(I would think Tabaqui is up again, as his action technically executed just before the TAs in round 1, unless your ruling is that the illusion did not count as a foe being visibly present.)
Tabaqui will move to Angus' side within melee range of Assassin 1 and stab it with his rapier.
Attack: 10 Damage: 13 + 21 sneak attack, all piercing.

< They actually acted on the "Now" in Tyreus' speech. If he was able to finish the speech they acted before Tabaqui, a detail lost by my inexact use of language. Also, because I thought we were talking about stealth and being hidden, if the order were reversed it would have been impossible, no? Sorry for the confusion. I'll try to elaborate more in future descriptions.>
Assassin 2 withdraws into the shadows as best he can, taking aim at Angus this time.
<can someone identify a light source they have illuminating this chamber? The tenebrous assassins prefer ro remaon in darkness, and Angus can only see what's lit iirc, so if there is a light source covering a pretty broad area, it's a straight to hit, but if the assassin is in darkness, it would be AD>
Crossbow 17 if advantage 15
6 + Sneak attack 17 and DC 15 Con for half of 26 poison damage
The other assassin will also stab Angus if he's still alive, otherwise take the hide action.
19 to hide (if applicable)
7 for Unable to parse dice roll. piercing and Con save DC15 for half of 26 poison.
Angus will once again channel his divine power and attempt to turn the will-o-wisps.

Marlyth moves near the northern side of the left sarcophagus, kneels down beside it to conceal herself from the direct line of sight of the assassins and applies Cure Wounds on herself to regain 21 HP.
"You ain't no nice guy, Tyreus....not nice enough to judge the actions of Waltarn. If you think that he was a coward, you're a master coward!"
Deception: 14 to try and convince the assassin that he is indeed doomed.
There's no mention of what languages this thing speaks, but it had to be one that Tyreus knows, so I think it understands Calner, but I seriously doubt it knows what a Cthulu is. ANYHOW. Insight 8
(Normally I think this would be an action, but I'm going to allow it as part if the turn.)
The assassin held by the black tentacle believes he us in the grasp of a powerful being. He remains restrained.
As Marlyth moves between the pair if sarcophagu, she trips a Glyph in the floor. For the sout wall erupts a Wall of fire blocking the entrance. (I think this only effects cslnwr based on his position) DC18 Dex save for half of 17 fire damage
"A rightful place awaits you in the Realms Above, in the Land of the Great Light. Come in peace, and live beneath the sun again, where trees and flowers grow."

"Run thy sword across my chains, Silver Lady, that I may join your dance.”
Calner will cast Absorb Elements as a reaction to only take 8 fire damage.

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Assuming the wall of fire does not block Tabaqui's path, he will disengage (BA) from Assassin 1 (the unrestrained one) cross over to Assassin 2 (the restrained one) and attack him with his rapier (advantage due to restrained condition).

Assassin 1 fires at Tabaqui then retreats behind a pillar (triggers aoo)
23 for 8 piercing plus 9 sneak attack.
Assassin 2 absconds into the shadows (triggers aoo) and fires at Angus 22 for 6 piercing plus 12 sneak attack plus DC15 Con save for half of 28 poison damage
Lighting courtesy Angus' torch and wall of fire. Everyone else can see 60ft and I don't assume they bear torches.
Constitution Saving Throws: 7 × Poison Damage
21 × Will o' wisp 1
4 × Will o' wisp 2
2 × Will o' wisp 3
Marlyth casts Absorb Elements in order to reduce the impact of upcoming lightning damage,
136 absorbed damage and she takes 10 damage instead of 21.InkedBee (Undead_Analyst)

(Still alive but one more round like that and I'm down).

WoWs acrions... pending.
<flubbed one roll, but it's moot, both of them miss. Of note: the one would have been pretty good at hiding, in theory, if he had done so.>
WoWs all become invisible and move about the chamber.
One assassin is next to tabaqui and Angus and the other is off to the west in darkness (unless sufficient illumination), but not hidden.
Angus Calner and Marlyth are up.
Angus will once again channel his divine power and attempt to turn the will-o-wisps.
"As an action, you can censure fiends and undead. Each fiend or undead that can see or hear you within 30 ft. must make a WIS saving throw (DC 15). On failure, it is turned for 1 minute or until it takes damage."

Dex save: 11
<these assassins can't roll for crap.>

I think Tabaqui is up. [May want to wait for Calners concentration save to see if one assassin is restrained.]
Calner's DC 18 DEX save for half fire damage: 16
Calner's Concentration check: 12
Calner will cast Absorb Elements as a reaction to only take 8 fire damage.

<The fire only covers the south wall>
<(Forgot to erase the WoWs. They turned invisible before turning attempt.) >
Tabaqui deals a nasty wound to the restrained assassin, slicing through his pebbly grey skin. A stream of dark blue fluid drips from the wound.
Assassin 1 fires at Tabaqui then retreats behind a pillar (triggers aoo)
23 for 8 piercing plus 9 sneak attack.

Forgot poison damage from crossbow x Tabaqui. Con save 15 for half of 35 poison.
I totally forgot he was still restrained. So first the damage for starting turn while in tentacles 11 then the attempt to get free 7
Angus, Calner and Marlyth are up
