Even with the mighty effort of Sparhawk and Frangipani combined the door does not budge.
"Meant to do that." Bjorn mumbles. "Checking for, uh, stair traps."
He holds a torch up to the carved head and looks into the mouth and eyes for possible mechanisms. Investigation: 11
Looking about the mouth and eyes you see some moss and an old, abandoned birds nest within the stone carved teeth. There is no discernible moving parts or levers that you can tell
The woman in the mural seems to be angry and her skin seems to have some sort of blemish all over, or it could be the paint has not stood the test of time? The plants depicted seem to now be most the same three

The detailed fresco does not provide any clues about a ritual, but you do see several representations of the nasty assassin vines and even the musk flowers.
Frangipani examined to edges and base of the door....would a snake or small amphibian or mammal be able to squeeze under?
Examining the base of the door you don’t see a gap big enough for anything other than maybe small bugs to get under, but your eye does catch the fact the claws on the TRex carvings next to the door seem like they might possibly serve as levers of some sort.

Your investigation reveals 3 claws on the left and 3 to the right of the door can be pressed downwards. Each seems to be its own lever.
“Good eyes Frangipani,” Sparhawk nods appreciatively. “I wonder what the combination would be”
