Uhhh... yeah, about that... they're on the Portside ship and haven't managed to cross over yet. Your best bet would probably be just to randomly chuck a javelin at one of them (at disadvantage thanks to the distance, though).

Uhhh... I guess you could jump into the smoldering debris from the fireball and take 1d4 fire damage if you want. But you actually don't need to hit anything to keep your rage up, you just need to make an attack against a hostile creature.
(To Emrys and everyone else in the charred circle where the fireball hit, don't worry, most of the deck isn't on fire, there are just a few little patches that are still smoldering).

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Areleo will run as close as he can to the enemy ship. At the edge of the boat he will pull out a little blue tube just the size of his hand.
in primordial
“Zyphuros fly true and bring the power of the deeps to these treacherous surface dwellers.”
He will then through the tub towards the mysterious figure who attacked the ship. As it soars the tub begins shoot out on both sides of it a crackling blue arcane energy and increases in speed like a bolt through the air.
Javelian attack (I can through it up to 120 feet without disadvantages I believe) 16 and the creature it must make a DC 13 save or take 13 damage. Half on a successful save.
(OOC: Sae, since Sayyida goes first in initiative, would you like to change your action to give the potion of healing to Harold since Sayyida already got Emrys back up?)

Okay, so yes, you should be in range to make that attack without disadvantage. Though the assailant does have half-cover from the ship's railing... fortunately for you, he also has really crappy AC.

Actually, I made a mistake there... Reading the magic item's description, the target doesn't actually make a Dex save... he just gets hit by the javelin and takes the lightning damage...
I'll go ahead and roll the javelin's base damage: 5
As for 'Naut, no idea when he'll be back and he's out of spell slots, so he'll just take the Dodge action.
Now it's Secret Character 2's turn...

The scream of agony from the other boat sounds very familiar to Areleo... especially when it lets out a curse in Dwarvish.
But Areleo doesn't have time to revel as a voice echoes from the Portside ship. A strange incantation in a haunting whisper that seems to come from everywhere, and at the same time from nowhere...
For a brief moment as you turn to look, you can see a face staring at you... at least, what's left of a face. The eyes are glazed over, and the skin pulled tight across the bones... blackened lips don't move as it speaks the incantation.
And then two beams of sickly green arcane energy shoot from the undead monster's staff.
Emrys is up! Both literally and in Initiative order.
I'll go ahead and roll the PoH for Emrys: 6

He had barely finished speaking when the air trembled and the world turned orange then black. The next thing Emrys felt was the familiar taste of a healing potion. Eyes open, the halfling met Sae’s figure and a headache he didn’t face since his eighteenth birthday. Standing up was difficult and his body was numb. Thankfully so, for he was quite burnt. The embers in the surrounding area spoked of a name – Fireball. Gods, I’m learning to counterspell the first chance I have.
“Too early for things to end.” Too early to make a convincing surrender. And I had the perfect excuse to stay down. “Thank you, Sae. MAN THE CANNONS! WOUNDED TAKE COVER!” He was the first to listen to his own order, dashing down the stairs and trying to reach for the door under the helm. He could walk in and out there to shoot Eldritch Blasts. “Longer legs would be nice.”
Specially after having to get up from prone. Emrys’ eyes went towards the spectral tendril called through his pact. The thing remained untouched, if because it was outside of the explosion range or because its ethereal nature he couldn’t say. The important part is that there would be no need to summon it again, should the fight demand its abilities.
Notes: Emrys spends half his speed to stand then spends his action to dash towards the closest door and his bonus action to move the Tentacle of the Deeps closer to himself.
