I posted this in the their forums but maybe one of you can help… I can’t seem to update my subscription at all. I get emails about updating my subscription but they are dead links that want me to contact support. Obviously I did that, three times. I contacted them back in mid February and the ticket didn’t register with my account for some reason. I then filed two more subsequent tickets for help with no response. I received 1 response last Wednesday from the original ticket that was simply https://nox.tips/ “Are you still having this issue?” And after replying yes I haven’t heard back… I had it on auto renew but my card has since expired and now the sheets are locked down for the campaigns I’m in and run and I can’t share content for my players…
Anyone having any issues with support not reaching out? I’m getting emails for resubscribtions but also take me to a dead page. If anyone has any solution please let me know.
