Jeremy brought so much to D&D as a Game Director, a person, and mentor. While we, of course, hate to see him go and are bummed, this is not goodbye forever. We would cherish the opportunity to work with Jeremy on whatever his future holds.
After working to deliver the new Core Rulebooks, Jeremy felt was a good time to step away and they feel confident that the team can handle their departure and further build the D&D brand with their legacy in mind.
We look forward to seeing more of the team members who've been working on the projects that fans love stepping into the spokesperson role in the near future.
If you have fond memories of interacting with Jeremy or memorable stories from the adventures he contributed to, we invite you to share them here with your well-wishes!
[CM note: Like with Chris Perkins, this is a space to wish Jeremy well, not a space to complain and fearmonger. Please take that elsewhere.]

Jeremy, as you step away from Wizards of the Coast, I want to express my deepest gratitude for the incredible impact you've had on Dungeons & Dragons and the tabletop gaming community. Your contributions to the hobby, shaping the rules and experiences that have brought countless adventures to life for me and my friends.
Beyond your remarkable work as a designer, your visibility and advocacy have been profoundly inspiring. As an out leader in the industry, you’ve shown the world the importance of representation and inclusivity, paving the way for a more diverse and welcoming gaming community.
Wishing you all the best in your future endeavors!
Both Chris and Jeremy, kinda gutting ngl. But I wish them both the best and hope that the ones who step in keep the flame alive. I'm gonna still track his twitter for rules explanations though haha
Dnd forever! yes, very cheesy to paraphrase a line from marvel, but appreciated. And appropriate for the moment. Same to his buddy. Best wishes to all your future endeavors.
