A third men at arms falls on top of the growing heap. A fourth is sent forward by force, and your two other attacks strike him. The pile is now 3 feet high, and making it difficult for the enemy to advance. Something behind them is pressing them forward, you continue to hear a loud demonic voice from behind them.
"You'd better drag the corpses of those who came before you back, before continuing your suicidal assault..." Khessa advises, in a bored tone, to the attackers who continue to pile up "...or soon you'll have to use pitons and ropes to climb the growing heap. And maybe that will give you time to think about whether you really should continue attacking us... Don't you want to let that guy who's so good at shouting back there come forward instead?"
The blonde arcane warrior, from what she's seen before, doesn't really believe that the soulless men-at-arms will listen to her... but she still hopes to make them angry, taking away their lucidity.
Meanwhile, the tall adventuress continues to skewer them with the crackling tip of necrotic energy of her Death Lance.
As the fourth man at arms falls to the devastating attacks, there is a bellow from the other side of the door, and the next man at arms is pulled out of the way, and a large demonic figure, red in color fills the door.

Vrox: round 5 (I think?)
Vrox stows his shield and steps from his hiding spot in the courtyard, slipping into the entryway next to Tyek. He marks the demon that's now visible in the doorway and fires two arrows at it. Then he steps back into the courtyard and out of sight.
Movement: Up to 20' of movement to move into the entryway. After he fires his bow twice, he uses up to 20' of movement to fall back to the courtyard and out of sight again. Bonus Action: Reassign mark to the demon. Action: Two attacks on the demon with Dragon's Wrath Longbow (150/600), the first attack with advantage since he was previously hidden Attack 1: 35 Damage: 11 (magical piercing) + 8 (radiant) = 19 (total) Attack 2: 25 Damage: 11 (magical piercing) + 8 (radiant) = 19 (total) The first hit does an additional 1 (psychic) or, if it was a critical hit, 3 (psychic). Free Action: Item interaction - stowing his shield.

(I'll just say, for simplicity's sake, that Lord Akkron was doing more-or-less the same thing as Vrox up until this point to avoid catching any of his allies in AoE effects)
Round 5:
The lich points a finger at the demon and whispers an incantation... a skeletal hand appears, wrapping itself around the demon's throat. Mostly, he wants to make sure that this thing isn't immune to necrotic damage.
Chill touch vs. Demon: Attack: 20; Damage: 12 (necrotic), and the demon cannot regain hit points until the start of Lord Akkron's next turn.
Meanwhile, the lich's beholderkin blasts the demon three times with its eyebeams.
Khessa looks the demon over with her blue eyes, not looking particularly impressed: "Good! Too many appetizers ruin the meal... It's about time the main course arrived! You must be delicious to eat with a side of cabbage leaves..."
After that, hoping to exploit the eventual moment of indignation of the demonic opponent, the blonde arcane warrior unleashes a combination of lunges to the legs, wings and chest with her Death Lance.

There is a lot of yelling in demonic, the one demon you are fighting looks over its shoulder, then retreats. No one is standing in the doorway, and there is no pounding on the other door.
Khessa leans forward, to see what the situation in the room is now... "Hey! I thought the demonic forces of Slaanesh and Azash were more pugnacious..." she taunts "Have you lost the bloodlust you are so famous for yet?"
Are the attackers fleeing? Or have they simply settled further back, giving up on the assault on the door?

Vrox volunteers to go first and determine which way they went. Stone may not leave much of a trail, but the smell of brimstone and the scratches from its claws may be enough.
Khessa's rolls:
Death Lance Attack 1: 33 Damage: 20 (magical piercing) + 14 (necrotic) = 34

They seem to have fallen back, deeper into the castle abandoning the door and their dead.
Vrox volunteers to go first and determine which way they went. Stone may not leave much of a trail, but the smell of brimstone and the scratches from its claws may be enough.
Survival 24 (advantage because he marked one of the demons and because Fiends are one of his Favored Enemies)
Khessa smiles confidently, seeing Vrox go hunting. 'And meanwhile, another defeat for the Nefarious Duo... Are they getting used to it?'
