Shrek - You can't quite hit Thalamra with your first swing, but the second connects, gouging a large wound in her side. She appears to be heavily wounded at this point.
You can include in your post or let me know via private message any time you intend to do non-lethal damage. Even if it weren't explicitly stated I'm fine with it being retconned as non-lethal damage.
Thalamra will cry out in pain and between gasping breaths she will say, "If I go down, I'm taking you with me!" as she casts hellish rebuke.
(OOC: Didn't roll Shrek's DEX ST @ advantage, but it doesn't matter anyway, because even if he passed, he'd still take 8 damage, which is enough to knock him out!)
The copious hair on Shrek's body goes up in flames, and Shrek withers to the ground in a smoldering heap. The smell of burnt hair adds to the already disgusting sewer smell.

Remi moves 30 feet to the square west of Shrek. He can take a bonus action to dash and he will do so, giving him 60 feet of movement. He will move to the square west of Thalamra and attack with his short sword, moving 10 feet west of her afterward with the rest of his dash and fancy footwork after the attack (so no AoO).
Short sword (flanking with Ankita) : Attack: 12 Damage: 9
Remi - You can't move diagonally through doorways and you can't move through Thalamra's space. The closest you could get would be in the gutter south of Ankita, that would require all of your movement to get to that spot, considering Shrek's large unconscious frame as difficult terrain to traverse. Thalamra would have half-cover from attacks coming from the gutter.
That being said, the attack still hits. How do you want to do this?

Remi runs from behind, sidestepping the large form of Shrek and shouts “Shrek is down, someone help him!” He runs up to Thalamra and says “That’s far enough right there!” He smacks her on the head with the flat of his short sword blade, knocking her out and giving her a cut on the forehead. He grabs her limp body and leans her up against the sewer wall so that her face is not down in the muck.
"What is it with you people? Why do you like to gather down among the feces and the filth? I don't understand you." He stands and turns, to face the new threat.
