“Maybe we could split now. A few of us go get some rooms payed for and a few go try to offload some of your wares in the bazaar.” He looks to Bjorn. “We haven’t been around other people in some time. I’m sure you’d relish the chance to go haggle a bit.”
Frangipani swung her large crested head between the two and with a huff began plodding towards the noisiest part of the city assuming that would be the bazaar....
Sparhawk will address the room situation. He invites any to join or do their own business for the day.
Sparhawk makes his way to Kaya’s inn. Already feeling a sense of rest and well-being walking the busy streets, not even a hint of undeath to disrupt his peace. So many different kinds of people here, most of the locals are dark skinned humans who wear brightly colored clothing decorated in a fantastic variety of patterns. There are also strange cat like people called Tabasco, along with the usual races of folks he is familiar with.
Upon reaching the inn, an elderly Chultan woman greets him. She is surrounded by youngsters who are apparently there to help with luggage and stuff. She introduces herself,
“ I am Kaya, welcome to my place of rest and peace. How may I accommodate you kind Sir?”
Eberk will roam the city, looking for local temples. Particularly for a temple to Selune.
Eberk searches the city and is slightly saddened at the lack of holy spaces that are usually abundant in cities of this size. After asking around he is guided to a small, old building of modest design. A plump human wearing a plain monks robe answers the door and invites you inside. Inside you see a central altar with no adornments except for a few sconces for candles that are empty. Along the walls on shelves are the accoutrements for an amazing amount of Gods from all over. Most you are familiar with, but there are many you have no idea of the culture or faith. “ I am abbot Carbunkle from the Order of Lathander. How may I be of service traveler?”
Lir wildshapes into a rat and investigates what's going on beneath the city - sewers, necropolis, the horrible rotten life beneath Port Nyanzaru.
Lir scurries off on a mission only he knows. He spots a small cart being pulled by poor looking fellow. It is filled with trash, bits of half eaten food, and other bits. You know he will lead where you wish to go.
Frangipani feels a great sense of glee, tromping through the market in this form. The powerful muscles moving the great weight of body and cargo with ease and surprising elegance. The market is filled with similar creatures of many sizes and shape. The creatures sense of smell is amazing and she can detect the many different spices, foods and people scents. Bjorn eagerly leads her through looking at the massive variety of shops setup in this open market
Sparhawk smiles warmly at Kaya, "Ah, O'Thaylo's description of this place did not do it justice. This place is absolutely beautiful." Sparhawk looks around, admiring the calmness of the inn. "My name is Sparhawk. I am seeking lodging for myself and my four companions. In addition, we would require some fresh clothing, and to have our garments cleaned. I must assume you are most discrete with your guests and their privacy." "When my friends arrive if they mention my name, please give them this message"
Get yourselves cleaned up and join me for a drink and food at the Thundering Lizard Tavern
After taking a bath, shaving, and getting into clean clothing, Sparhawk puts on all his armor and weapons and heads to the Thundering Lizard Tavern in the hopes of finding Volothamp.

Kaya thanks you for the compliments on the inn and has the boys prep your bath and bring you a simple robe like garment with a woven belt. There is a nice patterned trim and the material is light and comfortable. While you bath the boy take your filthy clothes to be cleaned.
“Greetings abbot. I am Eberk, follower of Selûne. My companions and I have traveled a great distance and, while I’ve been making do, I was hoping to find a proper temple to worship at.” Eberk looks around at the shelves. “This is an amazing collection. Does this place cater to all of these gods?”

" nice to meet a follower of Selune here is the jungle. When I first arrived, I realized there was not much spiritual support to be had here. There are 2 temples but, not real service. More for show and for the Rich to maintain family traditions. Since the Chultan God Ubtao abandoned the people many long years ago, they have been leery. So, I being I decided to fill the niche for fellow travelers. I have the setup for most of the known Gods and a few for the not so known. May I set up the shrine for Selune for you my friend?

Frangipani and Bjorn find a relatively open section with easy access to appropriate vendors and you set up to display your goods.

( designate who’s in what group, unless you all go together)
Sparhawk will address the room situation. He invites any to join or do their own business for the day.
Lir wildshapes into a rat and investigates what's going on beneath the city - sewers, necropolis, the horrible rotten life beneath Port Nyanzaru.
Eberk will roam the city, looking for local temples. Particularly for a temple to Selune.
( now that smells like a good story arc...)
('smells' being the operative word)
Frangipani is hoping someone bipedal follows her or else she'll need to transform back and.....interact with people....which never ends well.
(Bjorn is probably with Frangipani and the cart of stuff. )
