The seventh day of the first tenday of Uktar ("The Rotting") in the year of 2021. The group of adventurers depart from the Carnath Roadhouse, north of Leilon. They are are tasked with eliminating a dragon that has been terrorizing the region around the town of Phandalin. They travel for two days, and arrive to the frontier town, but the town is having a great party. They are greeted by the newly elected Mayor Halia Thornton, and the town's priest, Syster Garaele. The party is told that they are too late, and it seems that another group of adventurers has already taken care of the dragon problem. Unexpectedly, Sven meets his twin brother Sven, and Gata meets her aunt Rose. Mayor Thorton and Sister Garaele informs the party that they actually have a very important mission for them. They are to travel North, to Icewind Dale, the Frozen North, and they are to find a rogue Zhentarin wizard named Nilraun Dhaerlost.
The party departs the next day, after feasting in Phandalin. After a day's travel, they spot a large cloud in the sky that has a tower on top of it. They also notice that the tower seems to have a wizard's hat on top of it. The cloud tower is about one thousand feet high above the ground, and it flies towards the party. As it gets closer, it lowers its altitude. Once the cloud tower is in front of the party, a stair made of cloud stuff descend to end in front of the party. After making sure that the cloud escalator is safe, everyone goes on it, and they arrive at the top safely. They enter the tower, and they meet the owner. He is a Cloud Giant named Zephyros, and he explains that he has contacted powerful beings from other planes, and that he was actually looking for each member of the party. He explains that the Ordning has been shattered, and that they are to restore it. He then explains what the Ordning is. He also tells the party that he would be glad to take them to wherever they need to go.
After a couple of days of air travel, an ominous dark storm approaches the cloud tower, and although Zephyros tries to stir the cloud tower away, it is slammed by the storm. Withing moments, it seems that they are all trapped inside of the eye of the storm. Then they hear birds, giant vultures, crying outside of the tower. They see three of the gigantic winged creatures, carrying three warriors on each of its back, and they land in front of the tower. Then they see a even bigger creature, a quetzalcoatlus, that is carrying two humanoids on top of it. It also lands in front of the tower. They turned out to be members of the Kraken Society. Draco is immediately suspicious of the new arrivals, and tells everyone that they are evil. The leaders of the group, N'von and Amarath, try to inform the party that they do not have evil intentions, but to no avail. They try to contact the owner of the tower, but it seems that Zephyros is not responding. After some verbal back and forth, the party manages to scare away the cultists. Sap, however is able to manage to have both leaders drop their bags. One of them contained a vial of pixel dust, and the other is a Bag of Holding.
However, the cultists were really just a diversion, for as the cultists are leaving, the party hears the griphons that live on the third level are scared away. Then they hear a loud dragon roar. Abrus is able to get Sven up to the second floor. Abrus also sees that Zephyros is laying prone on the floor, with eyes open and fluttering. It seems that the Cloud Giant is catatonic. Anixxi says that she is able to help. She uses lesser restoration, and she is able to get Zephiros back up. Just in time, for from the open circle on the third level, an ancient blue dragon brings her head and neck down to their level. The dragon is so big, that she is not able to go down to the second level. The group tries to stop the dragon from destroying the orb, and they are partially successful. The dragon manages to slightly crack the orb, and then the cloud tower starts to slowly dive into the ground. Zephyros is not sure how to fix the Orb, for he never had to do such thing, and the party is trying to help. Finally, when they were all very close to crashing to the ground, Sap had an idea. He sprinkled some Pixie Dust on Sven, then had Sven sprinkle some of it on the orb. Upon doing that, the orb was fixed, and the cloud tower stabilized. They were mere a hundred feet from hitting the ground.

The ninthday of the second tenday of Nightal ("The Drawing Down") in the year of 2021. Zephyros explain that the Ordning is like a caste system that defines True Giant's society. The Hill Giants are at the bottom, for a reason, and they would love to go to the top. Draco declares. "What if we eliminate the Ordning?" Sap asks Zephyros where did he get his scar. The Cloud Giant explains that he was also an adventurer when he was younger, hundreds of years ago. The party is dropped by Zephyros on the Ten Trails near Bryn Shander. Arbus disguises as Sap on their way to the town.
The party arrive at the town gates, and Augrek happily makes her speech to welcome the newcomers. Augrek is nicer to the Harpers, but she tells the Zhents to "Mind yer tempers" with a judging eye. Draco, misty steps to the top of the tower to the north. Upon arrival, he encounters several surprised crossbows trained at him. He teleports back to ground level. Augrek is not pleased by this act, and she asks him not to enter the town, but he enters anyway. She blows a whistle, and he's quickly surrounded by town guardsman with crossbows, again. He steps back out of the gates, and he notices the shrine right outside of the gates. He remembers that a local hero slew a demon in that spot long time ago, and ever since no snow accumulates there. He threatens Augrek with a story about demons, but she is not moved. Draco nat20 persuasion, and Augrek allows him to come in, but as long as he promises not to cause further trouble. The party enters Bryn Shander. The place smells like fish, and they stable their horses.
Anixxi and Gata makes a beeline to Kelvin's Comfort, at Augrek's suggestion. They are welcomed warmly by Ogden, and they order knucklehead trout soup. Sven, Draco, and Sap goes to the Blackiron Blades. Sven uses Sending Stone to ask Anixii to bring him two shots of Flamebeard Firebrandi. Sven sells his old greatsword. Draco buys a trident, and a shield. However, he later realizes he's not proficient with neither. Gata stays at the tavern to enjoy her soup. Anixii joins the others in the smithy. Sven chugs one shot of the Firebrandi. (He rolls high) The shot goes down very smoothly, and he feels warm.
Eventually everyone join Abrus at the Market Square. Abrus makes a perception check, and he spots "Rita". She welcomes the Harpers, and tell them they should not hang around with "troublemakers." She approaches Arbus, and whispers to his ears. "I love you wings fly boy." "But, I am disguised!" protests Arbus. "I know. Don't worry, I won't reveal your secrets." She replies. "Rita" tries to have the party reveal what they are doing in Bryn Shander, but they only say that they are here on a quest. Bored, Rita leaves the party.
From a Back Alley, they hear a "Hey, come here!!" Everyone, but Gata (who runs away) goes to the alley. Anixii, stays outside. The alley is covered by fog, and they can't see the source of the voice. Sap casts Gust, and blows the fog away. The person say. "Oh hello!! I have an offer that you cannot refuse." He is a magic beans vendor. After some back and forth, Sven pays 200gp, and buys the bag. "How do I use the beans?" Asks Sven, and before disappearing, the vendor says. "Ohh, I am sorry, I forgot to include the instruction manual. Tada!!"
After the Market Square, the party go to the Speaker's Palace. There they meet Speaker Duvessa Shane, and Sheriff Markham Southwell. They hear her say. "What am I supposed to do?" She is interrupted by the party. She explains that the town's resources are stretched as it is, and there are reports of Frost Giants in the region. Draco offers to help. Speaker asks. "Aren't you the troublemaker at the gates? No matter, I will take any help that I can get at the moment." Draco requests 100gp for each giant dealt with. "Fine." The Speaker replies. After a moment, she notices that Sven has a bag on his hand. "Did you buy the magic beans? Good luck." She pats on his back.
As they step out of the Speaker's Palace. They hear a loud boom, then another, and it looks like part of the wall on the western section was hit. They see a boulder the size of a small cart pass by them, and hit a building behind them. They start to hear bells ringing. "To arms!! To arms!!" Coming from the south west gate. They hear another boom, and it seems that part of the western wall may have collapsed.
They make their way back to the main street, and they see Goblins, Bugbears, and Hobgoblins. Some stay on the main street, and others run to the SW gates. From where they are, they are able to see something or someone outside of the gates, it looks like that there is a frost giant there.

The sixth day of the first tenday of Alturiak ("The Claw of Winter") in the year of 2022. As the group steps out of the Speaker's Palace, they hear a loud crash. It seems that large boulders are crashing into buildings inside the town. They make their way to the main street, and see several invaders coming from the west wall making their way to the South West Gate. Once the party arrive at the gate, they see the invaders fighting with town guards. Sven doesn't lose any time, and takes one down with his javelins. Unfortunately, one of the Bugbear takes down one of the soldiers defending the gate. Draco takes a deep breath, and launches 6 Magic Missiles towards the invaders. Gata Shapechange herself into a Giant Spider, and encases one of the Goblins with web. Sap and Anixii use their Longbows, and shoot from range. Mucho Mata also uses his javelins. Abrus casts Suggestion on one of the Hobgoblins, and confuses the invader, so he just stands there befuddled. The Goblins scored a couple of hits, and downs some more soldiers. Sven closes the distance, and dispatch another invader with his Dragonslayer Greatsword. Wanting to test out his brand new trident. Draco, approaches one of the Goblin, and skews it by the neck, bring it up, then roasts the poor thing with lightning coming from his hands, then coursing through the trident. (Goblin BBQ anyone?) The last Hobgoblin makes a dash to the gate, in a desperate attempt to open it. However, Gata, still in her Giant Spider form, goes after it, and finishes it before it can open the gate. Thus Gata, the giant spider, saves the day. For now.
The female Frost Giant outside the gate (Drufi), lets out a loud grunt of frustration, for her plan has been foiled. "Give me Artus Cimber!!" Bellows the Giant. At this moment, a man approaches Anixii. He says that his name is Sirac of Suzail, son of Artus Cimber, whom Anixii met a long time ago. However, no one knows where the person is. The party try to persuade Drufi to leave, but she won't budge. Abrus casts Suggestion on her, and tells her that Artus is in a cave, west of the town. Drufi believes the story, and starts to walk west, but her sister stops her. She punches Drufi, and she comes back to her senses. Fortunately for the Giants, but unfortunately for the town. They had a plan B. Behind them, a male Frost Giant is bringing an enormous armored Mammoth with chains. They plan to tear down the gate from the outside.
With no other option, the party starts the defense of the town against the Frost Giant siege. Anixii starts with a salve of arrows from her longbow. Followed by Abrus that casts Insect Plague from his staff, between the Mammoth, and the Frost Giant leader. Sven uses his javelins again. From the top of the wall, Mucho Mata releases lightning from his jaws, zapping giants and mammoths, then Gata follows that with a column of Lightning of her own. Sap also peppers the invaders with arrows. Draco conjures another 6 magic missiles that fly from the wall too. Anixii release more arrows. Sensing that the fight is almost at the end, Abrus summons a Shadowspawn, and it finishes both the Mammoth, and then Drufi. With the leader defeated, her sister takes her gem inlaid helm, and her Greatclub of Frost, and departs. The siege is over, and the heroes saves Bryn Shander from certain destruction.

