This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Seeing the harpy land 15' away from him, the halfling takes another shot at the creature with his shortbow before sprinting back down the steps and jumping into the hatch from which he emerged, in the hope that it won't be able to swoop on him if his head is below the level of the main deck. (If he can make it that far - speed 25').
The descent to the lower deck is chilly, wet, and unsettling. Seawater , about a foot deep, obscures the floor and sloshes against the hull. Broken crates and barrels are scattered around, some floating freely and others stacked into corners. You hear splashing as a walking corpse lumbers toward you, wading in water that doesn't quite reach its knees.
Joining the battle it will move 15’ closer to our Halfling on the stairs. It’s movement slowed by the water.

The halfling mutters a curse as he spots the corpse lumbering through the water. 'I thought you'd gone with your friends,' he says to himself. 'I didn't realise you were so attached to me.'

When it swoops it’s going to end its turn 15’ away from you. As it does you get an Attack of Opportunity.
Acting purely on instinct, the halfling rolls over as the harpy clears him and fires another arrow at its retreating form (opportunity attack).
Attack: 21 Damage: 5
Great. That is your Reaction. Go ahead and take your full turn.

Very good that hits.
This is what you can see below deck…

Unaware of the zombie found below, Sylvian will cast Frostbite at the harpy and run to the stairs after failing to contain the creature.
DC 13 Con save or 6 and disadvantage on next attack
Con Save:115
(I'm more and more convinced that Frostbite is the worst damage dealing cantrip!)
Hey! Sorry, that’s an 8, I accidentally typed a “1” before the macro.
