Akkron can't help but chuckle at the predicament that the would-be assassins have found themselves in.
"Don't feel too feel too bad about yourselves for being defeated... there are very few who can stand up to the power of a lich,"he says as he reaches up and removes his cap. The illusory form of an old man disappears, revealing his true undead appearance. "Though perhaps you should feel bad about your tactics, or lack thereof. It is always best practice to assume your enemy is stronger than you are until proven otherwise. Far better to overestimate a pathetic foe than to underestimate a powerful one..."
The eyes of the Zemoch don't suffer, in fact it seems they almost bore a darker hatred at you. One of the warriors, spits on the ground, and is saying something in their language, you recognize as an almost bastardized form of Elvish. Sparhawk trots up and pokes it in the chest with his lance, "Speak Eosian!"
The warrior curls his mouth into a snarl, and spits on the ground again at the feet of Faran. Sparhawk had to pull tight on the reins as Faran was starting to clump forward. "Easy boy, don't bite him, who knows where it has been."
The warrior stares back at Akkron. "You should be serving Azash and the queen," he growls. "You can't stop the inevitable, the Emperor is rising and our Empire once more will take its rightful place ad you all will serve us! The fact they were so desperate to go across the sea, shows our cause is just and you will fail!"
He closes his mouth and stares at you in defiance.
"Thank you, Sir Sparhawk... though I do know the Elvish tongue, this is a dialect that I will need to study further to gain fluency..."
The lich then turns his empty eye sockets onto the dark elves, studying them intently.
"Though considering the drivel they spew, I'm not entirely convinced it's worth the effort," he adds. "Now tell me the name of your queen, before I lose what little patience I have with the likes of you and let the Jailor of the Damned do as he sees fit to coax the truth from your lifeless bodies."

Unhappy that the market got rid of individual purchases for one-off subclasses, magic items, and monsters?
Some of those spells are not wizard spells... faerie fire and silence for example... Is it an error? Or are really written in the spellbook? And if yes... could Khessa learn them by copying them in her spellbook? Or they still aren't wizard spells for her? Plus... Does Khessa learn some details about the summon demon; and Spectral Dagger spells? Would she able to learn them?
Do the necklaces require attunement? And how their telepathy works? You can communicate with everyone else has a nacklace like that? Or with any creature in range? Or...?
Khessa also casts identify on the Death Lance. What does she learn about its powers? She could keep it, if it has no drawbacks...
My guess is that he has a special spell list... but... if not, Akkron would definitely be interested in picking up both those spells as well.

Yes, those spells are in the book. Brother Maynard helps you with understanding the unique capabilities and the Death Lance. He pulls out a leather bond notte book, starts flipping through some pages, muttering to himself, "Summoning...summoning, ah, here is it. These members of the Zemoch hierarchy can summon demons to be used in battle. A shape shifting type of demon known as a yochlol. They say that through a summoning spell, they can bring forth this type of demon, but their success rate at the actual summoning is only about half of the time. If the spell fails, it is said the magical energy required to draw the demon here from its plane of existence snaps back and harms the summoner psychically. If they can summon the demon, then it has been recorded they fight for the summoner for around ten minutes, or until the summoner is killed, or the summoner dismisses the demon. Of course, the demon isn't happy about it, and will try to get after the summoner eventually."
"There Spectral dagger spell," Brother Maynard pauses as he flips through some more pages, "The Zemoch caster creates a spectral dagger that floats before them and can be used against an opponent. The spell lasts for about 1 minute. While it looks like a dagger, the damage is done by the magical force and not actually piercing or slashing."
Then he looks at the Death lance, "Ah yes, their Death Lances." He pockets the first book and pulls out another. After looking through a table of contents, flips the book open and runs his finger down the page and nods. A held over product from the War with the Shadows. The weapon is just that, a weapon, anyone can wield it if they so choose. Those two ends of the lance, honed to a hardened sharpness, but also imbued with a black energy that anyone who receives a wound from it, will suffer necrotic damage additional to the slashing or piercing damage."
Brother Maynard looks at the necklaces. "We have seen them before, Zemoch raiding parties wear them, as a favor to their Emperor and to Azash. We believe it allows them to communicate with one another through telepathy, but unless you are a Zemoch, it has no effect. It doesn't work."
Akkron can't help but chuckle at the predicament that the would-be assassins have found themselves in.

