With no difficulty whatsoever, Canon manages to use this makeshift grapple to hook onto a crenellation near a second story window. He tugs it a couple of times to make sure it is secure, and sure enough it is. All of you are able to climb up and are now standing on a small roof that lies below the second story windows. Checking them reveals that they are locked, but it is possible that they could be picked or forced open.

Jedavii peers into the window. It looks like what is within is a grand lounge. This spacious lounge is decorated to an arcano-biologist’s tastes. Paintings of strange magic creatures line the walls, as do mounted collections of insects and reptiles. Three pteranodons form the room’s centerpiece—all of them magically immobile in midair, positioned as if engaging in a strange dance. As far as Jedavii can tell, there is no movement within the room. Whatever patrolling constructs may inhabit this building, there are none of them here.
Robin flashes into the room, the curtains parting as though a gust of wind blew through them. It is easy enough to find the lock on the window and unlatch it, then open it to allow the others in. But she hears strange noises behind her - the pteranodons! What was previously immobile decorations of the room's centerpiece are now flying around the room, squawking and getting ready to dive bomb the intruders!
