I'm looking for 4 level 1 super hero esque characters. We will start out in the first city at level one i will be playing a 5th party member (who will stay back at city one) by the time you leave city 1 you will all be level 3. From there each city will have a bit of roll play and minor encounters hinting towards that cities big bad. Each city will also have a special guest played by either another talented player found on pbp, or a separate recruitment thread made while I write the next city. I will be making a update post every 2 days once we start. By the time we finish you will explore 19 cities, fight 20 bosses, and interact with a mess of npc.

Amku grew up in a cultish environment. His family a people who worshipped those with powers believed one day that Amku would grow to have an ability of his own. Well they were right, it was a stormy evening when his magical manifested themselves causing sparks o lightning to leap from his fingertips. Now due to the urging of his family Amku has set out to become a hero : possibly one of the greatest the country has ever known.

Eli was always a bright guy and when he wasn't reading in some books about the arcane he was tinkering around with some of his gnome friends in a backyard shed. As they discovered his ability to bend magic energy and store them into items and machines, they eventually invented a machine that could temporarily transmute copper into gold. A local gangster boss got info about the machine and sent out his thugs to raid the shed. His gnome friends were killed and he was badly injured and lost an arm but he managed to first tinker a device that kept him alive and then mechanically replace his arm. Clad in a makeshift but durable - partly magic - copper armor he then visited the gangsters and paid them back, but the transmutation machine was destroyed on the run. From that day on, he decided to dedicate his future life to the fight agains evil forces everywhere.

Adur has no memory of his parents or where he's from. For as far back as he remembers, he has been traveling meeting new friends, gaining new skills, and new enemies, especially pirates.
Overconfident in his skills, thinks he knows best, and too quick to act instead of think. Can be completely oblivious to other people's feelings when he isn't consciously attempting to read/manipulate them for his own benefit.

what classes do you have already? And I'm a little confused... we are playing in Faerun? so what makes us "super" compared to all the other lvl 1 adventurers running around out there? Do we have some sort of powers that are unusual to Faerun?