The third day of the first tenday of Tarsakh (The Claws of the Storm) in the year of 2022. Drufi falls to the ground, defeated. Her sister, Thuli, takes the giant horn, and sounds the retreat signal. She takes the body of her sister and leave the city gates. The Town's Speker Duvessa thanks the party for saving the town, and she requests them to go to the Speaker's Palace later, for they are invited as honored guests. She and the Sheriff will go see what needs to be done for the town, and take the wounded to the Town Hall for now. Augrek thanks everyone, specially Draco. Sirac tells Aniixi that he is afraid that he is the reason the Giants were here. Actually, his estranged father Arthus Cimber, and the powerful ring that he possesses. He ask the party to meet him at the House of the Morninglord later. Ogden and Sir Baric tell the party that they are going back to the tavern.
The Party decided to go to Kevin's Comfort first. Ogden takes out a bottle from a secret compartment from under the bar. He tells the party, as the heroes of Bryn Shander, they deserve to have a whole bottle of the real Firebrandy. Sven takes a shot, and starts to see little green man on everyone's shoulders, that later on, changes into a green flamingo. Mucho Mata takes a shot too, but he feel great, and no longer feels cold in this frigid place. Ogden asks the party to go to Daggerford to find a good friend of his. Sir Baric tells the party that he is looking for a wanted person, the Weevil, and that there is a 2000gp reward for his capture. If the party finds the Weevil, they should bring him to the Order of the Gauntlet.
Next they go to the Speaker's Palace. There, they find a large table setup with some food and refreshment for the Party. Duvessa thanks the party again for saving the town, and has several requests for assistance from the party. She asks the party to go to Zymorven Hall, there they might be able to find a weapon that can help them. She hands the party a letter of recommendation, and if the party happen to find a ship called the Dancing Wave, they should give it to the captain. Lastly, they should be on the look out for a Frost Giant named Harshnag, and he could be of great aid in their quest. Markham gives a badge to each of the party members. He tells them that if they are in the Ten-Towns region, they can get free room and board from any town, for they are representatives of Bryn Shander. He also asks the party to look for a Druid if they happen to be in Shadowtop Cathedral. The party rests for the night at the Palace.
The next day, they go to the House of the Morninglord, the only temple in town.They meet Sirac, and he asks the Party to go to Waterdeep, and look for a dragon expert. On their way out of town, they meet Augrek, and she asks the party to go to Ironmaster to request reinforcement for the town. She warns them no to go beyond the menhirs de-marking their territory. She also gives them a letter to the party to present it to the King or Queen of Citadel Felbarr. Beldora tells Aniixi and Gata that they should go to Huldelstone, and look for Thwip Ironbottom.
The party leaves town, and head to Huldelstone first. There they find Thwip, and he gives Sven a tiny clockwork bird. He was expecting the party, so there was hot food, and warm beds waiting for them. Then he tells Aniixi only that she should go to Waterdeep, and look for the City of the Dead. Once there find Myrna, and give the bronze amulet that he gives her to the guardian.
Next they go to Ironmaster, and arrive at the nearest Menhir with the sigil of the Brighthelm clan. The party waits by the marker for some time, but no one comes to receive them. Abrus decides to disguise himself into a Dwarf, and passes a stone pillar, followed by Draco, Mucho, and Gata in dire wolf form. They do not make very far, and they see first a group, then later a total of 3 groups of heavily armored dwarf approaching them. The leader asks the disguised Abrus to state their business, and why they have passed the marker. Abrus delivers the letter from Augrek, and it helps de-escalate the situation. The Ironmaster Dwarves ask the party to go behind the markers, so that they can talk. The leader gives Abrus a 200gp gem, for their trouble of coming all the way here, and confirms that they will send reinforcement to Bryn Shander. However, he warned that the next time the party trespasses their territory, they might not be so kind.
After that, they go to Fireshear. There, they find the town deserted, and they flag a guard. The guard tells the party that a longboat full of Frost Giant is headed to the town, and they could use their help to defend the town.

The tenthday of the second tenday of Kythorn (The Time of Flowers) in the year of 2022. The party arrives at Fireshear, and they are asked to help defend the town from a Frost Giant raid that is sure to happen within a few hours. They are introduced to Kalannai Grayfur the representative of the town, and she asks the party of they have experience dealing with Frost Giants. Soon enough, Dasharra Keldabar arrives riding a griffon, and she confirms that indeed a giant longboat carrying several giants are one their way to raid the town. Kalannai asks the party how can they can help defend the town.
Sap asks if he is able to terraform the ramp from the docks to the town, but he finds that the area is just too large for him to affect it in any meaningful way. Anixxi asks if she can mount a griffon, and drop boulders on top of the enemies. So she hops on top of one of the winged creature. Gata decided to stay in the middle of the town, and go to wherever she is most needed. Sap takes a couple of town guards, and goes to the north of town, by Dasharra's home. Mucho Mata brings some guards, and defends the ramp going up to the town. Draco spots two ballistae on the sailboat that is stuck on the frozen harbor. Apparently the townsfolk forgot about them. Draco, Sven, and Abrus along with some guards go to the boat to operate the siege engines. It seems that the town is ready as they can be for the impending raid.
The giant longboat does arrive, and it carves a path on the frozen harbor from the south west directly to the docks. Out of the longboat comes out 7 Frost Giants, and they fan out trying to get to the town. The leader and 3 other giants stay on the boat. The giant leader stays on the quarterdeck directing the raid. When two giants were defeated, she sent one of the giants that was on the boat to the battle, and he joined it himself as well. Several giants were able to climb up to the town, and started to attack the town's guard, and the party were there to help hold them. Kalannai and Dasharra helped as best as they could during the raid.
From the time that the party arrived at Fireshear, Sap heard in his mind a cry for help. He realized that it came from an old "frenemy". So it appears that Cryovain wasn't defeated after all. In the middle of the raid, he received another cry for help, and he believes it came from the giant's longboat. After he secured the northern side of the town with the help of Abrus and Anixii, he made his way to the ship. Upon arriving at the main deck, he sees the White Dragon chained to the deck with a giant metal collar that has a big red gem on top of it. The dragon demands that Sap promise to help him, so that in return he will help defend the town. (After all the players agreed.) Sap released the dragon from his collar, and it with a frozen breath, froze the two giants that were on the ship. Sap asked for the dragon to help with the giant leader. Cryovain had Sap go on his back, and it took to the air, and from behind the giant leader, he used its frozen breath. Unfortunately, the leader wasn't completely frozen, but he was shocked that the dragon was loose. Quickly, he called all the giants to restrain the dragon, so he could bind it again with the magical collar. Afterwards, they retreated from the town. While that was happening, Sap jumped from Cryovain's back to the back of the ship. He spotted earlier a giant treasure chest at the back of the ship. Quickly he took two items (Periapt of Health, Potion of Speed). The heroes thwart another giant invasion, and save another town. All in a day's of hard work.
Below is just a summary of what each character did during the battle.
Abrus opened the battle by casting fear on two Frost Giants. One turned back and another laughed at the Warlock. Afterwards he summoned a Shadowspawn, Insect Cloud on the giant leader, and finally he cast Giant Insect (5x Giant Wasps) to sting the giants that were able to make to town. He flew around the battlefield to get a better position to cast his spells.
Anixii mounted a griffon and asked if it could grab some boulders and drop on top of the giants. Most of the battle she was dropping boulders and using her longbow to shoot at the giants from a safe distance. She asked the griffon to poop on the first Giant they met. Later on, she dad the healer dropped on the sail boat to heal Sven from another griffon.
Draco. From the middle of the sailboat he started the battle by casting Magic missile (lvl5) twice, then when there were giants attacking him, he cast mirror image on self. For the most part he cast Firebolt on the enemies. At one point he was almost hit but the giants, but he was able to raise a magical shield around him that saved him.
Gata. Started the battle by casting Call Lightning, and started to electrocute giants. She tried to toss a Goodberry to Sven when he was down, Draco end up catching the berry and gave to Sven. At one point a very irritated Frost Giant yelled. "Enough of this lightning business, you are going down!!" He tried to hit Gata twice with his giant battleaxe, and both missed.
Mucho Mata. Started the battle with Javelins when the giants were far, then he cast Moonbean and attacked with his sword.
Sap. Mainly stayed on the northern cliff and used his longbow to rain arrows on the enemies that came to his side of the town.
Sven. Went to sailboat to help operate the catapults with two guards. He raged, and tanked the giants from the front of the boat. He used the Dragonslayer Greatsword to slowly, but surely chip the giants health. During a lucky strike from the Frost Giant's Leader, he went unconscious once.

