The serving girl smiles gracefully and thanks you for the tip. As you head downstairs the smell of crisp bacon lingers in the air and breakfast is being prepared at a large table in the common room. Freshly baked bread and cheese decorate the table. Galon wastes no time with niceties.
”Breaksfast is four silver pieces each.”
For those at the shrine:
It is a bitter morning outside and the breeze bites. The shrine is a beautiful and tranquil place well maintained with flowers and a tinkling fountain. Early morning birdsong can be heard under the cold breeze. When your morning prayer has finished you are approached by a female gnome priest with sharp festures and long stringy hair the colour of rust. “It’s a brisk morning and too cold for most. Welcome my name is Dem Nackle or ‘corkie’ to most. I maintain this little shrine here in the name of Pelor.”

Barinn strolls out into the morning sun, breathing in the frosty air happily since the cold has never bothered him. He follows Azar to the shrine and pauses to give him space and silently ask for a blessing from Bahamut.
Looking he sees the priest that has approached Azar. He walks over and squats to more directly address the gnome "Hi Corkie, I'm Barinn.", reaching out a meaty claw.
Barinn will ask her about Pelor and how long she has kept this shrine before asking about the citadel. (Assuming Azar will be talking too.)
No he is not . I apologise I’ve been mislead by the adventure text because it is supposed to be setting neutral. But it was originally a Greyhawk adventure converted by Wizards to 5e. I’m going to rule here that it is Lathander and not Pelor. I will edit my original post later. Apologies for the oversight.

Azar moves to greet the priest. "Nice to meet you. My name is Azar.''
"I hope it is not a bother for us to come to this shrine. You tend it very well." Azar looks around. " Would you have a minute for us? We have a few questions about the event here."
Darvek hands over an electrum piece to Galon. "Good morning to ye. Hope this day fares ye well." Darvek will then tuck into the provided breakfast, making sure to keep a couple of chunks of cheese as a small snack for later.
Vercinius wasn’t happy about being jolted awake, but as the shock wore off he realized he was hungry and made his way downstairs.
”Good morning all!.” He declares as he entered the main hall. “What a lovely spread we have here.“ He smiles and gives the serving girl 5sp and helps himself to some ofthe food and ensures he fills his water skin.
As he eats he asks about Mayor Vurnor Leng. “How’s Mayor Leng been treating you folks around here? Has he tried to do anything about these goblins or those needlers you’ve got runnin around? Or is he one of those fat cats who can’t be bothered with the problems of the people, so long as it’s not his arse being needled?”

Barinn rubs his eyes and rolls out of bed with a thud. He stands up, suddenly wide awake and grabs his gear.
"Azar wait up!" Hurriedly trowing his backpack over his shoulders. "I'll join you at the shrine if you don't mind."
He hungrily whiffs the smell of breakfast in the air and his eyes widen a bit before he resolves to head outside.
Ha ha ha! Oh my, I must've been pretty drunk. I don't remember asking for a wake up call. Anyways thank you very much my dear it was much needed.
Here have a coin for a good job! Taliesin gives the girl 1 silver piece.
I'll head downstairs to join the group for breakfast.
He waits for Barinn to catch up to him before going out.
Azar is going to pray to the Morninglord at the shrine and leave a token. He prays for the lost brother and sister and for his newfound friends.

"Dawn already, eh?" Darvek looks around, assessing that this is not an emergency situation. "Well thank ye, lass. Time for a nice bit of breakfast."
