We really are not out here to take this fellow prisoner, and leaving him alive and tied up is likely to cause more trouble than killing him. I think Misha's opinion is pretty clear. Windy? How about you? What shall we do with the knocked out bug bear?
Skorli looks startled. "What shall we do?... We should send ta rascal back to 'is bugbear gods, wit' ta message: no thanks, return to sender! I promise ye, were ta positions reversed, 'e'd have nary a thought o' mercy towards ye."
Windy snarls again at the foe, her wolf form taking over her rational mind. She is hungry for blood and she won't stop. She strikes for a bite in the Bugbear's side.
(Bite. 14 to hit. 9 piercing. 13 DC save or knocked prone)
Misha exhaustedly steps back and looks at the horror and her own reactions. The emotions in her are big and mixed.
“I-I never felt this way before. So much hate towards another creature. I just…they brought so much pain to my family, my clan, this land. I couldn’t hold myself back.”
Misha watches as Windy gnaws on the bugbear and she collapses to her knees in shock and disbelief. “Why did those goblins start this? I was so happy before.”
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Whew - good. I'm glad we are all able to set aside our personal feelings when it comes to prisoners. There are times when catching prisoners is a good thing, but not right now...
As you walk over the next rise, you see a hobgoblin cracking his whip over the heads of six goblins. When he sees you, he draws his longsword and says, "Now that is what I am talking about. Attack!" The goblins pull out their scimitars and run towards you.
Misha, your turn.
By the way, your invisibility spell dropped when you lost concentration on it to cast the infestation cantrip.
(Ooc- tha k you for the reminder!)
Misha holds out her left hand, palm turned upwards and fingers splayed apart. Her right hand circles above as she calls out, “Infernium!”
a bolt of orange and yellow fire leaps from her left palm and she points to the bugbear infested with mites with her right index finger.
(fire bolt cantrip: 7 rolled in-game log)
The infested bugbear falls to the ground. The other bugbear turns to run.
Windy's turn, the Leokoris.
"Dinna let ta furry beast escape!" exclaims Skorli. " 'Twill warn ta others!"
The large wolf runs ahead of the bugbear, turns on them and snarls. Windy goes to bite at its leg and drag it down.
(Bite. 13 to hit. 11 piercing damage. 13 strength DC or knocked prone)
Leokoris hustles after the bugbear attempting to run, and brings her hammer down on it...Attack: 22 Damage: 11
The wolf who was Windy knocks the bugbear prone, and Leokoris beats it down with her battleaxe.
Skorli, then Misha. Go!
OOC so the first one is dead, right, not just prone?
Skorli Bonebreak charges up beside Leokoris and brings down his own hammer on the prone bugbear.
Hammer Attack (at advantage) Attack: 20 Damage: 7 magical bludgeoning
"Take tha' ye sneaky furball! Frigga here's got a smashin' personality, don't ye think?"
Misha seeing the other bugbear down getting pummeled by Leokoris and Skorli’s hammers gets in and runs up and starts kicking the bugbear.
Attack in-game log: 13 to hit / 0 damage because Misha has no strength modifiers and is a gnome)
”Take that! And that!” She furiously kicks away at the downed bugbear.
Yes, one bugbear is dead/unconscious (0 hp). The other one is trying to fend off Misha's relentless attack after Skorli bludgeoned it.
Windy? Leokoris? What do you do? One bugbear is still alive, but hurting and being kicked while prone by a seemingly very angry little gnome.

Windy, you're up. What do you do? Show mercy or kill the bugbear?
Windy snarls again at the foe, her wolf form taking over her rational mind. She is hungry for blood and she won't stop. She strikes for a bite in the Bugbear's side.

Windy snaps at the bugbear lying prone. After a few attempts, she finds the jugular and puts the creature out of its misery.
Take a short rest, and when you are ready to move on, I need a stealth check from whoever is in front.