The fifthday of the first tenday of Eleint (The Fading) in the year of 2022. The party departed Fireshear, after protecting the town from certain doom. They averted the town from being destroyed by a Frost Giant raid. After the giants re-captured Cryovain, and went back to their boat, everything quiet down. All of a sudden, the captain's quarters door swung open on the sailing ship. "What is all this racket all about?" A slightly drunk Captain Aragorn stormed out. After the party explained what had happened, the captain saw that the ship was no longer stuck on the frozen port, and he offered to take the party anywhere they wished. He did so because he didn't have a crew to operate the ship, and he could have used the help. The party decided to go to Waterdeep, the City of Splendors. On the way there, Sap on the crow's nest noticed a ship coming from the north. It was a strange looking ship, for it had only one mast, and the sail was not raised.
(We ended the session there, so we could start character creation for Tales from the Loop.)

It is the firstday of the second tenday of Nightal (The Drawing Down) in the year of 2022.
The party left Fireshear. A strange squid like ship with the Kraken Society flag was spotted following them. It seemed that they would attack, but for unknown reasons, they went away. (Didn’t want to do a sea battle.)
Captain Aragorn safely takes party to Waterdeep. Before entering the Great Harbor the party sees a giant floating castle in the sky a couple of miles west of the city. It looks like it’s just hanging in the sky, motionless. One they arrive at the dock they are greeted by a magister, and they are given the code legal. They declare that they will not stay longer than a tenday.
They proceed to the City of the Dead, but before they get there, they see people walking towards the Palace of Waterdeep. Anixii scales a building and see a makeshift stage being setup, and a podium on it. They go check it out, and once there, they ask a City Watch what is happening. They are informed that Lady Silverhand is about to make a speech. They wait, and after a few moments she comes out.
She tells the people of Waterdeep that Masked Lords have decided that the city will take no action regarding the floating castle at this moment. They hope that either they will state their business, or they will just go away. Lady Silverhand spots Draco, she stops time, and tell him to meet her later in the evening at the Dragon’s Head Tavern, across Ahghairon’s Tower. She then resumes time and tell folks to go home.
Meanwhile, they go to the City of the Dead. They find a mausoleum with the letters Myrna written in top, but they are not able to find a way to enter.
They go to see the Dragon Expert. They learn briefly regarding the war between giants and dragons. Chazlaugh advise them to seek a powerful ancient dragon called Gnawbone. She may have more information as what is happening, and what they can do. Arbus buys the Tome of Dragon for 150gp. Draco spots a silver dragon, and just says hello to it.
They visit the market but find nothing interesting there, so they make their way to Dragon’s Head Tavern. They have lunch there, because everyone is very hungry at this point. After waiting for a couple of hours, they notice a gnome with pink hair wearing weird goggles enter the establishment, and she is followed by a brown-haired woman. The woman goes directly to the party and speaks with Draco.
She is actually Lady Silverhand disguised. She tells Draco that she would like to summon the Gray Hand, which Draco was once part of, but she was overruled by the Masked Lords. With news from Bryn Shander, Goldenfields, and Triboar, they are afraid of another giant attack. She asks if the group can discretely go on an unofficial mission to find out why the floating castle is there, and what they want.
The gnome’s name is Bombra. She gives to the group a talisman, that once activated, it casts Feather Fall on creatures around it. She is not able to get them there, but if they need to leave in a hurry, they can use the device. Sven gives one of the beans to Bombra for inspection, but she finds nothing.
Late at night, they go to a spot under the Cloud Castle. Sven plants one of the beans under some soil. It is midnight, and the full moon is shining overhead. After a while, only Sven hears a pop where the bean was deposited, then more pops around the area.

It is the ninthday of the second tenday of Ches (The Claws of Sunsets) in the year of 2023.
A giant beanstalk grows at the spot were the seed was planted by Sven, and at the base of it, an elevator door opens. The group takes the elevator in the giant beanstalk to the top floor. There is only two buttons, really. When the door opens at the top, they see the giant cloud castle. Arriving at the south western part of the clouds, they see a giant house of two floors.
They spot a stone giant picking giant peaches in the western garden. Sven approaches the giant and says hello. The giant notices the party, and he tells them to wait. A female stone giant comes to greet them. Her name is Balakar. She asks for the players name so that she can properly introduce them to the masters of the house. They give her their real names. She asks the guard in front of the house to tell the Mistress they have visitors. Baroness Mulara greets the players, and ask for them to come inside.
Once inside, they see a statue of Menmor holding a giant conch, and a statue by the fireplace holding the castle's navigation orb. The group accepts the quest provided by the baroness, and she invites them for dinner. She asks Balakar to prepare dinner, and that she would retire to her quarters. Draco notices that Balakar goes to the kitchen and puts away a black box, which later on he sees that it holds potions of poison, and it is missing 3 vials. Some goes to the office, and they meet Baroness Caecilia, and she is not as cordial as Mulara. She answers their questions, and give more detail regarding the artifact they are looking for. Done answering questions, she requests that the players leave her office, for she is very busy.
Balakar takes the players outside, and she shows them a very big nest with 4 giant eagles. She says that they can go into the nest and get familiar with the birds, for they will take them back to town when their business is finished here. When everybody is comfortable with the giant eagles in the nest, suddenly bars made of solid stone encase the whole nest, trapping the players inside. Balakar informs the players that she is tired of being a slave to the cloud giants, and that she plans to kill them today. She apologies to the players for their imprisonment, but that it is only temporary. Once she accomplishes her task, the players are free to take the Eagles and go back to town. She asks the players not to interfere with her plans, then she goes back inside of the house.
The players can see from the dining room window next to the nest, that the stone giants are serving the soup to the masters of the house. The group discuss among themselves how they should proceed, and who they will help. They decide to let the stone giants poison the cloud giants. SAP opens a hole in the stone cage, and they all go out. Then suddenly, they feel the cloud castle lurch. They see that Balakar takes the orb, and she is trying to destroy it, and plunge the castle into Waterdeep. The party decides to fight the stone giants inside of the house. Mucho Mata uses his Lay on Hand to cure Baroness Caecilia, and together they manage to defeat them. Balakar manages to break the orb, but SAP fixes it, again. Baroness Caecilia gives the player the conch. Sven takes it, and the conch shrinks to human size.

