(I totally missed that you wildshaped. That makes a lot more sense)
Vicelor's spider form nails one of the stirges with a web and it plummets from the air taking 1 damage and splattering on the ground. Nim, your rest is broken by this chaos and you jump out of your trance. Grum, you ready yourself for the monster to approach and they do. (Take your swing, I'll roll attacks but if you hit and kill it we will ignore the attack)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
"You don't need to--Oh. My. What are those?" Asked a very much wide-eyed Nimruil stares at the sheer amount of strange creatures. He doesn't wait for an answer though before scrambling to get to feet, shake of the fog of the trance, and then loose an arrow at the bugs attacking--"Wait? Now there's a giant spider too!?! E.... wha?! Nevermind!" Deciding to take his chances and trust the spider to be an ally, he shoots at the one harrassing it.
Action: Attack w/ Shortbow. To Hit: Attack: 18 For: 9 piercing damage at Stirge3. Includes sneak attack damage.

As the stirge flies towards Grum, the bugbear take a swing at it (Reaction) Morningstar: 11 , damage piercing 4 But unfortunately miss it. Raging, Grum throws a Javelin at another creature (action) Javelin: 8 , damage piercing 8
OOC: For future reference, I would have been totally cool if Nimruil had attacked the giant spider, now knowing it was Vicelor. That would have been funny.
Web recharge roll: 3 — doesn't get it back
Giant spider-Vicelor turns around, hissing, and darts its head forward, attempting to bite into Stirge3.
Attack: 10 Damage: 9 piercing
If that hits, Stirge3 must make a DC 11 CON saving throw, taking 11 poison damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
@DM:
If the poison damage reduces the target to 0 hit points, the target is stable but poisoned for 1 hour, even after regaining hit points, and is paralyzed while poisoned in this way.
Nim clicks his tongue and makes ready to notch another arrow. "Bloody buggers! I know we all love the game whack-a-bold, but it is awfully rude of them to not fly in easy to predict patterns in a life and death battle. One of us could actually die to such insensitivity." He complains half-jokingly before shutting up long enough to truly steady his aim and loose enough another arrow.
After which, he pulls out a dagger from his hip, preparing to mix things up from a different angle, least he use up all his arrows.
Action: Attack w/ Shortbow. To Hit: Attack: 17 For: 8 piercing damage at Stirge3. Includes sneak attack damage.

Grum is getting extremely annoyed at these creatures. "Stop flying everywhere, you blood-sucking demons!"he shouts as he grabs another javelin and aims at the closest stirge.
Grum keeps flinging but the creatures are too nimble for him. Nim does skewer one of the though.
Stirge one attacks Nim - Attack: 16 Damage: 7
Stirge 2 attacks Vicspider - Attack: 23 Damage: 7
And Stirge 3 attacks Grum - Attack: 15 Damage: 7
Vicelor (22), Grum (18), Stirge1 (17), Stirge2 (17), Stirge3 (17), Stirge4 (17), Nim (Used your last action for this one since you posted before the stirges could go)(9)
Grum starts to bleed a bit. The wounds are now easy to spot even with his furred skin (17/23 hp). How come such little creatures can harm him that much? He grabs yet another javelin and throws it at the flying beast. Javelin (incl rage bonus): 7 , damage piercing 9
OOC: OMG !!!! rolled a 2. This is gonna be the quickest one-shot :)
After the first attack, the giant spider reverts back to Vicelor's green-scaled kobold form. The next two attacks leave the shaman gasping and panting, looking as if he is ready to succumb.
(To Grimnir: There's Always reckless attack to get advantage. Should have by level 2.)
(Also, still a bit confused how I posted before stirges could go, as you had marked them as having attacked already here, but maybe there was something else I missed?)
Too close to the swarm to shoot, and needing to conserve ammunition anyways, Nimruil called out in elvish to Vicelor's spirit and reminded it of a strength yet untapped within it. That, and that it probably shouldn't let a bunch of bugs be the end of so great a shaman. Then with the dagger still neatly in hand, Nim leapt upon a stirge by Vicelor, aiming to catch it right int the backside!
Bonus Action: Cast Healing Word on Vicelor at 1st level to restore 7 HP.
Action: Attack w/Dagger. To Hit: 14 For: 5 piercing damage to Stirge3.
