To'Kurr scans the area around them and opens his eyes wide when he finally figures out where the lightning bolt came from.
"This is seriously uncool, man," To'Kurr says. "Why are you flipping out like this?"
As he speaks he takes out a sickly looking, dry yellow herb and quickly rolls that up into a small, tight joint. He takes a short drag on it and blows it towards the wizardy hobgoblin.
A cloud of sickly green smoke races out and swirls about the wizard, poking into his nostrils.
(Casts Ray of Sickness (14+13)= 27 to hit for 9 poison damage. DC 19 CON Save or wizard is poisoned until the end of To'Kurr's next turn and has disadvantage on attack and skill check rolls.)
The squirming, ebony tentacles arise all around the casting hobgoblin. He tries to step away from their grasp, but cannot and takes (9 dam) and is restrained (cool spell, didn't know that one.)
As Nephir attacks Bandit C, the only one that isn't asleep, his first swing goes wild, but his second finds purchase, barely. The man's eyes go a little buggy as the thunder damage ripples through him.
As Nephir bounds away towards the hobgoblin, bandit C takes his attack of opportunity, slicing him along his side as he does. (8 dam)
As the other human bandits sleep, Bandit C watches as Nephir runs towards the boss, but sees another bleeding quite profusely in the carriage and goes for the easier target. Climbing in, he first takes the 10 dam for moving, then attacks Myles.
His first attack with the scimitar slices at the investigator, but in the bandit's haste, he misses with his second slash. Taking his dagger, he pierces Myles right in the stomach. (14 dam total)
Necyra was busy keeping an eye on her pretty pixies (they're quite pretty, right?!) when she noticed the bandit sprint up to the carriage jumping to attack Myles and their client. With a quick flick of the wrist, she rapidly casts Silvery Barbs on the bandit as a reaction (she never took a bonus action).
The impact of this spells are:
1) The bandit needs to re-roll his successful attack roll on Myles, and must use whichever roll was lower.
2) Myles now has advantage his next attack roll, ability check, or saving throw. Only the next roll.
"Uh-uh-uhhhhh....no you don't you smelly little trash puppet!"
Siszhu is hungry to go after the hobgoblin who just dares scratch his scales... But the squishy one in the white shirt is hurt and being hurterer.... "I'll be right back," Siszhu says over his shoulder then hurls himself into the carriage climbing over Myles and the mother and rushing right into the bandit who dare injure them.
(Attacking Recklessly so have advantage, attacks have adv vs Siszhu until his next turn...)
Unarmed Attack vs Bandit C: 26 to hit for 11 damage
Superiority Die spent to attempt to grapple as a Bonus Action - Athletics check (with Adv due to raging): Nat 20 for 28
Siszhu drags Bandit C (assuming 26 hit and 28 won grapple check) back out of the carriage, dragging them across Myles and the Mother and heading towards the hobgoblin who hit him with spears or whatever. (Movement I am thinking 5 feet to next to the carriage, say 10 more to squeeze in above/around miles, 10 more to drag bandit back out and last 5 to return Siszhu to where he started?)
Outside the carriage now (hopefully), Siszhu uses his free hand to punch the bandit (C) in the face...
Unarmed Attack vs Bandit C: 25 to hit for 8 damage...
Bandit C still grappled if Siszhu was successful grappling in the first place...

We're doing one small murder-y thing for a bigger, better reason. The ends justify the means.
Necrya does a little finger tutting as she overlooks the battlefield from high above, and casts Bless at 2nd level, impacting @Myles, @Nephvir, @Siszhu, and @To'Kurr equally.
The 8 Pixies:
Necrya points at 2 of the pixies, and then down at the spell casting hobgoblin to the west and in a evil-sounding voice command "You two, take care of that one over there!" and has them both cast Confusion on the same hobgoblin.
She then points a 2 other pixies, and likewise commands them to cast Confusion on the plate armored hobgoblin to the east.
