Making a character is easy, if you've got access to the PHB just read the first few chapters and you'll figure it out.

Hi everyone, I'm a relatively new player, in a game that is fairly irregular due to our schedules. I'm looking to hopefully join an online game that is a regular schedule (but understand things happen etc). 

I'm in Canberra (GMT +10) and work full time, so would need to be after work or on weekends but happy to work around with others. 

Please let me know if you have any questions. I also have a friend who may be interested as well if there is a game with enough spots. 

Hi AshHK - im in canberra too and have been keen to join a game. Similar to yourself, i work full time and have an equally busy personal schedule. Having said, i would do my best to work in with the group if we are able to pull something together.

Fair warning - i am a rookie; never actually played before - just listened to a heap of podcasts and read the books lol. bit of a closet d&d fan boy.

I am an old 2.5 edition player (I used to play when I was a teenager...years ago!) that is looking to start playing D&D again with a group around the Brisbane area.

I am often away for work but with a fly-in/fly-out (Mon-Fri roster) so I would be able to play over the weekend with no problems.

I still need to familiarise myself with the 5 edition but I am really keen to do it. Can't wait to go on adventures, loot epic treasures and fight dangerous monsters!

Hey, I'm brand new to dnd, never played before but been watching Critical Role for a while now and hearing about the campaigns my friend in the UK is in at the moment.
Just wondering if anyone knows of any online one shots happening that don't start at crazy o'clock in the morning for us here in Aus? I'm in Victoria.
I want to do a one shot just to get the general idea of how things work and see if actually playing is something I'm interested in before jumping into a full on campaign.

I highly recommend searching on Facebook for Dnd groups in your area, as the ones I've seen in Australia are very active and many even have a 'quest board' listing ongoing campaigns that are open to new players.
