Brix has a set of skills. A very particular set of skills that he has developed over a life time of spirits merchanteering. Skills that make him a nightmare for people in thick, absorbent robes.
Brix feels the warm healing effect of the healing hand and though he feels better he realizes that he's safer under the table than out in the open. As he.crawls about on the floor he displaces the chairs about the table. The movement causes one of the henchmen to get distracted providing an opening for one of his companions to strike.
Dolmek Silverstone Is beyond appalled these are not law enforcers doing their job, Brix was not being apprehended, “Attacking my friend was your undoing.”
The warpick sings as it’s pulled from its sheath and in a dazzling display of weapon handling Dolmek attacks one of Brix’s assailants.
(possibly: BA hex to the retreating masked warrior, if targetted hex spearman dies)
Norr takes Dolmek’s cry as a distraction and uses the opportunity to step out from behind the bookcase into the aisle. He whispers to the wind, then draws back his ring hand as the bow string appears, taut, and lets fly a bolt of elemental energy. He aims for the same target as with his first attack. Brix is behind Dolmek now, but that does not mean that the spearman cannot pay for the harm he has already committed.
(IF:)[The spearman falls. Norr’s eyes flicker to the fleeing masked warrior, then to the second spearman still in the thick of it with Casrian, Dolmek, and Brix. Leo, the other archer, clearly favours the bigger catch. Norr reckons the Tabaxan will try to strike the villainous wizard, and that will leave the fleeing warrior unengaged and free to deliver them a second nasty surprise.
He makes up his mind. Norr taps his ring and the note warbles through the air before it crashes into the retreating warrior. “Drive the Dexterity from his limbs.”]
Well, as far as you know, the Scribe and the leader are still fighting outside, and if you wish you could choose to pursue the fleeing warrior. If you wish for combat to continue, it's Casrian's turn.
Casrian twitches his rapier to flick off the droplets of blood. He runs (dashes if needed) after the fleeing masked warrior, but only so far as the door in order to take stock of the situation out there.
"It could be a false retreat," he calls back to the others. "Be on your guard."
(If Casrian does NOT need to dash, he will sheath his rapier and draw out his shortbow)
Norr steps out from behind cover. He grips his bow tightly, and makes to walk to the door to the library where, in-cover, he can lean out and re-engage with the two remaining enemies.
“Come on Leo-Pard. Let’s shoot these remaining macabre sartorial nightmares, these jackknife jackanapes.”
He walks right over one of the downed warriors. He is quite literally shaking with rage. All this death and blood. For what purpose? To entertain whom? To what cause? He spits on the floor as he walks past the enemies. His phlegm smells like a fruity and warm spiced wine.
edit: (OOC: didn’t realise it was still turn order. Thought combat had stopped till we were back outside or something. Norr does this on his turn)
Dolmek with his resolve set as a keystone in his mind, will on his turn pursue the enemy intent on finishing this conflict. (Perhaps an interrogation is in order). If able Silverstone moves to attack if not then move and dash to get in position for an attack.
(OOC delayed till his turn if still in initiative order.)
Casrian dashes to the door. He sees the wounded warrior retreating further, the Scribe a little wounded but not seriously hurt, although the enemy leader is nowhere to be found.

If turn order is still going on, then Leo will prepare his longbow on his turn just in case (will still do so if turn order isn't going on). (Are there any enemies still in the building? If so, i'll just shoot them instead as Norr suggested)
You shoot an arrow at a retreating warrior, but alas! Your finger slips and the arrow goes flying in a wild and random direction!

That done, he hops back into cover.
The war pick strike slays the already wounded warrior.
The bolt of force careens into the warrior, and he goes down.

Okay, I suppose you take the Ready action and Ready a longbow attack when a enemy appears. Is this correct?
