to you.
All players will be asked to create a back story for their character that will also be woven into the game. Once the Moudule is done, if the group wishes to stay together we will embark on a Homebrew adventure revolving around Character back stories. We'll use Discord for chat and background music and meet weekly. Figure games will run roughly 3 to 3.5 hours a session. I own several compendiums that you can access to create your characters and the game will start once we have 3 confirmed players and the party will max out at 5.
Game: D&D 5e (open to others*) Group preferred: Online Experience: ~12 years, mostly as DM Location/Timezone: Sydney, NSW AEST (UTC+10:00) Availability: Friday nights, weekends (preferably nights) Preferred role: Player (possibly interested in rotating DM duties with multiple campaigns if I find the right group) Game style: character arcs, good story, intrigue, don't mind sessions where no major combat or rolling happens
I'm a 'forever-DM' to date, only running as a player on the odd occasion one of my regulars offers to do a one shot. My experience is generally playing in homebrew worlds and stories, but I have enjoyed trying my hand at a couple of published adventures and I've played a good hunk of Phandelver a while back.
I generally make characters with a bit of flaw about them and I'm very invested in characters and the journey they are on as a group. Very much interested in intruge and poltics, opportunities to use roleplay and other 'passive' skills to resolve problems facing us.
Keen to find a group looking for someone likeminded and to get some experience outside my regular play group - they're great, and our game's ongoing, but I'm wary that there are other playstyles out there I'd like to expose myself to.
Really keen to play, but if I found a group that worked well for me I'd be happy to look at DMing again somewhere down the track to let the DM get a chance to play.
Happy to chat if you want to hit me up on discord: thepmd#9413

I've been DMing face-to-face for around 30 years. I'm pretty new when it comes to playing online.
I'm planning a level 4 adventure that may take 3 to 4 sessions. It will be set in the world of Aventyr (from AAW games).

Game: D&D 5E and honestly anything with a similar market Group preferred: Online Experience: Too much Dungeon Mastering Location/Timezone: ACST (UTC+9:30) Availability: Mornings 7-9AM start, Evenings 5-9PM start -- Saturdays or Sundays Preferred role: Player Game style: Story-teller
Seeking a group that is going to be fun to be around. I'm more interested in the party blending well than the game being great, as all sources of its enjoyment stems from the DM being sociable and the players blending well. I believe if you're not focused on making the game work well for RP that there isn't much point playing a Table Top Roleplaying Game as oppose to a War Game.
Looking for a group of all over 21+, LGBTQIA+ supportive.
As for a DM, I want someone who cares about what the players input just as much as the players should care about their input. I'm not certain if I am looking, however, for a low-commitment or high-commitment game in terms of its density but I am open to prospects.
Additionally, I am keen for modules and homebrew as my experiences in either is limited. I am not interested in pre-used or public settings such as Exandria or adaptations of media.
If you have a campaign that suits these parameters I can be reached at: Socks n Jocks#2671 on Discord.
Game: D&D 5e Group type: Online (Discord voice, DNDBeyond, Foundry VTT) Experience: Any, newbie friendly Timezone: Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) Schedule: 7pm most Thursdays Roles sought: Looking for a couple of players Game style: Casual play, mix of roleplay and combat
I am a DM running a homebrew campaign and we looking for two or more players to join in a Thursday night game that runs weekly, schedules permitting.
We have pirates, ninjas, monkeys, robots, dinosaurs and skyships.
Hey mate, how newbie friendly is newbie friendly? Like you'd be willing to take someone with absolutely 0 experience (aside from watching some CritRole clips)?
I'm a total dnd virgin looking for a group, been wanting to play for years but now only just starting to really look into it (thanks covid lol). I have dndbeyond (obviously) with 2 probably poorly made characters and discord, headset and camera. Casual noob-safe game sounds right up my alley, and thursday nights are good for me up here in qld. PM me or hit me up on discord Munki#1374
Hi! I’d be interested and my husband may too if there’s enough spots free! We both have played a little, about a years worth of experience each 😊 my discord is mimie_moo#1108
Greetings, newbie friendly is basically hand holding through the game until you learn to walk on your own.
This means starting at level 1, use DnDBeyond quick build for first time characters so as not to overwhelm with options, first encounters designed to run through the basic mechanics and so on.
I'm Jack, I wasn't sure about judging what type of campaign would accept me, so I thought it better to post.
I'm 30, living in Port Macquarie, NSW, Australia and haven't been successful finding a group locally so to the internet!
Game: D&D 5e Group preferred: Online Experience: Newish (a couple of small starts to a campaign) Timezone: NSW, Australia (+10 GMT) Availability: Mon, Wed, Fri, 6pm onwards or Saturday all day. Preferred role: Player Game style: Honestly I'm not 100% sure, being new probably has something to do that, I need to learn what I like. I do know that I enjoy both RP and Combat so don't mind if either of those are more prominent. What I'm mainly looking for is a committed group of people that are looking to play on going and get along, while create an immersive environment.
I hope I tick someone's boxes and would be delighted to meet you all.
Hey all, I'm Daniel from Melbourne, looking to join a new group. I've been playing weekly, but we have unfortunately needed to take a break due to family sickness, so I'm looking to fill the void.
Preferably looking for a long term campaign, I'm open to homebrew, or official campaigns, as long as its not Lost Mines, or Icespire.
I have several character ideas, and can discuss which would work best depending on the group when it comes to it.
Game: D&D 5e Group type: Online (Discord, D&D Beyond, Roll20, other VTT) Experience: Fairly new, have played around half a dozen sessions. I am a bit rusty but can pick up rules very quickly and prepared to commit to long campaigns. Please DM me

Its all about having fun together
Looking to join a campaign, one shot, homebrew or anything really.
I've played other games such as Cyberpunk, OGRE etc. but always come back to DnD.
I have a number of the 5e books, DMG, Players, etc as well.
I've been playing since D&D Basic edition, with a break for 5 years until a few years ago when I joined the local Good Game shop groups and played a number of 5e campaigns, homebrew, one shots over a couple of years until COVID killed it. I've played everything from monks, fighters, barbarians, wizards, clerics, rangers, paladins, and a lot of different races (favourite is Dwarf) so can be whatever I need to be. I'm probably a bit old school and try and keep my character simple (nothing too weird) to avoid too much complexity for the DM and focus on the role playing.
I love DnD and the chance to enjoy it up with a group of like minded adventurers.
I play video RPGs extensively and I'm writing a fantasy novel (albeit slowly) so no lack of imagination. I have
