I am a newer player interested in getting more experience with the game. Ever since reading the Legend of Drizzt series (which is awesome if you haven’t read it) I have wanted to go on an adventure of my own. I think that a PbP Duet campaign is the best way to do this because it allows the DM and myself to create an in-depth, guided story that can be riddled with twists and turns that may not come out with a large group of people working together. Also it would allow me to ask questions as we go, so that I can DM future games (perhaps for the DM that takes this quest) and we can build our skills as players. I have been doing some research into this play style, and have thought of some questions / house rules from a player perspective which I think would be a great starting discussion.
Name: Chris
Time zone: EST
Preferred Game: Frozen Sick (which is free) and progress onto Call of the Netherdeep. I would like a good mix of RP, Combat, and solving puzzles (skills challenges). For the RP I would like to focus on character growth, be it interacting with the environment or a DMPC. Combat shouldn't be limited by slaying the enemy, but perhaps persuading to join my cause, luring away into a trap, or maybe they do need to be hit in the head with a warhammer. For puzzles, maybe it doesn't have to be limited to a skills challenge, maybe there is a riddle to be solved (and clues can be given based off checks or saves).
Type of Character: I have a Twilight Cleric that's ready to make his mark. Chosen by Helm by what some would call coincidence (even though many dispute that anything happens by chance in life), this young scrappy shifter is ready to place others before himself with the aid of his pet panther ( or mastiff or wolf spider). All of this would be based on conversation with the GM I'd be willing to adjust as we go
Type of Player/Experience: I have played a handful of times on roll20, a pbp campaign, and other discord servers with the choose your own adventure. I would like a lengthy campaign where the character and npcs could grow together. I try to post 1-2 times a day at a minimum, but sometimes life gets in the way.
I am a very experienced DM, I am willing to work with you on your quest. I generally post at least once a day if not 2 due to my job and everything else. Been playing the game since the very beginning in the early 80s.

I have sent you a private message, hopefully we can get this worked out. Thank you.
Sorry for the weird replies, did it from my phone and failed.
