Emrin, figuring that the lone goblin at N5 wouldn't be much trouble for the seasoned warriors surrounding it, decides to climb the embankment and lend support to Zaiden. He quickly scrambles up the steep climb, hoping to keep them in sight.
Emrin climbs the embankment like he was simply bounding up a set of stairs on all fours. With a critical success, Emrin reaches as far as H5 with his full movement.
Emrin still has an action, if he chooses to use it. The goblin is about 60-70 feet from you to the north and a bit east with trees and shrubs giving him cover.
Tristan curses under her breath at the fact she left her other axe with her pack. Oh well. She follows after Emrin's lead, and tries to climb up the embankment as well. As the goblin runs off, she will try to Dash to catch up with it.

Zaiden chases after the goblin for ten or fifteen feet, just trying to stay within range of it, before he starts whispering a discordant melody that only the goblin can hear, wracking it with terrible pain. ((In other words, Zaiden casts Dissonant Whispers on the fleeing goblin. Goblin must make DC 14 Wisdom save or take 13 psychic damage and use it's reaction to use it's movement to move as far away from me as possible. If it succeeds the save, doesn't have to move away and takes only half the damage...))
Zaiden will continue after the goblin, wanting to retrieve his dagger out of it's chest if nothing else...

Finn, visibly frustrated that a creature as dim-witted as a goblin was able to deflect his attacks, goes again with the hilt of his dagger to knock out the goblin in front of him
Attack: 13 Damage: 5
If the goblin has yet to be knocked out, he goes in for another hit with the hilt of his other dagger. If it's already been knocked out, he instead gets ready to tie the fallen goblin up with the rope from his pack
Tristan climbs the embankment and dashes toward the fleeing goblin (#1). With its head start and the climbing difficulty, the goblin is still 35 feet ahead of her.
Finn punches at the goblin's (#5) head with the hilt of his dagger, and this time the goblin was too slow to dodge. Finn connects, the goblin's eyes roll to the back of its head, and the goblin falls to the ground.
Goblin #5 is UNCONSCIOUS.
Zaiden steps forward and enchants the goblin with terrible pain. The goblin falls into the brush as it was running, apparently dead.
Goblin #1 is DEAD.
There is no longer any threat. We are out of initiative.
Emrin, Zaiden, and Tristan are up on the northern embankment a few yards away from the now-dead fleeing goblin. Sig and Finn stand in the road over an unconscious goblin.
Finn uses a dagger to cut off some segments of the rope he has in his pack, using one segment to bind the unconscious goblin's feet. He then rolls the goblin over onto its stomach and uses a longer segment to tie his hands behind his back and ties the other end of that segment around a tree on the side of the road. He then looks up at his companions on the embankment and calls out
"The saddle on one of the two horses had the same insignia as the cloak Sildar was wearing when he met us at the tavern. I'm near certain those horses are Gundren and Sildar's."
Zaiden runs to the goblin his just spelled to death, he wants his dagger back! Zaiden thus plucks his dagger out of the poor thing's chest (if it's still there) and wipes it clean on it's clothes before gingerly searching the creature to see if it has anything worthwhile on it. If Ermin or Tristan are nearby Zaiden will shout over to them "Check if they still need one alive. I may be able to save this one if we're quick..." though even as he says it he's wondering if he really wants to waste his magics on saving such a creatures life...
"And hey! Run back and guard the wagon, in case nobody is!!" he adds quickly.
Assuming no complications, Zaiden takes anything that seems like it could even be mildly worthwhile or interesting from the goblin and then tries to roll it's body further into the brush. Just to kick it out of the way more than to actually try to conceal it. He doubts anyone who matters will come looking for these creatures.