Continuing on, she points to 2 other pixies, and commands them to cast Confusion on bandit A.
Finally, she points to the 2 remaining pixies, and commands them to cast Confusion on bandit C.
The hobgoblin with the quarterstaff, watches the wretched plume of yellow smoke as it engulfs him. Coughing and gagging, it poisons him for the next round.
Siszhu attacks Bandit C, crawling over Myles and Megan in the carriage and dragging the bandit out, grappling him securely.
The pixies throw down their pixie dust, confusing the remaining badguys that are still awake.
The casting hobgoblin continues to cough, too confused to move or take an action.
Quite annoyed now with his best suit bloodied and torn, Myles gets up inside the carriage to retaliate against the insolent bandit that apparenty has no regard for exquisite tailoring.
For a moment, in the midst of the chaos of battle, To'Kurr smiles as he watches the pixies drop their magic dust over the melee below. The light catches the golden particles and gives the effect of a mini meteor shower.
But the pixies seemed to be a bit indiscriminate in their sprinkling and some of his comrades are caught up in the magic. To'Kurr reacts quickly to the hint of confusion crossing Siszhu's features and quickly pulls out a small rainbow coloured capsule from his pouch. With the accuracy of someone who has practiced a specific skill over and over, he flicks the tiny capsule through the air and it unerringly makes its way into Siszhu's mouth, giving the fierce warrior the timely clarity he needs.
(Reaction - Flash of Genius = +5 to save)
He then tuns this attention back to the gnarly wizard.
Nephvir weaves both short swords in the air, back and forth as he moves closer to the hobgoblin spellcaster to the northwest and engages them. He slices with both of his short swords and sheathes them in thunderous energy. His bald head and fast moving hands are bobbing and weaving, he finishes with a flourish.
Short sword 1 : 29 to hit (Nat 20, crit!), for 12 points of piercing damage. He uses booming blade to do an additional 8 points of thunder damage. If the spellcaster moves, he will receive another 9 points of thunder damage.
Short sword 2 (off hand) : 25 to hit, for 4 points of piercing damage.
Nephvir attacks the spellcaster with a vengeance. The cuts hit deep and the hobgoblin looks bloodied.
Bandit A, in his confusion, heads straight in the SE direction as far as his movement will take him, taking no action. He then shakes his head, the confusion leaving him at the end of his turn.
Bandit C, looks all around him unsure what to do or where to go in his state of confusion. But then he coughs a bit, getting more of the pixie dust out of his system and the confusion leaves him at the end of his turn.
Bandit's B and D continue to sleep.
The hobgoblin warlord, heads straight south in his misunderstanding of the situation, skirting around Siszhu as he does (AoO). Once there, his eyes water from the pixie dust, but he stays confused.
To'Kurr again takes a drag on his pipe and blows a cloud towards the wizard hobgoblin. Mid exhale, the smoke coalesces into a bright dart of fire and races across the space between them and smashes into the hobgoblin's torso: (Fire Bolt (13+13) = 26 to hit for (9+10) = 19 fire damage.
The old man then catches sight of the damaged carriage and worries about Myles. He reaches into this pouch and clutches his mix of herbs, bowls, pipes, and bongs.
"Don't worry about a thing. Cause every little thing is going to be alright," To'Kurr says. As those words reach Myles, he can feel energy flowing into his body and damage being repaired (Bonus Action - Healing Word (2+4+2+5 plus additional 5 from Alchemical Savant) = 18 hp healed)
Oddly, Siszhu finds that dragging the bandit around is very tiring... It is feeling him feeling drained and a bit light headed. The snakeman shakes his head back and forth to clear it and barely even notices the gel capsule for of head clearing goodness hit his throat and be swallowed reflexively. Just in time for the head dude, to Siszhu's estimation anyway, to start running by.
"Where you going?" he asks and flashes out his free hand to try to punch the runner in the face.