It is the firstday of the second tenday of Mirtul (The Melting) in the year of 2023.
Baroness Mulara takes the party to Maelstrom using her Conch of Teleportation, and introduces them to Princess Serissa. Pricess Serissa asks everyone to leave the throne room, no exception. Counselor Mythiri (Iymirith disguised as a Storm Giant) tells the princess not to trust the "small folk", but she is requested to leave the throne room. Serissa tells the party that her father is missing, and she needs their help to find him. She gives them a wooden coin, which the party quickly realizes they have a similar one, however they do not know where it comes from. The princess asks them to investigate, and that perhaps it will lead to her father. They return to Waterdeep and speak with Lady Laeral Silverhand. She takes the wooden token, and tells the party to give her some time, and she will try to find where it comes from. The next day, she tells the party that it comes from a gambling boat called The Grand Dame located in the City of Yartar. She tells the party to go to the dock, and there will be a boat there ready to take them to Yartar. Once they go to the docks, they find the boat, and that it's Captain Aragorn that will be taking them.
Once in Yartar, they quickly find the boat they are looking for in the docks. It is a fancy boat with purple sails, and it stands out from the other normal boats. It is also flying the Kraken Society flag. Since it is still early in the day, there isn't much activity on the boat. Except the captain and some crew members securing the boat. The party quickly finds out that the boat is protected by an Anti-Magic field, thus they are not able to cast any spells inside of the boat. Sven notices a Moon Elf maintaining one of the ramps to the boat, and she looks very familiar to him. He jumps into the water and tries to get into one of the oar-holes, but he is spotted by one of the crew member, so he goes back to shore. The party notices a huge box moving towards the ship, and Draco recognizes that the foot belong to the famous Frost Giant Harshnag. He goes to talk with the Giant, and he finds out that Harshnag is looking for information regarding Iymrith, and he believes that he might find something in the boat. Draco tells Harshnag to stay put, and they will investigate. Meanwhile, Draco goes to Halani Meliamne to tell her that Sven is here, and he then asks her how to get onto the boat. He notices that she has a silver choker with a Kraken Society engraved in it. She tells him that's how they are keeping her as slave. She tells Draco that they can either go onboard as noble guests if they are on the list, or she can take some of them as part of the staff that works on the boat. She said that she would be able to take four people, because the rest of the staff are regulars. The rest of the party would have to find a way to get onto the "list". Mucho Mata goes to speak with Captain Nelvin Storn, and after some bribe he gets himself and Gata onto the list. Then Abrus does the same, at a lower price, and he is also on the list. They are advised to get themselves better clothing, for whatever they are wearing will not do. The captain also tells them that no armor or weapon is allowed onboard. Mucho Mata already has some noble clothing so, he is fine. Abrus and Gata goes to a clothing shop to get fancy clothing.
So, Mucho Mata, Gata, and and Abrus (Swift Nick) will get onboard as noble guests. Sven will work as a dealer, SAP as one of the chefs, and Draco and Anixii as waiters and servers. When it is almost dawn, and the time for the boat to leave the docks, guests start to arrive and get onboard. The party sees a Lady in Purple walk up the gangplank and get on board as well. When it is time for the boat to leave, Lord Drylund comes down from the upper floor and officially commences the gambling. The party trades their gold for Golden Goose coins, and have a good time. In the beginning they were losing money, but eventually everyone made out better than when they started.
Afterwards, Halani discretely approaches Sven and tell him that she believes that the a device generating the Anti-Magic field, is most likely on the lower level. She has also heard Lord Drylund mention something about a map with the location to a king, but she's not sure what that's all about. After that information is given, Sven announces to everyone to go to his Tymora's Spinner table. He tells them what he found out, and the party devises a plan.
Sven makes his way to the lower level from the Stern stairs, while Anixii goes to the bathroom from the forward stairs. SAP goes down to the storage room to get some supplies. Meanwhile, Gata, Mucho Mata, and Abrus goes up the Stern stairs, and goes to the dance floor on the upper level. There they see two big bouncers guarding the hallway to the other rooms in the upper level. Meanwhile, SAP prepares a feast and brings it to the lower level. He convinces the crew members there that the food is for them and the rowers. Thus, he is able to successfully distracts them, and they are able to find a hidden trap door in the middle of the lower level. Anixii somehow was able to open the locked safe (clutch rolled a 19+2!!), and they found the orb that's cancelling magic around the boat. SAP takes the orb, and goes to the storage area.
Upstairs, Mucho Mata and Abrus were able to convince the bouncers that there were trouble on the main floor and that they should go investigate. With the hallway clear, they investigate the rooms on the upper level. There are two crew cabins. One is empty, and the middle one has two crew members sleeping. They check Lord Drylund's office, and they see that it looks like Lord Drylund is sitting by his desk, and he's having a very bad headache. Mucho, Abrus, and Gata goes into his office, and Mucho grabs Lord Drylund by his neck.
Anixii, and Sven go back to their stations in the casino. SAP finds a big mallet and he breaks the orb with it. Everyone senses that magic is no longer being cancelled, and Gata Wild Shapes into an octopus. She goes into the tank that's holding Lord Drylund's octopus. She convinces it that she can free it if it tells her what he knows. It uses one of it's tentacle, and takes out a key from one of the decoration from inside of the tank. Gata does her part, then she opens the safe that's under the octopus tank.
Sven senses that Mei Jing knows that the anti-magic field is down, so he walks to her and asks her about payment for his night's work. Anixii sees that and she goes to help Sven delay her and the two bouncers that were in the upper level. SAP starts a fire on the ceiling of the kitchen, grabbing the attention of the two crew member on the bridge. This in turn gives the party that's on the upper level more time to accomplish their mission.
Gata shows the map to Lord Drylund, and after some convincing, he spills the beans. The Storm Giant King is sequestered aboard a scry-proof vessel called the Morkoth. "You will never make it to the ship in time. By the time you get there, it will have moved to its next destination. They submerge underwater when transiting. Now that you have this map, they will create another one."
Mei Jing finally is able to make her way to the upper level, however once there, she is quickly subdued by Sven, and he takes the keys from her neck. He frees Halani, and two other Moon Elves that were part of her clan. He also takes the Bag of Holding with all the gold collected from the nobles on the boat.

It is the firstday of the first tenday of Kythorn (The Time of Flowers) in the year of 2023.
The party discover a map and find out from Lord Drylund that there is a Kraken Society Ship somewhere in the Sea of Moonshae that is holding King Hekaton. The maps indicates that the party has only hours before the ship submerges into the ocean and move to another location. After that Lord Drylund's eyes roll up, blood spills from his nostrils, and he falls dead. After that Mei Jing tells Sven that he can keep the gold in the bag, but if she can at the very least have the Golden Goose chips back, and preferably the Bag of Holding as well. With Lord Drylund dead, she would be taking over the Golden Goose business. Sven says he would sell the bag for 300 gold pieces.
The party goes back to Yartar, and find Harshnag waiting for them. Draco says that they did not find anything about Iymrith, but that they found where King Hekaton is. As that happens, the party spot a familiar Cloud Tower with a wizard hat on top of it. Harshnag whistles loudly to grab the owner's attention. Once the party is back, again, in Zephyros' Tower, they explain that they need to find a ship fast. Zephyros makes the tower go Plaid, and they arrive near the location almost in no time. Unfortunately Abrus did not hold on onto something, and Gata did not fastened her seat belt properly, and when the tower exited the Plaid mode, they both flew to the front of the castle and banged their heads.
The party uses the Featherfall Token to land on the Morkoth, and basically battle starts. They find out that the crew, that looked like normal people, are actually Deep Scions. Abrus turned SAP into a misty cloud. While the party was fighting on the upper deck of the ship, SAP went to the lower decks to investigate. He saw that it was indeed King Hekaton that was held on the ship, and there were magical chains holding him in stasis. He cast Zephyr Strike and he was able to break several chains. After that King Hekaton awoke, but he was confused. Thankfully, Gata showed him the Conch from Serissa, he grabbed the conch and everyone went back to Maelstrom.
Back at Maelstrom the party sees that the Wyrmskull Throne and Princess Serissa are missing. They hear from Counselor Mythiri (Iymirith disguised as a Storm Giant) that she is the one responsible for all the troubles. She took the Throne and Serissa in order to get hid of all Giants and conquer the world, then she teleports away. King Hekaton asks the party to rest and he would find out Iymrith's location. The next day, they go to the Anauroch Desert to confront Iymrith. Her lair is an ancient amphitheater living statues (actually gargoyles) to guard her lair.
King Hekaton brought with him three other Giants to help in the battle. Helping the party is a Storm Giant named Orlekto, a Fire Giant named Shaldoor, and a Cloud Giant named Nimir. Harshnag was also with the group. The king also gave everyone, except SAP a potion of Giant Size. Now, everyone, with the exception of SAP would be giant sized. However, before the party arrived, Cryovain showed up and told SAP to hop onto his back. He would, beguilingly, join the fight at his mother's orders. The party was now ready to face Iymrith, the Doom of the Desert.
A churning cauldron of black clouds fills the sky as thunder peals and lightning flashes. Half buried in the cold dunes is a crumbling amphitheater adorned with statues, many of them broken, the rest worn smooth by wind and sand. Two large trebuchets stand atop the ruins. As the party got closer to the amphitheater, the four ballistae started shooting at the party, scoring first blood. Then the black clouds, came down the enemy they have been chasing all this time. The ancient dragon is much larger than even King Hekaton. Behind her, they saw the Wyrmskull Throne at the top of the northern part of the theater, and Princess Serissa was sitting on it. However, her eyes were milky white, she was looking up towards the Storm, and her hands were raised. Like she was praying to the Storm.
The battle starts, and they find out that several statues that lay in the amphitheater, are actually Giant Four-Armed Gargoyles, ready to pounce on anyone that gets close to them. The party has a hard time fighting Iymrith, but SAP, riding Cryovain, jumps on the Ancient Dragon's back, and orders the Dragon to Claw Princess Serissa. Surprisingly, as Cryovain scores a mark on the Princess, it is actually Iymrith that takes the damage. The party had found the key to defeat her. SAP jumps to the top of the Dragon's right wing, and with his rapier, he tears the flesh of her wing, rendering her right wing not usable. Now, the Dragon would not be able to fly. The party start to hit Serissa with everything they have, and in no time they do a lot of damage the Ancient Dragon. Near defeat, Iymrith shape changes herself into Queen Neri, giving King Hekaton pause. Anixii is able to convince the King that he is being misled by the Dragon again. With one last strike, King Hekaton uses Harshnag's axe and defeats the Doom of the Desert. Then Princess Serissa awakens from her stasis, she summons her mighty hammer and makes sure that the Dragon will not rise again, but cracking its head.

A few days after the mighty battle, and when the dust settles.
Annam the All-Father revives Queen Neri.
Princess Serissa invites Gata and Anixii to stay in Maelstrom to be her council on small folks matters.
King Hekaton asks Sven and Mucho Mata to stay in Maelstrom and escort him when visiting small folks. He would like to learn more about them, and also, there are still some Giant Lords that needs to be convinced that the Ordning has been restored.
Baroness Mulara invites Abrus to stay in their Cloud Castle. She can fix his wings and teach him more about magic.
Harshnag asks Draco if he would like to join the Grey Hands in Waterdeep permanently.
Cryovain says that SAP can ride him forever if he wishes to do so. His mother, the Ancient White Dragon Arveiaturace, wishes to pass along her Ring of Spell Turning, and other artifacts she has in her possession to him.

