The ice knife strikes and bounces off one of its skulls, make8ng a mark but not penetrating deep
( use it for hp as it won’t aid the other)
(EDIT) Sparhawk will go full dodge and as a bonus action, Shield of faith. "Ah, I don't feel well friends!" (Sparhawk has 1hp)
Bjorn snaps shut the tome in sudden understanding, and raises a hand out towards the monster. Chanting a new incantation, he calls forth a black tendril of negative energy that snakes towards the creature.
Enervation(!), DC 14 DEX. Succeed: 11 necrotic. Fail: 15 and the tendril forms a magical tether.
"How do ye like that, ugly? Why not come over here, eh?"
(OOC: WTF!!!), In character: Sparhawk sees the black tendril go past him into the monster, "What the....."
"Protect the Orc-who-Smiles! He's hurt."
Creatures save 22
the black tendril drives into the creatures form, the worms in its path shrivel and die opening another large wound channel.

The deformed skull of the creature sets its sights on frangipani. You can see the mist is still mutating the skulls features as it swings the other skulls in its hands like maces.
Attack: 12 Damage: 11
Attack: 15 Damage: 14
Both attacks slam into Frangipani in brutish fashion
Sparhawk, seeing the tide of the battle turning from this creepy multiheaded mutant yells,
"Retreat down the hall!!"
(Frangipani would've had advantage on Ice Knife, from Guiding Bolt, I think.)
( she did hit, it’s just her dmg roll was bad and con sav for the creature was superb)
Frangipani: ( On 2 hp, Not retreating as an AoO will put her down....hopefully can heal herself next round...)
( mr Earthlord is up)
Eberk will cast another Guiding Bolt at 1st level.

Ooc: Holy crit! Advantage on the next attack.
The glare of moonlight continues to flare, Eberk's guiding bolt adding mounting radiant damage.
Lir then lobs a magic stone at the construct's skull head.
Moonbeam: 11
Magic stone: to hit with advantage 10
Damage: 11
"Run. Heal. Then run again."
The powerful blast from Eberk rips through the upper torso, obliterating both of the skulls sitting atop its shoulders and sending a pile of worms back into the other room. You can see the mist on the floor is greatly diminished and the creature is becoming erratic