AOO Unarmed Attack: 26 to hit for 11 points of damage
"And you!" Siszhu grumbled down at Bandit C who is still in his grapple and basically squeezes his head between his arm and his ribcage hoping to see his eyes pop.
Unarmed Fighting Style allows 1d4 damage to anyone he's grappling at start of his turn: 2 damage (Don't think my rage bonus applies...)
Siszhu follows up with some jabs to the face, assuming Bandit C still lives... (Attacking recklessly so at adv and attacks vs Siszhu are at adv as well.)
Unarmed Attack: 24 to hit for 13 damage
Second Unarmed Attack: TWO Nat 20's... So 29 to hit for 16 damage
Monk Bonus Action Unarmed Strike: 23 to hit for 9 damage
Siszhu starts following the Hobgoblin Warlord once he finishes punching his lackey in the face. If lackey is still alive, Siszhu drags him along. If lackey has died, Siszhu tosses him aside to be evaluated for taste and treasure at a later time. ((Any attacks left, if any, after lackey dies will be vs Warlord if Siszhu can catch up, otherwise he will try to tear the throat out of lackey B who I believe may be prone and sleeping?))
"Oh my lovely snakey-snake....let me take care of those little cuts with a bandaide from momma!" and Necyra casts Cure Wounds (2nd level) on Siszhu, healing him for 13 hp.
8 Pixies from Hell:
Necyra giggles out loud at the performance of her lovely pixies, and points to a pixie at random and commands it to cast Polymorph, turning bandit A into a Sheep.
Likewise, she points to another pixie and commands it to cast Polymorph, turning bandit B into a Sheep.
She points to another pixie and commands it to cast Polymorph, turning bandit C into a Sheep.
She points to another pixie and commands it to cast Polymorph, turning bandit D into a Sheep.
She points to another pixie and commands it to cast Polymorph, turning the plate mail'd hobgoblin into a Sheep.
She points to another pixie and commands it to "cleanse that wizard corpse from the face of this land", and it casts Druidcraft onto the dead body, causing flowers to blossom out of its corpse.
Finally, she commands the remaining two pixies to "hang tight, and see if any of these evil doers manage to get away...if so, track them down and turn them into sheep!"
Siszhu's attacks on Bandit C prove fatal and he is able to move on to the armored hobgoblin and strike upon him a couple of times. The hobgoblin looks at the yuanti in complete confusion as Siszhu attacks.
Then the pixies do their worst. The remaining three bandits and the hobgoblin are all now sheep. Baaaaa
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
With an appreciative nod to old man To'Kurr, Myles sits up in the seat inside the carriage and tries to help the client up as well, quite confident his associates could deal with the mess outside. "Apologies for that inconvenience. Are you all right?" He asks Megan calmly, while helping her back in her seat. "I admit this was unexpected but as you can see my associates can easily deal with things like this." He adds with a reassuring smile.
Persuasion to keep the client calm in spite of the chaos outside: 10
To'Kurr takes a calming couple of tokes off of his pipe and then goes over to the wizard hobgoblin, searching through their pockets, pouch, pack, and unmentionables just in case they had something of interest.
Neph walks over with To’Kurr, helping him to look at the spellcaster. (Investigation 21). “Wicked fumes, man.” He says to To’Kurr with a grin. “Is that your usual batch, or something special?”
Siszhu’s first order of business is the dispatch of the sheep. They surely have all seen this particular trick before so know that they sheep will revert once killed, and then they’ll get to kill them again. Not that it isn’t fun but it’s best done one at a time and quickly at that… As such, Siszhu recruits the others to circle around each animal and ready their attacks to do it as efficiently as possible.
“Let’s finish them off, then we can see what goodies they brought us,” he insists. “This one first. He seemed a leader type…”
Not using weapons or armor and only having a modicum of interest in gold, he just wants to get the kills in and then find something to eat. Killing makes him hungry.
