Now glowing in her starry form, Valrieth calls out to the brigands, trying to weaken their morale.  "We are no easy quarry!  Flee!  Flee for your lives!" 

Since she was already injured by the flood and is now taking fire from multiple brigands, Valrieth casts warding wind, creating turbulent winds to swirl around her.  If Finley did not pass her right already, she assumes that he prefers to stay at this range and get the additional defense that Val's warding wind will provide.  (The only way that a harengon should have a clear shot at Finley would be to move to the same causeway as Agdon and Gan-Re.)   Val then sends another radiant "arrow" at Agdon.  She stays in basically the same spot as before, near the intersection of the two causeways.