The seventh day of the first tenday of Uktar ("The Rotting") in the year of 2021. The group of adventurers depart from the Carnath Roadhouse, north of Leilon. They are are tasked with eliminating a dragon that has been terrorizing the region around the town of Phandalin. They travel for two days, and arrive to the frontier town, but the town is having a great party. They are greeted by the newly elected Mayor Halia Thornton, and the town's priest, Syster Garaele. The party is told that they are too late, and it seems that another group of adventurers has already taken care of the dragon problem. Unexpectedly, Sven meets his twin brother Sven, and Gata meets her aunt Rose. Mayor Thorton and Sister Garaele informs the party that they actually have a very important mission for them. They are to travel North, to Icewind Dale, the Frozen North, and they are to find a rogue Zhentarin wizard named Nilraun Dhaerlost.
The party departs the next day, after feasting in Phandalin. After a day's travel, they spot a large cloud in the sky that has a tower on top of it. They also notice that the tower seems to have a wizard's hat on top of it. The cloud tower is about one thousand feet high above the ground, and it flies towards the party. As it gets closer, it lowers its altitude. Once the cloud tower is in front of the party, a stair made of cloud stuff descend to end in front of the party. After making sure that the cloud escalator is safe, everyone goes on it, and they arrive at the top safely. They enter the tower, and they meet the owner. He is a Cloud Giant named Zephyros, and he explains that he has contacted powerful beings from other planes, and that he was actually looking for each member of the party. He explains that the Ordning has been shattered, and that they are to restore it. He then explains what the Ordning is. He also tells the party that he would be glad to take them to wherever they need to go.
After a couple of days of air travel, an ominous dark storm approaches the cloud tower, and although Zephyros tries to stir the cloud tower away, it is slammed by the storm. Withing moments, it seems that they are all trapped inside of the eye of the storm. Then they hear birds, giant vultures, crying outside of the tower. They see three of the gigantic winged creatures, carrying three warriors on each of its back, and they land in front of the tower. Then they see a even bigger creature, a quetzalcoatlus, that is carrying two humanoids on top of it. It also lands in front of the tower. They turned out to be members of the Kraken Society. Draco is immediately suspicious of the new arrivals, and tells everyone that they are evil. The leaders of the group, N'von and Amarath, try to inform the party that they do not have evil intentions, but to no avail. They try to contact the owner of the tower, but it seems that Zephyros is not responding. After some verbal back and forth, the party manages to scare away the cultists. Sap, however is able to manage to have both leaders drop their bags. One of them contained a vial of pixel dust, and the other is a Bag of Holding.
However, the cultists were really just a diversion, for as the cultists are leaving, the party hears the griphons that live on the third level are scared away. Then they hear a loud dragon roar. Abrus is able to get Sven up to the second floor. Abrus also sees that Zephyros is laying prone on the floor, with eyes open and fluttering. It seems that the Cloud Giant is catatonic. Anixxi says that she is able to help. She uses lesser restoration, and she is able to get Zephiros back up. Just in time, for from the open circle on the third level, an ancient blue dragon brings her head and neck down to their level. The dragon is so big, that she is not able to go down to the second level. The group tries to stop the dragon from destroying the orb, and they are partially successful. The dragon manages to slightly crack the orb, and then the cloud tower starts to slowly dive into the ground. Zephyros is not sure how to fix the Orb, for he never had to do such thing, and the party is trying to help. Finally, when they were all very close to crashing to the ground, Sap had an idea. He sprinkled some Pixie Dust on Sven, then had Sven sprinkle some of it on the orb. Upon doing that, the orb was fixed, and the cloud tower stabilized. They were mere a hundred feet from hitting the ground.

The ninthday of the second tenday of Nightal ("The Drawing Down") in the year of 2021. Zephyros explain that the Ordning is like a caste system that defines True Giant's society. The Hill Giants are at the bottom, for a reason, and they would love to go to the top. Draco declares. "What if we eliminate the Ordning?" Sap asks Zephyros where did he get his scar. The Cloud Giant explains that he was also an adventurer when he was younger, hundreds of years ago. The party is dropped by Zephyros on the Ten Trails near Bryn Shander. Arbus disguises as Sap on their way to the town.
The party arrive at the town gates, and Augrek happily makes her speech to welcome the newcomers. Augrek is nicer to the Harpers, but she tells the Zhents to "Mind yer tempers" with a judging eye. Draco, misty steps to the top of the tower to the north. Upon arrival, he encounters several surprised crossbows trained at him. He teleports back to ground level. Augrek is not pleased by this act, and she asks him not to enter the town, but he enters anyway. She blows a whistle, and he's quickly surrounded by town guardsman with crossbows, again. He steps back out of the gates, and he notices the shrine right outside of the gates. He remembers that a local hero slew a demon in that spot long time ago, and ever since no snow accumulates there. He threatens Augrek with a story about demons, but she is not moved. Draco nat20 persuasion, and Augrek allows him to come in, but as long as he promises not to cause further trouble. The party enters Bryn Shander. The place smells like fish, and they stable their horses.
Anixxi and Gata makes a beeline to Kelvin's Comfort, at Augrek's suggestion. They are welcomed warmly by Ogden, and they order knucklehead trout soup. Sven, Draco, and Sap goes to the Blackiron Blades. Sven uses Sending Stone to ask Anixii to bring him two shots of Flamebeard Firebrandi. Sven sells his old greatsword. Draco buys a trident, and a shield. However, he later realizes he's not proficient with neither. Gata stays at the tavern to enjoy her soup. Anixii joins the others in the smithy. Sven chugs one shot of the Firebrandi. (He rolls high) The shot goes down very smoothly, and he feels warm.
Eventually everyone join Abrus at the Market Square. Abrus makes a perception check, and he spots "Rita". She welcomes the Harpers, and tell them they should not hang around with "troublemakers." She approaches Arbus, and whispers to his ears. "I love you wings fly boy." "But, I am disguised!" protests Arbus. "I know. Don't worry, I won't reveal your secrets." She replies. "Rita" tries to have the party reveal what they are doing in Bryn Shander, but they only say that they are here on a quest. Bored, Rita leaves the party.
From a Back Alley, they hear a "Hey, come here!!" Everyone, but Gata (who runs away) goes to the alley. Anixii, stays outside. The alley is covered by fog, and they can't see the source of the voice. Sap casts Gust, and blows the fog away. The person say. "Oh hello!! I have an offer that you cannot refuse." He is a magic beans vendor. After some back and forth, Sven pays 200gp, and buys the bag. "How do I use the beans?" Asks Sven, and before disappearing, the vendor says. "Ohh, I am sorry, I forgot to include the instruction manual. Tada!!"
After the Market Square, the party go to the Speaker's Palace. There they meet Speaker Duvessa Shane, and Sheriff Markham Southwell. They hear her say. "What am I supposed to do?" She is interrupted by the party. She explains that the town's resources are stretched as it is, and there are reports of Frost Giants in the region. Draco offers to help. Speaker asks. "Aren't you the troublemaker at the gates? No matter, I will take any help that I can get at the moment." Draco requests 100gp for each giant dealt with. "Fine." The Speaker replies. After a moment, she notices that Sven has a bag on his hand. "Did you buy the magic beans? Good luck." She pats on his back.
As they step out of the Speaker's Palace. They hear a loud boom, then another, and it looks like part of the wall on the western section was hit. They see a boulder the size of a small cart pass by them, and hit a building behind them. They start to hear bells ringing. "To arms!! To arms!!" Coming from the south west gate. They hear another boom, and it seems that part of the western wall may have collapsed.
They make their way back to the main street, and they see Goblins, Bugbears, and Hobgoblins. Some stay on the main street, and others run to the SW gates. From where they are, they are able to see something or someone outside of the gates, it looks like that there is a frost giant there.

The sixth day of the first tenday of Alturiak ("The Claw of Winter") in the year of 2022. As the group steps out of the Speaker's Palace, they hear a loud crash. It seems that large boulders are crashing into buildings inside the town. They make their way to the main street, and see several invaders coming from the west wall making their way to the South West Gate. Once the party arrive at the gate, they see the invaders fighting with town guards. Sven doesn't lose any time, and takes one down with his javelins. Unfortunately, one of the Bugbear takes down one of the soldiers defending the gate. Draco takes a deep breath, and launches 6 Magic Missiles towards the invaders. Gata Shapechange herself into a Giant Spider, and encases one of the Goblins with web. Sap and Anixii use their Longbows, and shoot from range. Mucho Mata also uses his javelins. Abrus casts Suggestion on one of the Hobgoblins, and confuses the invader, so he just stands there befuddled. The Goblins scored a couple of hits, and downs some more soldiers. Sven closes the distance, and dispatch another invader with his Dragonslayer Greatsword. Wanting to test out his brand new trident. Draco, approaches one of the Goblin, and skews it by the neck, bring it up, then roasts the poor thing with lightning coming from his hands, then coursing through the trident. (Goblin BBQ anyone?) The last Hobgoblin makes a dash to the gate, in a desperate attempt to open it. However, Gata, still in her Giant Spider form, goes after it, and finishes it before it can open the gate. Thus Gata, the giant spider, saves the day. For now.
The female Frost Giant outside the gate (Drufi), lets out a loud grunt of frustration, for her plan has been foiled. "Give me Artus Cimber!!" Bellows the Giant. At this moment, a man approaches Anixii. He says that his name is Sirac of Suzail, son of Artus Cimber, whom Anixii met a long time ago. However, no one knows where the person is. The party try to persuade Drufi to leave, but she won't budge. Abrus casts Suggestion on her, and tells her that Artus is in a cave, west of the town. Drufi believes the story, and starts to walk west, but her sister stops her. She punches Drufi, and she comes back to her senses. Fortunately for the Giants, but unfortunately for the town. They had a plan B. Behind them, a male Frost Giant is bringing an enormous armored Mammoth with chains. They plan to tear down the gate from the outside.
With no other option, the party starts the defense of the town against the Frost Giant siege. Anixii starts with a salve of arrows from her longbow. Followed by Abrus that casts Insect Plague from his staff, between the Mammoth, and the Frost Giant leader. Sven uses his javelins again. From the top of the wall, Mucho Mata releases lightning from his jaws, zapping giants and mammoths, then Gata follows that with a column of Lightning of her own. Sap also peppers the invaders with arrows. Draco conjures another 6 magic missiles that fly from the wall too. Anixii release more arrows. Sensing that the fight is almost at the end, Abrus summons a Shadowspawn, and it finishes both the Mammoth, and then Drufi. With the leader defeated, her sister takes her gem inlaid helm, and her Greatclub of Frost, and departs. The siege is over, and the heroes saves Bryn Shander from certain destruction.

