I slash across his chest with the rapier. 12 to hit, 3 damage. If that hits I will jump back 10 feet to try and get him to follow so my spell will take effect.
Well he died on your first attack, Astral Reaver A is going to attempt to attack you but then a thunderous explosion shakes the ship, filling the air with splinters of wood. Bodies are hurled into Wildspace—and then everything stops. Wreckage hangs motionless. Reavers freeze in the middle of their attacks. Even the stars stop twinkling. The illusion of Wildspace melts away, and you find yourselves in one of the magical chambers of the Simulations Deck, your memories slowly fitting back into place. You recall being warned that your first experience of a Wildspace simulation would be disorienting—to test your ability to function under pressure. You see a Changeling women at the entrance of the chamber and a Shifter man next to her both of which are wearing a blue long sleeved collar shirt and brown slacks, the woman says "Well you each did quite well in the simulation! I'm sure you'll do nice in orientation, any questions?"
"Don't worry, the injuries should wear off in about a minute," says the man before saying "Oh! Right, we need to debrief you on how you got here, basically you arrived this morning on Belligerence, a chartered galley out of Waterdeep, which picked up passengers and crew in the Moonshae Isles, Baldur’s Gate, Candlekeep, and Port Nyanzaru. You’ve come to seek fortune and glory at Spelljammer Academy: a secret enclave of spellcasters and swords-for-hire on the mysterious isle of Nimbral. Graduates from the academy join the Spelljammer Fleet, a magical navy sworn to protect Toril and explore worlds far beyond. The academy is carved into a two-thousand-foot-high column of rock that juts up from the cliffs of the island’s west coast, its multiple levels connected by stairs, ramps, and magical lifts. After docking in a sea cave at the base of the column, you marched to the Simulations Deck midway up the academy spire. Your mettle has been tested, and now it’s time to settle in!" and then they both hand you all a map of the academy.
“Thank you!” I say as I receive my gear. I wait for Kalowanten to get his gear and I tell him, “I think we should stick together. Might make things a bit easier with a friend to count on.”
Once you get to the quarters the changeling woman says "Hello! This is where you will be living for your time here as a cadet," before leading you inside of the room, in the room are multiple beds and footlockers, the woman leads you to an airy bunk next to the laundry and says "This is your assigned bunk," before going to show Kalowanten his bed. Four cadets march up to your bed and a very confident looking moon elf hurls her bag onto your bunk, she then says “Change of plan, greenie. This bunk’s mine now. Go tell the duty officer it wasn’t to your liking, and we’ll get ourselves swapped over. Tell her you’ve traded bunks with Veena.” The elf points to an unkempt bunk in the noisiest section of the dorm, just outside the washrooms.
I’ll say to Veena, “I’ve got a better idea. How about we share this bunk. The nice breeze mixed with all the air in your head would do wonders in keeping my feathers dry. Feather rot is one smelly mistress.” As I spread out my Aarakocra wings as far as they go.
I’ll get in her face and say, “Listen, I don’t know who you think you are. But I’ve taken bird shits bigger than you. I’ve sailed across all of Faërun with the worst company you could possibly imagine. Most of them still have nightmares about the things I did in retaliation to their newbie hazing. So if you think for one second that I won’t do the same here, just because there’s a “superior officer” for you to taddle to… test that assumption at your earliest convenience.” Intimidation-8
Welp you failed, she starts to get mad and is ready to start picking a fight, Kalowanten notices this and comes over, "Hey, I'm sure no one wants to get into a fight right now, mostly considering the fact that we haven't even gone to orientation so how about you and your friends just get out of here and find some other bunk to steal, okay?" which Veena replies with "F*** off four eyes,"
The Reaver stands up and spits on your shoe before yelling very rude insults at you and your family.
I slash across his chest with the rapier. 12 to hit, 3 damage. If that hits I will jump back 10 feet to try and get him to follow so my spell will take effect.

Wincing at my injuries and realizing that it was just an illusion I will say, “Super realistic… oww.” as I grab my side in pain.
"Don't worry, the injuries should wear off in about a minute," says the man before saying "Oh! I would like to study the map while I have the time to do so. I feel as though my free time will be short once I get “settled in”.

“Umm… Sir! For these tasks, Corp Cadet or Spelljammer Cadet?”
"Do every task on the list," Says the man.
“Yes, sir!” I then break away and head to Administration to receive my welcome packet.
Kalowanten follows, a bored administrator gives you a welcome package that has the following equipment:
“Thank you!” I say as I receive my gear. I wait for Kalowanten to get his gear and I tell him, “I think we should stick together. Might make things a bit easier with a friend to count on.”
"Yeah, good idea," Kalowanten says as he takes his package, he then starts to head to the Cadet Quarters.
I follow along with him to the Cadet Quarters.

She says "How about no," I recommend you try to scare her away.
I jump in the air and slash her face with my talons! Nobody messes with my friends. Acrobatics-21 Hit-18 Damage-2
