After the second mote of light passes through Faelan, the fur behind his back goes up. "Woah... That was intense doc!!" He looks around for the motes of light that now have chosen to remain in private. "Heya, thanks I guess!! We gonna try to help ya. Ah hope!!"

To Navi's disappointment, the two wisps remain invisible, but she can tell that if they were visible they would be glowing brighter than ever at Zeg's mention of Zybilna. They begin talking excitedly again.
Zybilna was the Queen of Prismeer! ...and still is, we hope. But something happened to her. The hags betrayed her, most likely. Killed her, maybe. If you can find out what happened to her... she could put everything right again. Seek the Palace of Heart's Desire!

There is no further reply from the wisps, leaving Faelan without an answer to his question, although a tune pops into Flynn's head. It's a tune he's never before heard, but has a jolly melody and a nice Andante rhythm, and he can imagine the start of some fanciful lyrics that would match the tune nicely...

It doesn't take Faelan long to realise that finding unfamiliar tracks in the the sodden and frequently-flooded ground will take some practice. However, there are areas where the flow of the water and the relatively thinner vegetation make travel easier, and he also figures out how to spot the firmer and drier patches of ground, and the signs that might indicate the next sudden rising of the tidal waters. His whiskered nose sniffs the air, and his long ears twitch as his senses gather data about the movement of tiny creatures of land and air and the currents of the breeze, so that despite the lack of sun for direction, he can discern which way is north. The ranger finds his senses attune readily to this strange fey world, perhaps more readily than to the world he just departed, and he feels confident that he can navigate the party to where they need to go from now on...
The tower that the wisps mentioned is a short distance away, and Faelan points with certainty on the direction the party should go, knowing that a high vantage point will further aid his ability to navigate this domain. Picking his way carefully through the swampy terrain, he is able to guide Flynn's steps, converse with Zeg about notable natural phenomena, and also keep the oft-astray fairy on some kind of heading. After about half an hour of travel, the group find the landmark mentioned by the wisps...
A crumbling stone tower rises out of the swamp, leaning at such an angle that it threatens to keel over. Black brambles surround the base of the tower and cling to its lower half. Hanging from the crenellations on the lower side of the tower’s peak is a large woven basket at the end of a tangle of ropes and tattered fabric. The basket dangles thirty feet above the surface of the swamp.
(I tried to get AI to create an image of this, but could not get it to do a tower leaning at an angle, much less crumbling and with a basket hanging from the top. This image at least gives an idea of what the tower would look like if it were intact, standing up straight, and with no basket...)

It takes some effort, but Faelan gets his footing soon enough, and he is able to find the tower that the wisps mentioned. As he gets closer, he slows down and relax a little. "Ahh not too shabby if I don't say so mahself." The Harengon takes out a carrot from his pocket, and start to munch on it. ((Sorry, lost track of days, really busy))
Zeg looks to the lights. "Well, that's what we are here to do. We'll do out best."
As they make their way through the forest Zeg answers Faelan's questions. "Yes, just before I stepped through the portal, Mr White said two things to me. Seek Zybilna! Free the dormant queen at last!and, at the very last, the last muffled phrase he called out was: Mind the Rule of Three!"
"It seems the hags have overthrown the queen. These hags are in interfering with a lot. We need to stop them."
Zeg nods to Faelan. "Yeah, I'll take a look." As he launches into the air he flies around the tower, staying about 70 feet from it. He flies around in counter-clockwise.
"See I knew where to go all along!" Navi chimes seeing the tower. Obviously she didn't because she hovered behind Faelan the whole time. "Wait for me! Wait for me!" She calls out, fluttering after Zeg.
Zeg and Navi fly high enough and close enough to get a better view of the tower's peak. It is a bit disorienting to fly around the top of a diagonal tower, when the instinct is to stay aligned with the tower rather than the ground, but the owlin and the fairy are no novices to flight. The brambles at the base don't seem to be sufficiently strong to uphold the leaning structure, and it's likely that only magic is keeping the building from falling into the swamp.
Navi flutters casually around, looking curiously at random features of the tower, while Zeg inspects the site more methodically. Hence it is Zeg that first spots the contents of the basket hanging from the tower's crenellations: there appears to be a humanoid creature prone in the base of the basket, as well as a gilded bird-cage with some sort of bird fluttering inside it...
Luz buzzes around the tower top also, but exactly what she perceives is not clear to Faelan from the ground.

Zeg, feeling a bit hesitant from his last encounter, does indeed move closer. As he does so he whispers a word to himself (cast Resistance) to offer some protection as he moves in closer.
"eh? Who are you and why are you up here? Who lives here?" he asks
Navi flutters over to the bird in the cage, tilting her head to and fro. She was thinking that maybe the fluttering bird might be in distress. “Hi little birdy. Why are you caged? Do you need help?”
