I used to live there and would be more than happy to play. I'm surprised that you can't find a group knowing how large a military presence is there. You might also check to see if there are any local game stores. I don't know the current rules or warnings, I do in the Pirmasens area where I grew up there is now a game store. I wish you luck in finding a group.
