My original plan was to rush over to Tyrvan and use Cure Wounds to get him back up again so we could all try to make a break for it, but that went out the window once Josiah saw Brystel surrender.
(I’ll hopefully be with Josiah. Gogo split party. One unconcious, 2 surrendurred, whatever happens to bean, and 2 of us -assuming we both get away - free. And what better person to be free with than the crazy ranger that already shot one of my friends:p)
Josiah, the Rush of your zephyr flows threw you like a shot of adrenaline. Feeling it guide your bow, time seems to slow around you as you pick a point on the Male elf's body and let the arrow loose. There is a dull Woosh threw the wind as the arrow flies with incredible speed and strike the Male Elf directly where you had hit him before. Splitting the first arrow in 2 and sinking both arrowheads deep into his flesh. The Male Elf lets out a rather Feminine yelp as he falls to his knees from the strike. Blood is pouring out of the severe wound on his shoulder and he looks like he is barely clinging to life.
Torla, your turn.

Yes but it would use all your movement to do so and you would move into Melee range with the Armored half-giant.

As Tyrvan starts to stir, she looks at the female elf. "Please, don't hurt anyone else. This one," she says, motioning toward Silver Bean, "he is over protective. And the archer," she says, her jaw beginning to clinch, "he is NOT one of us."

The female elf shrugs her shoulders as she pulls another arrow from the quiver at her waist. "We didnt start this Fight My Dear. We will finish it, one way or another."
On the male elfs turn, He coughs and hacks up blood. He is in rough shape, Taking a moment to gather himself. He looks towards where the Arrows had come from, But not seeing Josiah who had rushed further into the trees(Technically has full cover right now). He turns his attention to the Dwarf assaulting his Armored ally.
On his action he raises his hand up from where the arrows had came from, Everyone suddenly feels a chilling cold threw the air as ice particles begin to form. After a few seconds a wall of Ice now blocks view of him completely. He has encased himself in a Circular wall of ice.
On his Bonus action, he opens a small satchel he carries at his side and consumes a Healing potion. He Heals 8

Getting beat in more than one street jumping and fight, Tyrvan learned that sometimes it is best to appear to remain knocked out, so he doesn't stand or stir. He keeps his eyes heavily lidded and his breath constant.

Imras moves deeper into the trees, though staying just within earshot so he can hear/see what is happening to the others. He moves the same general direction as Josiah to keep the ranger within sight if possible, but keeps his distance in case the newcomers chase Joe.
(Do I need a new stealth check? Did my hide succeed in the first place last round?)
The half-giant just cant seem to get you bean, Your grip is firm and you are determined not to let go.
Imras, as far as you know. You are Hidden from sight.

Normally I would say yes but currently the only threat to the Mysterious group is bean, Who is currently screaming with rage and banging his shortsword against the Armor of the half-giant. So i would say you can respond to the Female Elf before your turn.

Bean clambers out of reach of the giant, probly sitting near the square of his back where its hard to reach.
Bean growls, "back giant beasty, mits off".
Ooc: josiah shouldnt feel bad anymore, just shamed a half giant with my grapple.

"If it means no one else needs to get hurt, then yes, we surrender. Now, call off your dogs. Bean!" she scolds the Gnome, "Please stop!"
Bean stares wide eyed at his friend. While hanging from the iron giant. "Yes ma'am".
Bean will clamber over the top of the giant. "Good fight big guy" and give one last CLANG against the giants helmet with the hilt of his short sword.
Bean leaps to the ground to stand next to Tola. Sticking his short sword into the wet mud on the way there and leaving it standing up. "I surrender"
Bean mutters to himself. "You could not have taken him, you dont have a body"
