There isn't a dice set? The email I received very clearly states the June 2021 Subscriber Perk is the Sanguine dice set. Which I don't seem to have either. But, maybe I'm misinterpreting the announcement email.
The link below is the view in browser link from the email. Not sure if only I can see that, or everyone...
I like the free subscriber extras, and am excited for them.
But its kinda silly to see people upset that something free is late, especially a free thing that was only announced last month. Lets curb that sense of entitlement folks.
Still, it would be nice to see less of "WHY can't I access mah STUFF!!" and see more of, "I'm having this problem, so I'm posting here in the support thread, thanks"

I have been a master level subscriber for about as long as DDB has been around. I subscribe for the ability to purchase the digital books and share that content with players in my campaigns. I own DDB versions of almost every non-adventure book and several of the adventures as well. I think DDB is a great service and will continue to subscribe with or without any additional perks.
That said, it is f*cking annoying to get an email telling me to check out this new great perk that I have received, excitedly click through the link to check it out, and see that thing NOT be there! Then have wonder if there is something wrong with my subscription or account, check my subscription and account settings, and then go through a 9-pages long forum post to learn it may take 24 hours for the perk to appear. Like, you could have said that in the damn email! I am one of your best customers, act like you respect my time...

Dial back the aggression, you didn't build the hoover dam, you opened an email.
By free, I mean I already have a paid subscription. This wasnt a feature when I joined, my subscription isnt going up, its not costing me anything extra, its strictly cosmetic - I'm not going to get worked up over it.
Also it's not essential to enjoy dnd. In fact I find the dice to be a hindrance, most frames to be too obtrusive to use and I keep forgetting backdrops exist as 95%+ of them are covered up by the character sheet.

Anybody else have a case of a custom uploaded avatar for a character no longer being visible ?
Gee nice to have squishy dice but I'd rather have my custom images that I uploaded back and working.
And containers ... don't forget the containers. I don't use the dice really at all... so as a subscriber I would prefer devs spend time on useful content than cringey perk fluff.

All of mine are currently okay, are you still experiencing this issue? I've noticed from time to time that uploaded images can be slow to load or timeout; seems to be something to do with wherever they're actually uploaded to being slow, but it's usually temporary.

Former D&D Beyond Customer of six years: With the axing of piecemeal purchasing, lack of meaningful development, and toxic moderation the site isn't worth paying for anymore. I remain a free user only until my groups are done migrating from DDB, and if necessary D&D, after which I'm done. There are better systems owned by better companies out there.
I have unsubscribed from all topics and will not reply to messages. My homebrew is now 100% unsupported.
It might just be me but I think the new dice have some weird rolling properties because when I roll them they kind of just slide, it might not be the same on pc though because I am using the mobile app

Same on PC imho. No real rolling. More a throw slide and very short roll. Guess they wanted to make it fit the weird audio. Funny for a moment but nothing to really use forever and considering you can't configure dice per sheet the use case sounds low.
The subscription is totally worth it IMO. If you have a game group, you could ask them all to just chip in a few dollars every month to cover the cost.
I don’t have the sanguine dice in my dice. Master tier sub.

P. S. I see I'm late to the party, plenty of people don't see the dice...
Agree completely. Doesn't help for anyone's sense of entitlement that they are literally called Entitlements by DDB, though :D (https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/marketplace)

Was said on stream today that it can take up to 24 hours til the show up in the account. A bit of patience seems to be required of us all :)
patience? You mean I have to go to a doctor?
Jokes aside, was there a perk last month an if so, what was it?

I didn't see the dice at first but then I logged out and logged back in. They showed up as soon as I logged back in.
Oh thanks, let me try that. They weren't showing up for me either
WOW, this worked. Thanks a lot, I was wondering what had happened :)
Thanks so much for the help.

For everyone having trouble seeing the dice, go to your account settings then click the Marketplace tab, and click the option "Sync my Entitlements."
Mine was showing that it was "out of sync," and as soon as I did that, the new dice showed on my list.

I mean, that's fine for you but I wasn't a subscriber before perks. They were a part of the paid service I purchased.