The Zemoch closes his eyes for a moment before replying. "We serve the dark three, the Great God Azash, his Demon Queen Anahi, with his imperial greatness Emperor Otho. The trinity shall rule the world and we; their loyal subjects and followers will bask in their greatness as all of the land becomes one under their rule. We will be the overseers of the new empire over the conquered races. You will all learn to bend the knee and swear fealty to the dark trinity, or you will surely perish!"
Can I roll some kind of Arcana or History check to recall additional information on Azash, Anahi, and Otho? If the Demon Queen is wedded to Azash, that almost completely rules out the possibility that she and Lolth are one and the same, but Akkron feels that there must be some connection between the Zemochs and the Drow because of just how similar the dark elf races are.

Khessa approaches Maynard with interest, pulling out her own spellbook and frantically taking notes.
"So much knowledge..." the blonde arcane warrior can't help but murmur "I had never even heard of some of these spells... Tonight I really want to dedicate myself to some arcane reading to help me sleep..."
"...Obviously it's a read that anyone who is interested can take part in!" the tall adventuress turns to Akkron and Olem for a moment. She then resumes talking to Maynard "After all, it can only be like this... this is a different continent, who knows how many things have evolved differently than on Faerûn..."
"I know yochlols..." the blue eyed woman smiles "And none of my encounters with them have ever been peaceful... But it will undoubtedly be interesting to know a way to obtain the services of one of them, in case we need it It's always better to have one more option than one less".
"And this Death Lance..." Khessa weighs the weapon, evaluates its balance "It seems well made. I will gladly keep it - both as an object of study and as a possible weapon. We will see how effective it will prove to be". (OOC: @DM: I ask you to confirm the statistics of the Death Lance... If it is the same one that the Drow Inquisitors use, it would seem to be a +5 weapon which as base damage does 1d6 piercing damage - to add the weapon and strength bonuses - and in addition does 4d8 necrotic damage - and this last damage also reduces the maximum HP of the unfortunate target. Looks like a nasty weapon).
"Well!" the blonde arcane warrior smiles in an excellent mood, returning towards the prisoners "We wanted to capture some Zemochs and these, as if they had read our minds, just came to be captured by us! How kind... How is the conversation going, Master Akkron?”
"Very accomidating of them indeed. They have already given me some interesting insights... the first of which is that their Demon Queen most likely is not the same as Lolth, which I must admit I find slightly disappointing as I always relish the opportunity to throw a wrench into Lolth's schemes. I also have my suspicions that the Zemochs may consider undead their natural allies in this war based on how much angrier they got when I revealed myself to them... that is to say, we probably should be prepared to face liches and vampire lords as well as Dark Elves on this adventure."

Speaking in a hushed tone to the group, "None of those names mean anything to me, which is not too surprising but hopefully out travel with Sparhawk and Maynard here can fill us in on some information on them. Also whatever types of obstacles might be encounter with these Zemochs. Whatever ambushes should we be looking for and what other weapons should we be on the look out for. At least that way I can pick my targets better than wasting my shots on these worthless warriors that stupidly charged us." Turning to Maynard, "Is that Death Lance typical of their weapons or do only the higher ups carry something like that. As it is a rather impressive weapon."
Asking Sparhawk and Maynard, "How long again until we get there? As I am sure they will attack us again before we reach our destination."
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.

Akkron is specifically trying to recall anything that would connect the Drow to the Zemochs, especially regarding the deities that the respective factions worship, and explain why they seem so similar but different at the same time.

As you finish looking around the area, you find the Zemoch's horses tied to an old railing on the other side of the old windmill. The prisoners can be tied to their horses and brought along.
