Fin will consider Rex's words as a sort of 'Halt in the name of the law' declaration, and when the men refuse he will draw his sword and prepare apprehend them by any means necessary. In Fin's mind, alive would be better, but corpses can still talk with a bit of divine intercession.

Rex one comes for you and swings with his scimitar. You deflect it with your weapon and send the bandit feeling back. Fin you're up.

Riding the parry of the Rex pushes his slight advantage to attempt to maim the bandit that just swung at him with a beastly roar.
Attack roll: 8 + 5 = 13 to hit
Damage roll: (5+4) + 3 = 12 damage (rerolled a 1 to a 4 with great weapon master)
