Everyone still doing well? Need more roleplay/descriptions? Need more varied monsters? Any feedback is good as we move along. Level 20 fights can be tricky to run on forums like this.
*Nope, it’s going fine.*

This isn't actually a signature, just something I copy and paste onto the bottom of all my posts. Or is it? Yep, it is. Or is it..? I’m a hobbit, and the master cranial imploder of the "Oops, I Accidently Destroyed Someone's Brain" cult. Extended sig. I'm actually in Limbo, it says I'm in Mechanus because that's where I get my WiFi from. Please don't tell the modrons, they're still angry from the 'Spawning Stone' fiasco. No connection to Dragonslayer8 other than knowing them in real life.

For my turn I’m going to cast synaptic static again, directly on top of them. They have to make a DC 20 Intelligence save or take 22 psychic damage and have muddled thoughts, as described in the spell. On a successful save they will take half that damage.

Yep, doing well.
Also, the first attack on Obsidian would have missed (his AC is 23).

Doing well... Just a little more clarification on whose turn it was would be nice... I'm having to dig back through the forums to find whose turn it is.

“The mark of a successful DM is when you have caused more player deaths with doors than dragons, demons, or devils.”

I'm assuming that since I'm grappled, I don't need to roll to hit to touch him. I'm going to use Quivering Palm against the glabrezu. He must make a CON saving throw (DC 19). If the glabrezu fails his saving throw, he drops to O hit points. If he makes the saving throw, he takes 57 necrotic damage.
It was a year or two ago when the adventurers had finally reached legendary status. They had been celebrating in the newly found demiplane named "Mars", enjoying all the attention of the people. The red mountains and the bright hot sun shone over the sandy dunes, as natives wandered around, their almost devilish skin tanned to smoothness. Wild winds blew above and shook the ground below. There was only one notable problem they had to resolve at the moment -- smoothly resolving the tension between the humans and the citizens.
For any one else, this would be a challenge. But for our adventurers, they could no doubt prepare the transition to live on the seemingly hostile demiplane. Indeed, why had they remembered this moment? Because they had managed to prove the difference between True Devils and ones that were kind. Because they would receive authority over this demiplane, when they succeed.
So there they stood in the middle of the towncenter, choosing to interact with either the "Martians" or the humans they knew well. Who to talk to first?

The Glabrezu is angry, so angry that its claws light on fire, as he attempts to damage Dragon slayer. He roars fiercely as he swings his pincers.
Attacks: 15 24 27 12
Damage (bludgeoning): 11 8 and 7 8
Fire damage (for each that hit): 6 1 6 2
The Imps pour oil all over the battle field, cackling maniacally. Be careful where you step!
-----------------------------------------
Goliath: 25
Math: 21 [40 feet ahead, Channel Divinity, Shifted]
Glabrezu 1: 20 [took 80+36 + 32, greatly bloodied, hexed, move to 30 feet from party]The Glabrezu's fire kills itself in a blaze of horror as the army is shocked at what just happened.
Imps: 17 [took 65 damage]
Dragon: 15 [30 feet ahead]
Obsidian: 14 [went 200 feet ahead]
Thodor: 11
Glabrezu 3~4: Initiative 8 [Two 40 feet away, next to Math. One took 71+10 = 81+95 damage = DEAD, the second took 25 + 10 = 35.
Third one is 200 feet away behind a hill, took 10 damage.]
The first attack misses. The rest hit.

Glabrezus struggle in pain:

I believe it is now your turn.

lol poor glabrezu.

The mighty monk sends vibrations through the crab's body, shuddering it as it almost explodes. Its eyes seem to pop out a little bit.
Goliath: 25
Math: 21 [40 feet ahead, Channel Divinity, Shifted]
Imps: 17 [took 65 damage]
Dragon: 15 [30 feet ahead]
Obsidian: 14 [went 200 feet ahead]
Thodor: 11
Glabrezu 3~4: Initiative 8 [One 40 feet next to math, took 25 + 10 = 35 + 14 = 49.
Third one is 200 feet away behind a hill , took 10 damage + 57 necrotic from quivering = 67.]
It is now Thodor's turn.
Theodor will will cast gravity sinkhole, targeting the Glabrezu and any imps if he can fit them in a 20 foot radius.
DC 19 con save, 32 force damage on fail, half on success.
(sorry I missed a while! I should be back now)

The imps and glabrezu's are looking so dreary... and the battle is dragging on. They raise their claws again for more attacks...
[Would you like a flashback moment for a break in battle? Constant battling can get a little dull]
