Game: D&D 5e

Group type: This is an online game, using "Foundry vtt" (no account needed)

Experience: All are welcome, we are very newb friendly.

Location/Timezone: We have players and Dms from all timezones.

Schedule: The groups will be made from the timezone information that they provide.

Roles sought: Players, as many as possible, but no DMs are sought.

Game style: Balanced... open to almost anything within the realms of common sense when talking about playstyle.

Module: Dragon's Grasp, a new world and adventure yet to be released to the public.

Format: The sessions we host are paid weekly by a small fee through PayPal. (15$)

Age: All ages are welcome to the community, everyone is respectful (better be), but matchmaking for younger clients will be done separately and with confirmation from an adult.

Name's Val, and I'm here to look for players for a number of new sessions that are to start soon using Dnd 5e on the new Foundry VTT app. For those unfamiliar, the app has hundreds of modules to pick and choose from that alter the gameplay greatly, but only I have to install. As a player you will only have to worry about making your character and logging in through an URL I will provide.

The campaign and module of my creation features a great number of alterations and additions to the 5e system that turn the gameplay into a very unique experience. The more remarkable in my opinion are:



-Changes to combat that give more chances to prove one's skill (rock, paper, scissors sort of system where you must predict, counter and trick your opponent)

-A classless system that rewards your adventures with spells, abilities, and proficiencies depending on what you seek as a form of true customization freedom.

-Fully-fledged custom (and rarely balanced) professions and pastimes to be carried out during rests that further improve character and build customization. (Ex: Enchanting, blacksmithing, alchemy... music, lockpicking, cartography...)

-Between sessions custom character art drawn by me. (Got a new weapon and you'd like to see it on your character? I gotcha)

-Great active community in my server.

-Discord server-wide achievements to compare your progress with other ongoing campaigns.

-A great focus on survival, proper dealing of heavy wounds and other very hard obstacles that I always felt were greatly underrepresented in dnd.



(Many of these were created with inspiration from an early access game called Stoneshard that gave me some ideas I really liked)

The time and day is to be decided by the group finder system on my own channel, where people of similar availability will find each other and decide when to play. The duration of the campaign is indefinite, which can, and has, lasted for years in the past. You can expect to make some life long friends with us.