The third day of the first tenday of Tarsakh (The Claws of the Storm) in the year of 2022. Drufi falls to the ground, defeated. Her sister, Thuli, takes the giant horn, and sounds the retreat signal. She takes the body of her sister and leave the city gates. The Town's Speker Duvessa thanks the party for saving the town, and she requests them to go to the Speaker's Palace later, for they are invited as honored guests. She and the Sheriff will go see what needs to be done for the town, and take the wounded to the Town Hall for now. Augrek thanks everyone, specially Draco. Sirac tells Aniixi that he is afraid that he is the reason the Giants were here. Actually, his estranged father Arthus Cimber, and the powerful ring that he possesses. He ask the party to meet him at the House of the Morninglord later. Ogden and Sir Baric tell the party that they are going back to the tavern.
The Party decided to go to Kevin's Comfort first. Ogden takes out a bottle from a secret compartment from under the bar. He tells the party, as the heroes of Bryn Shander, they deserve to have a whole bottle of the real Firebrandy. Sven takes a shot, and starts to see little green man on everyone's shoulders, that later on, changes into a green flamingo. Mucho Mata takes a shot too, but he feel great, and no longer feels cold in this frigid place. Ogden asks the party to go to Daggerford to find a good friend of his. Sir Baric tells the party that he is looking for a wanted person, the Weevil, and that there is a 2000gp reward for his capture. If the party finds the Weevil, they should bring him to the Order of the Gauntlet.
Next they go to the Speaker's Palace. There, they find a large table setup with some food and refreshment for the Party. Duvessa thanks the party again for saving the town, and has several requests for assistance from the party. She asks the party to go to Zymorven Hall, there they might be able to find a weapon that can help them. She hands the party a letter of recommendation, and if the party happen to find a ship called the Dancing Wave, they should give it to the captain. Lastly, they should be on the look out for a Frost Giant named Harshnag, and he could be of great aid in their quest. Markham gives a badge to each of the party members. He tells them that if they are in the Ten-Towns region, they can get free room and board from any town, for they are representatives of Bryn Shander. He also asks the party to look for a Druid if they happen to be in Shadowtop Cathedral. The party rests for the night at the Palace.
The next day, they go to the House of the Morninglord, the only temple in town.They meet Sirac, and he asks the Party to go to Waterdeep, and look for a dragon expert. On their way out of town, they meet Augrek, and she asks the party to go to Ironmaster to request reinforcement for the town. She warns them no to go beyond the menhirs de-marking their territory. She also gives them a letter to the party to present it to the King or Queen of Citadel Felbarr. Beldora tells Aniixi and Gata that they should go to Huldelstone, and look for Thwip Ironbottom.
The party leaves town, and head to Huldelstone first. There they find Thwip, and he gives Sven a tiny clockwork bird. He was expecting the party, so there was hot food, and warm beds waiting for them. Then he tells Aniixi only that she should go to Waterdeep, and look for the City of the Dead. Once there find Myrna, and give the bronze amulet that he gives her to the guardian.
Next they go to Ironmaster, and arrive at the nearest Menhir with the sigil of the Brighthelm clan. The party waits by the marker for some time, but no one comes to receive them. Abrus decides to disguise himself into a Dwarf, and passes a stone pillar, followed by Draco, Mucho, and Gata in dire wolf form. They do not make very far, and they see first a group, then later a total of 3 groups of heavily armored dwarf approaching them. The leader asks the disguised Abrus to state their business, and why they have passed the marker. Abrus delivers the letter from Augrek, and it helps de-escalate the situation. The Ironmaster Dwarves ask the party to go behind the markers, so that they can talk. The leader gives Abrus a 200gp gem, for their trouble of coming all the way here, and confirms that they will send reinforcement to Bryn Shander. However, he warned that the next time the party trespasses their territory, they might not be so kind.
After that, they go to Fireshear. There, they find the town deserted, and they flag a guard. The guard tells the party that a longboat full of Frost Giant is headed to the town, and they could use their help to defend the town.

The tenthday of the second tenday of Kythorn (The Time of Flowers) in the year of 2022. The party arrives at Fireshear, and they are asked to help defend the town from a Frost Giant raid that is sure to happen within a few hours. They are introduced to Kalannai Grayfur the representative of the town, and she asks the party of they have experience dealing with Frost Giants. Soon enough, Dasharra Keldabar arrives riding a griffon, and she confirms that indeed a giant longboat carrying several giants are one their way to raid the town. Kalannai asks the party how can they can help defend the town.
Sap asks if he is able to terraform the ramp from the docks to the town, but he finds that the area is just too large for him to affect it in any meaningful way. Anixxi asks if she can mount a griffon, and drop boulders on top of the enemies. So she hops on top of one of the winged creature. Gata decided to stay in the middle of the town, and go to wherever she is most needed. Sap takes a couple of town guards, and goes to the north of town, by Dasharra's home. Mucho Mata brings some guards, and defends the ramp going up to the town. Draco spots two ballistae on the sailboat that is stuck on the frozen harbor. Apparently the townsfolk forgot about them. Draco, Sven, and Abrus along with some guards go to the boat to operate the siege engines. It seems that the town is ready as they can be for the impending raid.
The giant longboat does arrive, and it carves a path on the frozen harbor from the south west directly to the docks. Out of the longboat comes out 7 Frost Giants, and they fan out trying to get to the town. The leader and 3 other giants stay on the boat. The giant leader stays on the quarterdeck directing the raid. When two giants were defeated, she sent one of the giants that was on the boat to the battle, and he joined it himself as well. Several giants were able to climb up to the town, and started to attack the town's guard, and the party were there to help hold them. Kalannai and Dasharra helped as best as they could during the raid.
From the time that the party arrived at Fireshear, Sap heard in his mind a cry for help. He realized that it came from an old "frenemy". So it appears that Cryovain wasn't defeated after all. In the middle of the raid, he received another cry for help, and he believes it came from the giant's longboat. After he secured the northern side of the town with the help of Abrus and Anixii, he made his way to the ship. Upon arriving at the main deck, he sees the White Dragon chained to the deck with a giant metal collar that has a big red gem on top of it. The dragon demands that Sap promise to help him, so that in return he will help defend the town. (After all the players agreed.) Sap released the dragon from his collar, and it with a frozen breath, froze the two giants that were on the ship. Sap asked for the dragon to help with the giant leader. Cryovain had Sap go on his back, and it took to the air, and from behind the giant leader, he used its frozen breath. Unfortunately, the leader wasn't completely frozen, but he was shocked that the dragon was loose. Quickly, he called all the giants to restrain the dragon, so he could bind it again with the magical collar. Afterwards, they retreated from the town. While that was happening, Sap jumped from Cryovain's back to the back of the ship. He spotted earlier a giant treasure chest at the back of the ship. Quickly he took two items (Periapt of Health, Potion of Speed). The heroes thwart another giant invasion, and save another town. All in a day's of hard work.
Below is just a summary of what each character did during the battle.
Abrus opened the battle by casting fear on two Frost Giants. One turned back and another laughed at the Warlock. Afterwards he summoned a Shadowspawn, Insect Cloud on the giant leader, and finally he cast Giant Insect (5x Giant Wasps) to sting the giants that were able to make to town. He flew around the battlefield to get a better position to cast his spells.
Anixii mounted a griffon and asked if it could grab some boulders and drop on top of the giants. Most of the battle she was dropping boulders and using her longbow to shoot at the giants from a safe distance. She asked the griffon to poop on the first Giant they met. Later on, she dad the healer dropped on the sail boat to heal Sven from another griffon.
Draco. From the middle of the sailboat he started the battle by casting Magic missile (lvl5) twice, then when there were giants attacking him, he cast mirror image on self. For the most part he cast Firebolt on the enemies. At one point he was almost hit but the giants, but he was able to raise a magical shield around him that saved him.
Gata. Started the battle by casting Call Lightning, and started to electrocute giants. She tried to toss a Goodberry to Sven when he was down, Draco end up catching the berry and gave to Sven. At one point a very irritated Frost Giant yelled. "Enough of this lightning business, you are going down!!" He tried to hit Gata twice with his giant battleaxe, and both missed.
Mucho Mata. Started the battle with Javelins when the giants were far, then he cast Moonbean and attacked with his sword.
Sap. Mainly stayed on the northern cliff and used his longbow to rain arrows on the enemies that came to his side of the town.
Sven. Went to sailboat to help operate the catapults with two guards. He raged, and tanked the giants from the front of the boat. He used the Dragonslayer Greatsword to slowly, but surely chip the giants health. During a lucky strike from the Frost Giant's Leader, he went unconscious once.

