Daventry drops down to the ground, feet landing in the water of the pool. She staggers a moment, going down to her knees as she breathes heavily.
"Hfff... hfff... ok. Everyone ok? Can someone... can someone please throw me a towel?"
Suddenly self-conscious, she tries to give herself a bit of modesty by covering her upper bits with her free hand.
The was always a gauntness to Daventry's frame. She was thin and wirey, and while when you first met her she had a sun-baked tan from long travels, as your adventures continued she got paler, eyes more sunken, cheeks more hollow. It was occasionally offputting, a physical characteristic that might not have been served by her sarcastic wit. Now, though, her skin is a natural lightly-tanned hue, and she looks like she's more of a healthy weight than before, trim and fit, and perhaps even a few inches taller than she once was.
Her eyes are a plain hazel, with no odd shapes in the irises or ethereal magic alit behind them. Her voice sounds a bit warmer.
She catches her breath. "Gods, Lunoris... What in the nine hells did that bastard do to her?"
Triäsa quickly locates a towel and rushes to Daventry. "Are you alright Dav?" she asks as she tries to help wrap the towel around the woman. "It was..." she seems to hestiate a moment. "... well, quite a brave thing to do that. To give up all that." Again she pauses, "I am not sure I could have done that." She then takes a step back, taking in the changes in the woman. "I hope you do not mind my saying, but you look better. And to be honest, that book of yours always troubled me a bit. The fey woman warned me you were corrupted by something beyond this world. She seemed very concerned."
Triäsa suddenly recalls the fate of that fey woman, "Oh! What has happened to her? Can we get her back?" She looks about worriedly for Sylvarie.
Seeing the Dimesional Shambler disappear in a blinding light, Ludolf cies out. "Nooo..."But when the light disappears and Daventry is still there with them, he draws a big sigh of relief, averting his eyes from her new appearance, instead looking over at Sylvarie and Fistandia. "We will certainly try." He says grimly to Triäsa's question. "How is she? Can we take her back to her room?"The old man asks Sylvarie with reverance in his voice.
(Hey sorry, crazy couple of days. Suppose I left you all on a bit of cliffhanger)
As the chaos and the water settles you all look between each other drenched in Sune's Holy Water. Sylvarie strides confidently back into the bath house but her eyes give away her true sadness as she looks at the empty pool of water.
At her side walks the gnome, "Well I am right here, however, I have to admit I don't know where right here is." She looks around briefly, "Looks like some shrine to Sune though... I read about one in the High Forest, I suppose we are there. Interesting indeed but we have pressing manners so if you all would be so kind as to help me get back to Candlekeep immediately it would be appreciated. I need to get to my library. It seems the world is ending." She has a strong matter of fact voice and appears to be in fine condition. She the reaches up toward her chest and pats around her neck, "Oh no Oh no... Have any of you seen my necklace?"

"Yes...yes we should head back." Ludolf says, giving Sylvarie a compassionate look, glancing over at Ilam, hoping he will take care of the comforting needed now. "Thank you Sylvarie and thank you Ilam, we'd like to stay and help you here but as our friend says, we must leave for Candlekeep now." He says with a bow to them both, then ready to head back to his room to collect his gear before mking the journey back.
"Hold on, Ludolf, don't be so hasty." Daventry says. She walks over to Sylvarie, then glances down at herself then back at the priestess. "I... don't really understand what exactly happened in there, or what my path is before me... but I know in my heart o' hearts that without Sune's blessing... I could very well end up as corrupted as that creature. Without your help, none of this would have changed. I thank you. And I know you've lost someone dear to you... but perhaps she is not gone forever."
Daventry glances up at Triasa and Ludolf. "These two are some of the best people I know when it comes to unraveling magical secrets. If they can identify the spell that the Man in Black cast, then perhaps we can figure out where Lunoris is, and how to get her back. I promise you that if she can be saved, we will do so. It's the least we can offer in return."
She gives a bow to Slyvarie, then gathers up her armor and gear and gets dressed. She picks up the case with the tome inside of it, checking to see if the weight is the same as before.

"Oh, thank you Daventry."Ludolf says, blushing slightly at the compliment from the still naked woman. "We will of course do what we can to bring Lunoris back here." He adds, looking at Triäsa, pondering what kind of magic the Man in Black used.
Sylvarie sighs heavily and shakes her head, "Lunoris is gone... as a dryad is bound to it's tree and can not survive without it so she was bound to the water. Once she was pulled from the liquid, she... the magic that.... made her... ceased to exist..." Her voice trails off as the tears return to her eyes.
As for the spell you have no idea, looked like magic though.
Fistandia continues to pace around the bathhouse frantically looking under towels and chairs. Muttering to herself as she does, "Where is it... Not good... Not good at all..."
Daventry looks to Sylvarie, then looks down to the ground, sharing in her grief a moment before finding resolve. "Then I make a second promise, as I'll keep faith that my first can be fulfilled. I'll drive my blade through the bastard that took her from this world. And I hope I will prove myself worthy of the chance she gave me."
She nods to Ilam. "Sorry for being a ***** towards you. I... lets say that I am glad I was wrong. I was sure we'd come back to a pair of statues."
As she approaches the others. "I remember when Klin first looked after Fistandia once we found her, she had the necklace. But... I'll be honest I don't know what happened to it since. Did her caretakers in Candlekeep take it? Was it on her when we came through the portal here?"
And she says quietly, "And before we leave, we should check the hag's rooms more thoroughly. We left a lot of stones unturned in our haste."
Triäsa hears what Sylvarie said about Lunoris. "Yet another shameful death at the hands of this Man in Black," she sighs, looking saddened. Her attention then turns to Fistandia, coming over to the gnome. "What are you looking for? A necklace?" she asks. She tries to recall if she was wearing a necklace when she came back with Ludolf.

Sylvarie nods at Daventry, "I suspect you will either keep that promise or the world will meet a fate worse than she did. I have never seen such ugly hatred in all my time."

And while I don't hold much sway with the Harpers I will do anything I can to convince them to aid you should you ever need."
"Yes, yes a necklace. It's very important. A silver chain with a book on it as a charm.... It's not terribly big and I never take it off... Now where in the Far Realm could it be..."The gnome continues her search until she lays on Klin. Her eyes go wide as she sees his weapon,"Now where did you get that! You've been to my library! My secret library, give it to me and give it now. Did you steal my necklace!!"Her eyes glow with a fierce power.

"I do not recall using a necklace to get to that strange desk. Hmm..." Triäsa continues to see if she can recall anything about Fistandia's necklace. As she's pondering this, she mentions to the gnome, "We have also, with the First Reader's direction, made use of your mansion. I'm afraid there were some changes made. I hope you are not offended. We will certainly ask that things be restored should you wish."
She then turns to Daventry. "There is still the issue of all of the other paintings back in the tower."
And then, out of distractions for the moment, she returns to trying to remember anything she can about the necklace!
"Yes, yes, the other paintings."Ludolf says with a hint of impatience, turning to Sylvarie. "With Lunoris gone there is no apparent way to destroy the rest of the paintings, and even if we could, there might be reasons not to. Can we leave the paintings in your care Sylvarie, if the are handled with no malicious intent they could perhaps be allowed to stay here under your suprvision?"Ludolf suggests, seeming eager to get back to Candlekeep and Fistandia's mansion.
He then turns to Fistandia. "I'm afraid your necklace might have been stolen back in Candlekeep. We will find it though."He says reassuringly.
