Something mysterious is happening at Carnath Roadhouse.
(This adventure is based on a side quest created for Storm King's Thunder which was never played. The events in this campaign take place after Storm King's Thunder and Tyranny of Dragons with the defeat of Tiamat. It is intended for three to five characters at level five or above.)
The year is 1492 Dale Reckoning. You find yourself near the Mere of Dead Men on the High Road between Waterdeep and Neverwinter, two days south of Leilon or one day north of Thornhold. A caravan of six wagons has pulled into Carnath Roadhouse and is unloading supplies for the road construction efforts and other things.
The first five people who join the campaign and post here after I post the code Saturday at noon (EST/GMT-5) will be in. Get your characters ready for a trek through a zombie infested swamp full of lizardfolk, bullywugs, and a few Yuan-ti.

Lvl 5 right? Any build restrictions? We using standard array?
Level 5, yes. No build restrictions, just make it applicable to the Forgotten Realms. You can use whatever approved method you prefer to get your ability scores. I like "rolled/manual", but "point buy" and "standard array" are okay, too.
You arrive at Carnath Roadhouse. Upstairs is the kitchen of Gristle Pete which serves as a common room. Downstairs in the courtyard, a couple of the caravan wagons from Waterdeep are being unloaded by the half-orc superintendent Bog Luck and three of his young assistants. Most of the goods are put in the warehouse, but some go into a strong room to which only Bog Luck has the key.

I'm interested but have not played either of those campaigns. Will that be an issue?
I’m interested as well. Looks like fun.
D&D since 1984
No. This adventure does not require you to be familiar with those campaigns. But if you are, it might help.
I will post the join link on Saturday, March 12.
Alright, count me in! Sounds fun!
Hi - I’m not familiar with those campaigns, either. But, would be very interested in joining. Thanks!
I’d love to join. It’d be my first campaign if that’s alright
This sounds pretty interesting. I'm interested.
Long time roleplayer and artist, I enjoy the fantasy world of dragons and magic. It only makes sense I dive into Dungeons and Dragons!
Looking forward to learning the game and making new friends. :)

party of 6 too much now?
She/They/it
Keep in mind I'm in the UK so my time zone's GMT.
Definitely not an undead.
Six players might be too many, and two players is too few.
ok figured I'd ask, enjoy your campaign!

Sounds like you may have a full party already but if you need someone else I would love to play and have the time.
