Where are Teller and Avery in relation to everyone else? Fargrim and Solastor should be next to the wall on the opposite side of the fire. Not sure whether we are in earshot.
Solastor Hits the wood of the fort with his hammer and in it's weakened state it sounds like it may be able to be broken through with sufficient damage but the hammer did not do much damage to it at this point.

I burned about halfway through the wall before I took that volley, and it just audibly cracked when I hit the charred spot. Not sure how much more it will take to get through it though.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Avery not being a particularly strong person will examine the outside of the fort more closely for any other possible entrances, small cracks that maybe she could slip through, or maybe even secret levers or something of that sort that could open the fort from the outside.
(You all are on the woods side of the fort to the left of the fort as you face the river. The gate is on the road side opposite of the river. Around the corner to your right.)
