Zhernon watched the others as they went through the line for food, settling back down with a modest plate and ate slowly, sitting close to the others so they could hear their conversation decently well hopefully.
"No I just need a couple of strong arms to help with a large crate I am delivering this morning. I can offer 1 gold if your interested." says Branig as he sips his coffee
"We'd be happy to help sir, let me just tell them." Tilsu heads to their table, "We're going to help out the sir from last night. He needs some movers and I volunteered ourselves." She says
"We're going to help out the sir from last night. He needs some movers and I volunteered ourselves."
Roland simply nodded as he finished a second cup of coffee. Then a thought struck him suddenly; he rose from the table and went to the inn's front counter. "Excuse me,"he asked with a smile, "but would you mind holding these for me behind the counter while I work?" He laid his sword, still in its sheath, and a handaxe on the counter. "I'll be back for them later," he said innocently as he also laid a silver piece beside them.
"Yes I can look after your weapons"Kahpi lifts the sword finding it heavier than she thought. With some effort leans it against the front desk on her side.
Branig walks over to the table and takes a seat. "Hello my name is Branig." He looks at Tilsu at the table."I guessing these are your companions. Well I like to get to know those I hire even for small jobs. Can each of you tell me your name?"
"My name's Roland," announced the farmboy as he returned to the table. He stuck out his hand eagerly for the man to shake as he smiled at him. "Thanks for the opportunity to work, sir!"
"Hope you don't mind me tagging along! You don't need to pay me. I just go wherever he goes." She gabs a thumb towards Roland as she shoves more food in her mouth.
"Well lets head out for the docks." Branig gets up and leaves the Inn. He hops onto the wagon as he waits for the others to join him. "Just hop into the back"
Once everyone is ready he heads towards the dock warehouses. It took him a bit of time but Branig found the right crate. "Alright can you load this crate onto my wagon?"
(Roll athletics DC 15. It needs at least 3 to lift the crate)
Tilsu is able to lift her side of the crate but the others seem to be having trouble. Branig lets out a sigh "Alright I'll lend a hand"With a bit of cursing the crate is lifted onto the wagon.
Branig rubs his aching back. His get onto the driver seat and looks to Tilsu "Are you sure your friends here have strong arms?"
"Rough seas have knocked us around for a couple of weeks so we're still feeling it. We just need to get ourselves readjusted to land for a bit." Tilsu says.

Branig says "Well that's alright. At least I ended here at Kaphi's place." He looks at Tilsu's armor " Are you a mercenary of some kind?"
"Sort of, a cleric of Ilmater, do you need a mercenary? My companions and I may be able to assist." She says, lying about the deity she worshipped.

"Good plan. Twig slip off once inside? Much easier." Zhernon wiped themselves off and nodded at Tilsu.

"Zhernon not built to lift. Not that strong. Better in other ways." They chirped and looked around to make they hadn't drawn too much attention.