"What?" Sig has been hearing Finn carefully, and is piecing together the information on his head. "That means... they're dead?" He looks around, feeling so much anger for the goblin that he kicks his legs, his anger rising up, trying to search for something... anything, that might look like a clue that Sildar and Gundren might have been able to leave scene before the goblins got to them.
"We have to know for sure!" He picks up the goblin to see if he can get anything from him, but the goblin's too beat up to respond. Rushing towards the caravan, he starts looking for clues, growing desperate.
Tristan nods, and begins to jog back to the road. As she gets back, she takes a quick look around, checking to make sure no other goblins decided to show up in her brief time away, and slides down the embankment. "I'll help you guys in a moment. Getting my hand axe back."
And she does as she says. She climbs up the other embankment, and retrieves her hand axe. Wiping some of the blood off onto the grass, she looks around. With a small 'hm', she decides to look over the goblin bodies for anything, especially orders or other note, and then around the area for any tracks.
Having properly secured the goblin and seeing that his companions are now regrouping after the attack, Finn joins Sig and Tristan in searching around the horses for any tracks or any signs of what happened to Gundren and Sildar
The unconscious goblin is securely tied and breathing. Any level of medical attention, if and when you choose to give it, will awaken it. Else, it'll awaken on its own in 4 hours.
The oxen and supplies are as you left them. Zaiden gets his dagger back, and Tristan gets her axe back.
The lot of you investigate the goblins and the surroundings, but with adrenaline pumping through your veins (and visions of the spiraling axe flying through the air and cleaving that poor goblin's skull flashing through your minds), you aren't able to pick up much of anything that is very useful in determining who these goblins are or what they are doing here, other than the obvious.
Finn, however, does notice a beaten path of broken twigs and roughened grass leading north off the Triboar Trail into thicker woods. It appears that numerous goblins have perhaps dragged something large through the dirt northward. In fact, due north of the horses and around where the fleeing goblin's body fell, a more clear and defined path begins to take shape. The signs of heavy dragging continue north on this path.
((Do o the goblins have anything if nite on them? Specifically Zaiden would check theirs weapons, he could probably use an extra dagger or three… and coins, always looking for those…))

Finn turns to the others, saying
"Something or someone has been dragged northward through the woods here. I can't say for sure, but if I had to take bets, I'd say goblins took at least one of Gundren and Sildar somewhere through those woods"
He looks at the goblin he's tied up on the ground, still lying unconscious and yells out to his friends "We need to get this goblin up and talking as soon as possible".
Not much of a doctor himself, but thinking he may as well try and do something, Finn leans down and attempts to awaken the restrained goblin
“Well their bodies aren’t here so had to be dragged somewhere,” Zaiden says. “Could they still be alive? We should try to find out… but we can’t abandon the wagon…”

"We can ask once we get this one up."Tristan comments after sliding down the other embankment. "How far from town are we, Sig? If it turns out the goblins are hostage takers, we can drop the supplies off at town if it's close enough then come back. Or we could find a small grove for the oxen if it's too far, or if there's more danger involved in it."

"I think we could hide the wagon, tie the oxen where they can eat and drink for a couple of hours and go search of Gundren and Sildar!" Sig sheathes his sword, puts his shield on his back and stands next to the unconscious goblin while Finn tries to wake him up. "By Helm, I never really thought I'd be doing this... "
Sig rub his hands together and closing his eyes, takes a knee by the goblin, placing his hand on his head and whispering a short prayer.
"Helm, take pity on this maligned creature, for it is a tool to do your command, and he may carry important knowledge, knowledge that can save worthy lives"
A soft glow appears under his palm, as I Lay hands on him, healing him for 1HP.

Zaiden finds a total of 3 dull used scimitars, 5 dented rusting shields, to splintering shortbows with 2 rudimentary quivers and 12 arrows, all crudely made with tar and black feathers. He also finds 6 silver and 21 copper pieces.
Sig, you would know that Phandalin is about a day's journey away yet.
Zaiden counts out ten of the copper, adds them to the silver, and delivers then to Tristan. "You're winnings," he says with a smirk, then opens an empty pouch and throws the other 17 copper into it. "Those'll go towards buying a round, if we ever make our destination."