The fifthday of the first tenday of Eleint (The Fading) in the year of 2022. The party departed Fireshear, after protecting the town from certain doom. They averted the town from being destroyed by a Frost Giant raid. After the giants re-captured Cryovain, and went back to their boat, everything quiet down. All of a sudden, the captain's quarters door swung open on the sailing ship. "What is all this racket all about?" A slightly drunk Captain Aragorn stormed out. After the party explained what had happened, the captain saw that the ship was no longer stuck on the frozen port, and he offered to take the party anywhere they wished. He did so because he didn't have a crew to operate the ship, and he could have used the help. The party decided to go to Waterdeep, the City of Splendors. On the way there, Sap on the crow's nest noticed a ship coming from the north. It was a strange looking ship, for it had only one mast, and the sail was not raised.
(We ended the session there, so we could start character creation for Tales from the Loop.)

It is the firstday of the second tenday of Nightal (The Drawing Down) in the year of 2022.
The party left Fireshear. A strange squid like ship with the Kraken Society flag was spotted following them. It seemed that they would attack, but for unknown reasons, they went away. (Didn’t want to do a sea battle.)
Captain Aragorn safely takes party to Waterdeep. Before entering the Great Harbor the party sees a giant floating castle in the sky a couple of miles west of the city. It looks like it’s just hanging in the sky, motionless. One they arrive at the dock they are greeted by a magister, and they are given the code legal. They declare that they will not stay longer than a tenday.
They proceed to the City of the Dead, but before they get there, they see people walking towards the Palace of Waterdeep. Anixii scales a building and see a makeshift stage being setup, and a podium on it. They go check it out, and once there, they ask a City Watch what is happening. They are informed that Lady Silverhand is about to make a speech. They wait, and after a few moments she comes out.
She tells the people of Waterdeep that Masked Lords have decided that the city will take no action regarding the floating castle at this moment. They hope that either they will state their business, or they will just go away. Lady Silverhand spots Draco, she stops time, and tell him to meet her later in the evening at the Dragon’s Head Tavern, across Ahghairon’s Tower. She then resumes time and tell folks to go home.
Meanwhile, they go to the City of the Dead. They find a mausoleum with the letters Myrna written in top, but they are not able to find a way to enter.
They go to see the Dragon Expert. They learn briefly regarding the war between giants and dragons. Chazlaugh advise them to seek a powerful ancient dragon called Gnawbone. She may have more information as what is happening, and what they can do. Arbus buys the Tome of Dragon for 150gp. Draco spots a silver dragon, and just says hello to it.
They visit the market but find nothing interesting there, so they make their way to Dragon’s Head Tavern. They have lunch there, because everyone is very hungry at this point. After waiting for a couple of hours, they notice a gnome with pink hair wearing weird goggles enter the establishment, and she is followed by a brown-haired woman. The woman goes directly to the party and speaks with Draco.
She is actually Lady Silverhand disguised. She tells Draco that she would like to summon the Gray Hand, which Draco was once part of, but she was overruled by the Masked Lords. With news from Bryn Shander, Goldenfields, and Triboar, they are afraid of another giant attack. She asks if the group can discretely go on an unofficial mission to find out why the floating castle is there, and what they want.
The gnome’s name is Bombra. She gives to the group a talisman, that once activated, it casts Feather Fall on creatures around it. She is not able to get them there, but if they need to leave in a hurry, they can use the device. Sven gives one of the beans to Bombra for inspection, but she finds nothing.
Late at night, they go to a spot under the Cloud Castle. Sven plants one of the beans under some soil. It is midnight, and the full moon is shining overhead. After a while, only Sven hears a pop where the bean was deposited, then more pops around the area.

It is the ninthday of the second tenday of Ches (The Claws of Sunsets) in the year of 2023.
A giant beanstalk grows at the spot were the seed was planted by Sven, and at the base of it, an elevator door opens. The group takes the elevator in the giant beanstalk to the top floor. There is only two buttons, really. When the door opens at the top, they see the giant cloud castle. Arriving at the south western part of the clouds, they see a giant house of two floors.
They spot a stone giant picking giant peaches in the western garden. Sven approaches the giant and says hello. The giant notices the party, and he tells them to wait. A female stone giant comes to greet them. Her name is Balakar. She asks for the players name so that she can properly introduce them to the masters of the house. They give her their real names. She asks the guard in front of the house to tell the Mistress they have visitors. Baroness Mulara greets the players, and ask for them to come inside.
Once inside, they see a statue of Menmor holding a giant conch, and a statue by the fireplace holding the castle's navigation orb. The group accepts the quest provided by the baroness, and she invites them for dinner. She asks Balakar to prepare dinner, and that she would retire to her quarters. Draco notices that Balakar goes to the kitchen and puts away a black box, which later on he sees that it holds potions of poison, and it is missing 3 vials. Some goes to the office, and they meet Baroness Caecilia, and she is not as cordial as Mulara. She answers their questions, and give more detail regarding the artifact they are looking for. Done answering questions, she requests that the players leave her office, for she is very busy.
Balakar takes the players outside, and she shows them a very big nest with 4 giant eagles. She says that they can go into the nest and get familiar with the birds, for they will take them back to town when their business is finished here. When everybody is comfortable with the giant eagles in the nest, suddenly bars made of solid stone encase the whole nest, trapping the players inside. Balakar informs the players that she is tired of being a slave to the cloud giants, and that she plans to kill them today. She apologies to the players for their imprisonment, but that it is only temporary. Once she accomplishes her task, the players are free to take the Eagles and go back to town. She asks the players not to interfere with her plans, then she goes back inside of the house.
The players can see from the dining room window next to the nest, that the stone giants are serving the soup to the masters of the house. The group discuss among themselves how they should proceed, and who they will help. They decide to let the stone giants poison the cloud giants. SAP opens a hole in the stone cage, and they all go out. Then suddenly, they feel the cloud castle lurch. They see that Balakar takes the orb, and she is trying to destroy it, and plunge the castle into Waterdeep. The party decides to fight the stone giants inside of the house. Mucho Mata uses his Lay on Hand to cure Baroness Caecilia, and together they manage to defeat them. Balakar manages to break the orb, but SAP fixes it, again. Baroness Caecilia gives the player the conch. Sven takes it, and the conch shrinks to human size.

