Dawn will do a quick scouting tour may a mile around the area to make sure we are safe to take a break. While doing so I will look for tracks

Dawn scouts around the camp and sees no one.  The tracks continue past where they were ambushed further into the ravine, but he loses them after a short distance.

(Those were some bad rolls :P)

Dawn will also spend his last HD during this rest period 7

"Well, do we have a bearing?" Pops looks over to Dawn. 

"That direction" Dawn points towards the path he found into the ravine. Not revealing right away that I lost the trail when I scouted around the site, hoping that I will pick it up, now that I rested.

After an hour Dawn will pick up the Trail again (hopefully) I go to where I lost it before and try to pick up some footprint

Dawn heads back to where he lost the trail earlier, but is unable to learn any more in the darkening evening as he did earlier.  Worse, as he wanders around the area trying to read the tracks, he manages to scuff them and intermingle his own, leaving the immediate area useless for learning anything more.

(Saying its about sunset now, so it's not fully dark yet, but will be soon)

"I can't make out the tracks in the gloaming, unless someone else wants to try I suggest we camp for the night and try again tomorrow."

Pops would like to find a seat and sit down with all of the uniforms. He sees that some are full of holes and slash marks  and begins to fix them up a bit.

 (We'll assume Pops is a super-sewer and just say he's able to get the uniforms fixed up during the short rest the others took to get health back)

Dawn keeps searching around the ruined area for tracks, more an dmore frantic that he can't find anything until Rockcrusher points out, "We're in a ravine, there's only 2 directions to go.  Just...follow the ravine until you pick up the tracks again."  Following the path of the ravine a short distance Dawn is finally able to pick up the tracks again, which...continue further alnog the ravine.

(Are you following the tracks now or waiting until morning?)
