This game will be filled with lore and will be a little grit dark just so you know what i'm a going for in this campagin. This campagin is set for only 6 people. If you don't get in but are intrested in the idea tell me and I'll work on creating another one like it. This campagin will be fairly long and roleplaying is as always incoureged. This will be taking place in this thread. Also the charecters start at level six.

in the corner of the tavern common room furthest from the fire sits a pale, thin, clean shaven man poring over a stack of books, smoking a long pipe. With nervous energy, he flips from one book to another, totally focused on his reading. Rumors abound about this wizard- that he is an escaped criminal from a far off land, that something is “off” with him- he’s not entirely… right. Is it the intensity of his stare? That his hands are as cold as those of a corpse? That he seems to not breathe whenever he isn’t speaking? He is a wizard, after all. Aren’t they all a bit odd?
As strange as he is, The village children seem to love his magic shows, he is generous with them- and the elders seem to appreciate his advice.
(wasn’t sure on ability score generation so placeholder for now)
If you want to join thats five people only one more. Its fairly late so all update you tomorrow.

Elise Skyfield
Human Warlock
Elise was a 30 something year old woman who attempted to save her town along with two friends by making a deal with a powerful being. While the deal gave the three powers, it also gave them each a curse. Elise appearance was transformed to look like a 12 year old girl self and no matter how many years go by, she won't change appearance. She hopes to one day break the pact with the Fiend and have her body freed from the curse.
Falvon has been blessed since birth to protect life in a dark era. The signs were seen and he was raised by a priesthood dedicated to empowering him in this effort. Unfortunately, he left before his training was complete. He has gone into the world, believing he could no longer wait, and even worries that he's losing touch with the larger world. He now wanders, waiting for guidance.
Arlo the first born son and scion of the prominent merchant house of Castemont, trained from a young age by his father and tutors to excel at the lifestyle he was expected to live and to gain the business acumen he would need to thrive. With his tutelage, natural charisma, comely demeanor, his fathers financial backing and connections behind him he was expected to become a great success… by those who had only known him by reputation if you were to ask his teachers, mother or the boy himself you would know that expectations were far lower due to his inability to retain pertinent information and his somewhat dim nature. The only one who seemed to have faith in his ability to succeed despite his oblivious short comings was his father he had hoped that he would rise to the occasion if thrust into the thick of things so confident was he in that sentiment he had arranged for Arlo a membership in the merchants guild and bankrolled his son in a new business venture he himself was planning to lead to his chagrin Arlo did bot meet his expectations and the venture failed in less then 2 years. Arlo fresh from the humiliation he had caused his family began preparations to return home and own up to his failings but before doing so on a whim he had decided to donate a majority of what was left of his personal funds to a decrepit church feeling as though the action would ensure that his failed endeavor would at least produce one positive outcome though he had no way of knowing that his generosity in that moment would garner the good will of more then just the clergymen he gifted the gold too.
Torwynn has always gone against the norm, even in the Land of Faerun. Raised in the north, already considered an outcast by both human and elves alike. Torwyn embraced this, striking out on his own, becoming a skilled thief, but also contrary to his elvan heritage, a fondness for the sea. He has spent time in the underbelly of Neverwinter and Baldur's Gate, as well as sailing the Sea of Swords as a swashbuckler. Well skilled in thievery, stealth and the use of his rapier, Torwyn will conquer the world, one gold piece at a time.
