There is a surge and a tether of magic visible to Kolose that shoots out from him and anchors in Galingal... abjuration magic.
((Kolose can give me an Arcana check.))
Galingal, you feel a sudden cold tingling that warms before fading as Kolose finishes his spell, and turning to look at him looking at you, you feel a slight repulsion. Not in the sense of being disgusted by him (whose to say), but almost as if you could reach out and push yourself away from him despite the fifteen feet between you. If you try, it doesn't work, but the feeling remains.

You aren't quite sure what all that was about, but Galingal now definitely has an aura of abjuration around him. The crystals that are growing throughout this place are emanating a pulsing wave of magic that defies categorizing into any one school, but while any one crystal is faint, collectively they fill the space with an insistent thrum of magic that is almost audible... in fact, it is audible... or... looking back over your shoulder, you see Lia, softly humming a tune that intersects with and is in time with the pulse of magic that surges through your vision.
Galingal: ((There are doors straight ahead from the stairs, doors to the right, and a shrine to the left. With all the twists and turns and landings of the stairs, even I don't know which direction is south anymore.))

"I... Didn't do anything..? I shouldn't have done anything," the wizard speaks, scrolling through his book as if to make sure before his vision starts darting through the room almost frantically. This way, that way, all around, before back at Lia.
"This is fascinating, theres so much magic around here! Too much magic. It's a damn powder keg..!" he says, before snapping back to Lia. "Are you doing something? Intentionally?"
"Hmmm? Me? What are you talking about?", she asks in confusion.
Kolose:
While she's stopped humming, the crystals are still pulsing with magic. It seems more likely that she somehow tuned into the same frequency rather than was the cause of the pulsing.

"Fascinating, fascinating, you didn't even realize..."Kolose says, almost entranced... And then doesn't even seem to bother to explain. He wants an unbiased review to see if it will happen again after all. What he does loudly announce however is:
" I would exercise extreme caution! Especially with those crystals, and especially using magic. I fear what could happen..."
Galingal moves into the room, Fargas following close as the shadow elf heads for the doors set into the opposite wall.
The door seems solidly unmoving through long disuse, but doesn't seem to be locked, merely heavy and partially corroded. Much like the one at the entrance, a strong shove would likely suffice.
((Everyone else is currently stacked up in the stairwell, anyone looking to come down into the room too?))
Petmailer walks forward to the door, nodding and agreeing with Kolose, saying “Just using my simple spell that I’ve used for many years to create light, I felt an odd pulsing, something I’ve never felt before. I agree with you, use caution with magic..”.
He then leans into the door, asking Galingal or Fargas for help as well.
Fargas gladly steps back to allow Petmailer to join Galingal at the doors, and the two elves manage to shove them open. The two elves give it a shove, and the doors swing open, revealing a room of similar size, that holds an elaborately carved stone coffin in each corner, the lids of each decorated with the carved depiction of a robed figure.

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Galingal waits for the other to come down the stairs before stretching the distance between them. Something spoke in their heads and best not to get separated.
Once the others get closer, Galingal enters the room, examining the coffins for traps.
Many of the others pass down the stairs into the first room, the goblins inspecting some of the old, decrepit tapestries between the doors, Jimjar having a look at the shrine, while Lia and Neth quietly comment about the gouges in the stone. Fargas follows Galingal into the room with the four stone coffins, holding up his glowing pebble to illuminate the space.
Galingal isn't able to detect any traps on the coffins, though the stone lids look heavy, one would want to be careful of fingers and toes if they were to try to budge them.

Kolose pushes through, and as his magically granted vision snaps into place...

"Don't do that again," Galingal says to Kolose.
Not hearing anything he tries opening the doors to the south.
