Okay. We have at least three players. Finish your characters, and let's begin:
After two days travelling south on the High Road from Leilon, with the Sword Mountains to your left and the Mere of Dead Men to your right, you finally arrive at Carnath Roadhouse. You are greeted by the half-orc Bog Luck, his assistant Wump, and three stable boys. The cook Gristle Pete is upstairs from the warehouse preparing something delicious which you can smell on the wind. As you arrive from the north, a caravan of six wagons from Waterdeep arrives from the south. Bog luck and the stable boys begin unloading the wagons as you notice the other arrivals.
Among those that moves to help unload the caravans stands Alvis Monstercdag a human in his early to mid twenties, wearing several weapons and armor that is dirtier from the road. He is of a lean but strong build with sharp features that are accentuated by a mop of unkempt hair with a slightly more tame goatee to match. Another notable thing is that he wears several pieces of jewelry that seem to be made of silver, two rings and a heavy chained necklace that tucks underneath his armor.

Finnan Tealeaf glaces up as the wagons arrive, however he does not move to help, after all he tries to avoid getting under feat of those taller then he is. Finnan in stead goes back to drinking his tea, and reading one of the books he carries with him. Dressed in simple leathers and a travelers cloak, multiple daggers can be seen on his person, however non show the signs of being used often. Short choppy black hair sits on top of his head, while his face has a single deep red scar, which one who spends time with him would swear is in a different place every morning.
Without hesitation, Delimbiyra Naïlo offers his help to unload the wagons, being used to escorting caravans he quickly makes himself useful. For an elf even in his prime years, he is tall with an unusual constitution and energy to his steps. To help unloading he left his belongings behind so that they would not hinder him during the work but the only item of note is a crossbow that is exquisitely adorned with intricate carvings on its central wooden tiller. "Need a hand? Together we'll finish faster and the sooner we can get to try whatever smells so good, the better. Name's Delimbiyra, I've just got here myself."
Also not wanting to get underfoot, a non-descript gnome in dark leather clothing with a backpack, short sword and short bow moves to the stairway leading up from the courtyard to the kitchen from where the smells are coming. Gambi sets his gear down at the bottom of the stairs and watches all of the commotion. He stops one of the stable boys as he carries a load into the warehouse and inquires about a room. The boy points out an empty room across the way, and Gambi heads there to stow his gear before heading upstairs to the kitchen.
Finnan, follows Gambi's lead into the house, and stores his bag on one of the beds. Once his gear is stored, he cleans up with Prestidigitation before going to the kitchen.
Alvis and Delimbiyra notice when Bog Luck takes certain parcels from them or moves other packages in the warehouse to a smaller room which he locks behind himself.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Alvis raises a brow at the packages but chooses not inquire for the time being as he finishes helping unloading the wagons. He will however pause long enough to pull some of the silver off and stow it. As he does so he will smell for anything that may be different from the other items being unloaded.

After helping to unload the wagon, Delimbiyra will spent some time with the horses, assisting the stable boys to see to them, if they'd allow. While working with the boys he will try to get some information on the general situation of the station and anything of note that someone might describe as out of the ordinary.
The heavily armed human shakes his head at the smell and quickly returns the silver jewelry to his fingers. With little else to do he makes note of the swamp smell, making his way inside toward where the food is. With little talking invovled he orders nothing but meat that is cooked rare.

The stable boys mention to Delimbiyra that some of the packages and supplies Bog Luck puts into his strong room, but he never takes anything out of there. It's like stuff just disappears, making room for the next delivery. Other than that and Gristle Pete complaining about rats making noise at night, nothing much ever happens at Carnath Roadhouse anymore, not since the Dragon Cults were defeated in their attempt to raise Tiamat.
When he is as close as he gets when handing over a package he'd risk a look and says to Bog Luck "That's a sturdy vault you have right here. You've got trouble with thieving folk in these corners? Anything for which you'd like assistance?"
Eventually, the wagons are unloaded and the cargo stored. Most of the caravan guards head upstairs for some hearty stew from Gristle Pete. A few make their way to rooms lining the first and second floors of the roadhouse around the courtyard. The captain of the guard takes a room to himself in the far northwest corner. Four of the caravaners dressed in long, black robes go to a room in the northern section near the entry to the roadhouse courtyard and across from the warehouse.
As soon as the work is done with the horses, Delimbiyra excuses himself and asks where he can find a bed for the night. After dropping off his backpack next to his bed, he ventures into the kitchen with a rumbling stomach.
Once everyone is seated with a big bowl of stew, a stable boy asks Gristle Pete at the stove for raw meat for "the heavily armed human". Gristle Pete says something about the place not being a restaurant that takes orders but finds some uncooked meat and puts it on a plate. The boy takes it to Alvis.
After a while, Gambi moves to the table where Alvis, Delimbiyra, and Finnan have found themselves, separated from the caravan guards. He raises an eyebrow at Alvis' plate, then asks Finnan in a conspiring tone, "Did you guys notice anything odd about that caravan? Seems Bog Luck is keeping some of the best cargo in the strong room. And what about those guys in the robes? Did you notice how they chose a room with an easy escape route but in plain site of the warehouse? Makes one wonder what is going on around here."
Alvis looks curiously the raw meat given to him and shrugs before he pulls a dagger from a small sheathe on his belt. He carefully stabs the raw meat onto it before scooting a chair close to the fire and attempting to cook it a bit himself.