It is the firstday of the second tenday of Mirtul (The Melting) in the year of 2023.
Baroness Mulara takes the party to Maelstrom using her Conch of Teleportation, and introduces them to Princess Serissa. Pricess Serissa asks everyone to leave the throne room, no exception. Counselor Mythiri (Iymirith disguised as a Storm Giant) tells the princess not to trust the "small folk", but she is requested to leave the throne room. Serissa tells the party that her father is missing, and she needs their help to find him. She gives them a wooden coin, which the party quickly realizes they have a similar one, however they do not know where it comes from. The princess asks them to investigate, and that perhaps it will lead to her father. They return to Waterdeep and speak with Lady Laeral Silverhand. She takes the wooden token, and tells the party to give her some time, and she will try to find where it comes from. The next day, she tells the party that it comes from a gambling boat called The Grand Dame located in the City of Yartar. She tells the party to go to the dock, and there will be a boat there ready to take them to Yartar. Once they go to the docks, they find the boat, and that it's Captain Aragorn that will be taking them.
Once in Yartar, they quickly find the boat they are looking for in the docks. It is a fancy boat with purple sails, and it stands out from the other normal boats. It is also flying the Kraken Society flag. Since it is still early in the day, there isn't much activity on the boat. Except the captain and some crew members securing the boat. The party quickly finds out that the boat is protected by an Anti-Magic field, thus they are not able to cast any spells inside of the boat. Sven notices a Moon Elf maintaining one of the ramps to the boat, and she looks very familiar to him. He jumps into the water and tries to get into one of the oar-holes, but he is spotted by one of the crew member, so he goes back to shore. The party notices a huge box moving towards the ship, and Draco recognizes that the foot belong to the famous Frost Giant Harshnag. He goes to talk with the Giant, and he finds out that Harshnag is looking for information regarding Iymrith, and he believes that he might find something in the boat. Draco tells Harshnag to stay put, and they will investigate. Meanwhile, Draco goes to Halani Meliamne to tell her that Sven is here, and he then asks her how to get onto the boat. He notices that she has a silver choker with a Kraken Society engraved in it. She tells him that's how they are keeping her as slave. She tells Draco that they can either go onboard as noble guests if they are on the list, or she can take some of them as part of the staff that works on the boat. She said that she would be able to take four people, because the rest of the staff are regulars. The rest of the party would have to find a way to get onto the "list". Mucho Mata goes to speak with Captain Nelvin Storn, and after some bribe he gets himself and Gata onto the list. Then Abrus does the same, at a lower price, and he is also on the list. They are advised to get themselves better clothing, for whatever they are wearing will not do. The captain also tells them that no armor or weapon is allowed onboard. Mucho Mata already has some noble clothing so, he is fine. Abrus and Gata goes to a clothing shop to get fancy clothing.
So, Mucho Mata, Gata, and and Abrus (Swift Nick) will get onboard as noble guests. Sven will work as a dealer, SAP as one of the chefs, and Draco and Anixii as waiters and servers. When it is almost dawn, and the time for the boat to leave the docks, guests start to arrive and get onboard. The party sees a Lady in Purple walk up the gangplank and get on board as well. When it is time for the boat to leave, Lord Drylund comes down from the upper floor and officially commences the gambling. The party trades their gold for Golden Goose coins, and have a good time. In the beginning they were losing money, but eventually everyone made out better than when they started.
Afterwards, Halani discretely approaches Sven and tell him that she believes that the a device generating the Anti-Magic field, is most likely on the lower level. She has also heard Lord Drylund mention something about a map with the location to a king, but she's not sure what that's all about. After that information is given, Sven announces to everyone to go to his Tymora's Spinner table. He tells them what he found out, and the party devises a plan.
Sven makes his way to the lower level from the Stern stairs, while Anixii goes to the bathroom from the forward stairs. SAP goes down to the storage room to get some supplies. Meanwhile, Gata, Mucho Mata, and Abrus goes up the Stern stairs, and goes to the dance floor on the upper level. There they see two big bouncers guarding the hallway to the other rooms in the upper level. Meanwhile, SAP prepares a feast and brings it to the lower level. He convinces the crew members there that the food is for them and the rowers. Thus, he is able to successfully distracts them, and they are able to find a hidden trap door in the middle of the lower level. Anixii somehow was able to open the locked safe (clutch rolled a 19+2!!), and they found the orb that's cancelling magic around the boat. SAP takes the orb, and goes to the storage area.
Upstairs, Mucho Mata and Abrus were able to convince the bouncers that there were trouble on the main floor and that they should go investigate. With the hallway clear, they investigate the rooms on the upper level. There are two crew cabins. One is empty, and the middle one has two crew members sleeping. They check Lord Drylund's office, and they see that it looks like Lord Drylund is sitting by his desk, and he's having a very bad headache. Mucho, Abrus, and Gata goes into his office, and Mucho grabs Lord Drylund by his neck.
Anixii, and Sven go back to their stations in the casino. SAP finds a big mallet and he breaks the orb with it. Everyone senses that magic is no longer being cancelled, and Gata Wild Shapes into an octopus. She goes into the tank that's holding Lord Drylund's octopus. She convinces it that she can free it if it tells her what he knows. It uses one of it's tentacle, and takes out a key from one of the decoration from inside of the tank. Gata does her part, then she opens the safe that's under the octopus tank.
Sven senses that Mei Jing knows that the anti-magic field is down, so he walks to her and asks her about payment for his night's work. Anixii sees that and she goes to help Sven delay her and the two bouncers that were in the upper level. SAP starts a fire on the ceiling of the kitchen, grabbing the attention of the two crew member on the bridge. This in turn gives the party that's on the upper level more time to accomplish their mission.
Gata shows the map to Lord Drylund, and after some convincing, he spills the beans. The Storm Giant King is sequestered aboard a scry-proof vessel called the Morkoth. "You will never make it to the ship in time. By the time you get there, it will have moved to its next destination. They submerge underwater when transiting. Now that you have this map, they will create another one."
Mei Jing finally is able to make her way to the upper level, however once there, she is quickly subdued by Sven, and he takes the keys from her neck. He frees Halani, and two other Moon Elves that were part of her clan. He also takes the Bag of Holding with all the gold collected from the nobles on the boat.

It is the firstday of the first tenday of Kythorn (The Time of Flowers) in the year of 2023.
The party discover a map and find out from Lord Drylund that there is a Kraken Society Ship somewhere in the Sea of Moonshae that is holding King Hekaton. The maps indicates that the party has only hours before the ship submerges into the ocean and move to another location. After that Lord Drylund's eyes roll up, blood spills from his nostrils, and he falls dead. After that Mei Jing tells Sven that he can keep the gold in the bag, but if she can at the very least have the Golden Goose chips back, and preferably the Bag of Holding as well. With Lord Drylund dead, she would be taking over the Golden Goose business. Sven says he would sell the bag for 300 gold pieces.
The party goes back to Yartar, and find Harshnag waiting for them. Draco says that they did not find anything about Iymrith, but that they found where King Hekaton is. As that happens, the party spot a familiar Cloud Tower with a wizard hat on top of it. Harshnag whistles loudly to grab the owner's attention. Once the party is back, again, in Zephyros' Tower, they explain that they need to find a ship fast. Zephyros makes the tower go Plaid, and they arrive near the location almost in no time. Unfortunately Abrus did not hold on onto something, and Gata did not fastened her seat belt properly, and when the tower exited the Plaid mode, they both flew to the front of the castle and banged their heads.
The party uses the Featherfall Token to land on the Morkoth, and basically battle starts. They find out that the crew, that looked like normal people, are actually Deep Scions. Abrus turned SAP into a misty cloud. While the party was fighting on the upper deck of the ship, SAP went to the lower decks to investigate. He saw that it was indeed King Hekaton that was held on the ship, and there were magical chains holding him in stasis. He cast Zephyr Strike and he was able to break several chains. After that King Hekaton awoke, but he was confused. Thankfully, Gata showed him the Conch from Serissa, he grabbed the conch and everyone went back to Maelstrom.
Back at Maelstrom the party sees that the Wyrmskull Throne and Princess Serissa are missing. They hear from Counselor Mythiri (Iymirith disguised as a Storm Giant) that she is the one responsible for all the troubles. She took the Throne and Serissa in order to get hid of all Giants and conquer the world, then she teleports away. King Hekaton asks the party to rest and he would find out Iymrith's location. The next day, they go to the Anauroch Desert to confront Iymrith. Her lair is an ancient amphitheater living statues (actually gargoyles) to guard her lair.
King Hekaton brought with him three other Giants to help in the battle. Helping the party is a Storm Giant named Orlekto, a Fire Giant named Shaldoor, and a Cloud Giant named Nimir. Harshnag was also with the group. The king also gave everyone, except SAP a potion of Giant Size. Now, everyone, with the exception of SAP would be giant sized. However, before the party arrived, Cryovain showed up and told SAP to hop onto his back. He would, beguilingly, join the fight at his mother's orders. The party was now ready to face Iymrith, the Doom of the Desert.
A churning cauldron of black clouds fills the sky as thunder peals and lightning flashes. Half buried in the cold dunes is a crumbling amphitheater adorned with statues, many of them broken, the rest worn smooth by wind and sand. Two large trebuchets stand atop the ruins. As the party got closer to the amphitheater, the four ballistae started shooting at the party, scoring first blood. Then the black clouds, came down the enemy they have been chasing all this time. The ancient dragon is much larger than even King Hekaton. Behind her, they saw the Wyrmskull Throne at the top of the northern part of the theater, and Princess Serissa was sitting on it. However, her eyes were milky white, she was looking up towards the Storm, and her hands were raised. Like she was praying to the Storm.
The battle starts, and they find out that several statues that lay in the amphitheater, are actually Giant Four-Armed Gargoyles, ready to pounce on anyone that gets close to them. The party has a hard time fighting Iymrith, but SAP, riding Cryovain, jumps on the Ancient Dragon's back, and orders the Dragon to Claw Princess Serissa. Surprisingly, as Cryovain scores a mark on the Princess, it is actually Iymrith that takes the damage. The party had found the key to defeat her. SAP jumps to the top of the Dragon's right wing, and with his rapier, he tears the flesh of her wing, rendering her right wing not usable. Now, the Dragon would not be able to fly. The party start to hit Serissa with everything they have, and in no time they do a lot of damage the Ancient Dragon. Near defeat, Iymrith shape changes herself into Queen Neri, giving King Hekaton pause. Anixii is able to convince the King that he is being misled by the Dragon again. With one last strike, King Hekaton uses Harshnag's axe and defeats the Doom of the Desert. Then Princess Serissa awakens from her stasis, she summons her mighty hammer and makes sure that the Dragon will not rise again, but cracking its head.

Epilogue
A few days after the mighty battle, and when the dust settles.
Annam the All-Father revives Queen Neri.
Princess Serissa invites Gata and Anixii to stay in Maelstrom to be her council on small folks matters.
King Hekaton asks Sven and Mucho Mata to stay in Maelstrom and escort him when visiting small folks. He would like to learn more about them, and also, there are still some Giant Lords that needs to be convinced that the Ordning has been restored.
Baroness Mulara invites Abrus to stay in their Cloud Castle. She can fix his wings and teach him more about magic.
Harshnag asks Draco if he would like to join the Grey Hands in Waterdeep permanently.
Cryovain says that SAP can ride him forever if he wishes to do so. His mother, the Ancient White Dragon Arveiaturace, wishes to pass along her Ring of Spell Turning, and other artifacts she has in her possession to him.
