As the team leaves the R.S Seraph, the aristocrat salutes it's captain. "For the republic!"Then following the defector onto his cargo craft. Unless someone else in the team is so inclined, Daryos opts to hide on the couch, spending his time going through the mission specs as the craft lands, listening attentively to the conversations outside his comfy crate. As the transportation of the crate eventually comes to a stop soon followed by silence, Daryos listens for sounds of the others emerging from their hideouts before cautiously making his own graceful exit.
As the noble starts to get into her crate, Zania taps him on the shoulder.
"I hate to be a spoil-sport, but I'm pretty sure that's the only crate that I'll actually fit inside of," she points out with a chuckle. "I'm sure that with your witchcraft you'll be able to make your accommodations more accommodating, but I, a mere mortal, am going to have to stick with the basic laws of reality which state that you can't stick a seven-foot-tall goliath inside a five-foot-long crate without breaking one or the other."
Distracted by the comfy couch, the aristocrat somehow doesn't realize it was meant for the witch-hunter. With a graceful bow he steps back and finds his way into another comfy crate.
Raia returns the captain's salute with a light bow, turning on her heel to follow the others to the other ship.
As she hears another crate beginning to open she lifts her own crowbar and begins to work on unsealing herself. When the crate comes undone she slides out, hand already gripping the bladeless hilt.
Scanning the room, the first thing she looks for is a door that might be the way they came in.
Listening carefully to the silence that follows, if Salvor hears nothing but his own companions he'll begin to work on his own crate.
After crawling out, he makes a quick observation of the room around them. Assuming they're now alone, he speaks quietly. "One of the hardest parts is done, it seems our pilot was true to his word."
Zania waits until she hears someone else (Salvor, in this case) break out of their crate before she does the same, carefully prying the lid open from the inside.
"Well, that went surprisingly well," she says in a voice barely above a whisper, sounding genuinely a bit surprised at the lack of unforeseen catastrophe. "Anyone need a bit of extra muscle for crackin' their crates?"
Crawling out of your crates, a quick glance around the room reveals no one but yourselves currently inside. There are four doors in the room, though one in the "southeast" corner of the room would easily be identifiable as the exit. The quarters are more lavish than you might expect for such an installation, at the far end is a large bed resting atop an ornate redwood bed frame. Various pieces of artwork line the walls, and small sculptures and statues rest in display cases around the room.
Most of the floor is covered by a large velvet rug, along the edges you can see stark white tile underneath.
The room itself is about 45 x 90 feet. At the south end you can see a pair of glass sliding doors leading to a balcony. Outside in the distance you can see the walls of the Aeon Terminal.
Stepping out of his crate, Raeksalos nods in agreement with Salvor and Zania, "Agreed, I would much rather have our fate in our own hands, rather than the pilot's".
He then assesses the situation in the room, and if he is sure that he will not be seen from below, moves across to the sliding doors and takes a look out, trying to pinpoint exactly where they are in relation to the towers that are their objectives. He is also interested to see who he can see walking around below in the way of guards, and especially what they are wearing.
As he looks out, he asks of the others, "How are you all at climbing? We have the choice of climbing up the exterior of the tower, or moving internally".
"Quite a comfortable living arrangement. I'd wager this Rhysio has significant pull in the facility if he can manage this..." Salvor comments quietly as he looks around the room. If there isn't anything that looks like an office desk, he will walk up to each of the doors that isn't the exit, listening to make sure they're empty.
Perception: 14
Next he'll open them slowly and quietly, checking for a room that looks like an office or workspace of some kind.
"If we're close to the top, climbing upwards isn't a bad idea. I think we lack the equipment for it...But it may be doable." He calls back to answer Raeksalos question. "Before we make a decision, a quick search of the rooms perhaps? We might find something we can use."
"I can climb anything."Raia says flatly. While the other Ember knight goes off to search the suite, she moves closer to the exit. At the first sound or sign that the door may open, she intends to grab it and hold it closed.

"My Void-powered boots will carry me wherever we need to go."The aristocrat says confidently, looking around the room as he steps out of his crate and checks his coat and gear. "But won't it look suspcious if we're spotted?" He adds, stepping over to the glass sliding doors, trying to determine if that is likely to happen.
Raeksalos Even if anyone was looking up at the building at the moment, they wouldn't be able to identify anything other than a vaguely humanoid shape on the balcony. Likewise as you look below, you can't make out much in the way of details. Most of the rest of the terminal is visible to you from this vantage, save for what's blocked by the building. You can see a flurry of activity of the ground: workers transporting different materials around, ships landing and taking off, and a few construction projects near the wall itself.
Along the southwest end of the wall you can see a compound that's walled off. At it's gate you see a group of four guards, two on each side. Within the compounds walls you see buildings that look to be barracks, and several groups of obvious military personnel within. At this distance, it's difficult to tell their exact uniforms, but you can see what looks to be some kind of armor made up of individual white plate pieces(equivalent to half-plate).
Looking above, you can see you're a little under halfway to your destination. The building itself is triangular in shape. About 3/4 of the way up is the maximum of its height, the other 1/4 is made up by the towers(located at each vertex of the triangle), stretching up for about 450 feet. The towers are unconnected by bridge, but it's conceivable you could scale them.
Salvor You hear no one in each of the rooms, and quickly open each door to survey each one. The largest of the rooms is filled with art supplies and unfinished canvas paintings, as well as a few wooden drawers. Another room is completely tiled, with a large marble bathtub and a standing basin. The last room is close to what you were looking for, two of the walls are lined with bookshelves filled with hardback books and some loose papers. A small writing desk occupies the south wall.
Daryos From the height you're at now...You can definitely be spotted, but it's completely up to chance whether someone would crane their neck to look up the building that way.
Raeksalos focusses his attention on the guards below, finding them too far away to see the finer detail, but he sees enough for a rudimentary disguise.
"Metamfíesi", he says in celestial, and suddenly he is no longer wearing his sleeveless jerkin and trousers, but white armour of interlocking plates.
He turns back to the others, "The clock has started, 3 hours and counting. We can certainly take the exterior route, but if we are seen we will not be able to silence those that spot us, and that is if we are even aware. If it were dark, it would be different. I think we should go inside where any threat is within our power to eliminate, forcefully or more subtly".
"There interior route it is then. We'll aim for subtlety and deception. When that fails, speed and power." Salvor says as he crosses the room towards the final door.
"Ah, we are."Hecalls from the door of the office room, promptly stepping inside. The bookshelves draw his interest, but he feels there is little to no time for that. If there's anything on the shelves that looks like a map scroll he'll take it down and inspect it.
Instead he moves to the desk, checking the documents on the surface and any drawers it may have. Though he considers it a long shot, he looks for anything like a schematic of the place. Besides that, he looks for things like keys or something that might give them access to areas that would normally be difficult for them.
The aristocrat nods in agreement with the Astral Elf, now disguised as a site guard. "I can use the power of the Void Blade to turn two of us invisible."He mentions as he follows the Ember Knight to assist him in investigating the office.
(Would offer the Help action but it seems it won't be needed ;-)
Salvor A quick sweep of the bookshelves reveals them to mostly works of poetry and history. On the desk itself you find a few mostly written reports, detailing summaries on the state of the Aeon Terminal's defenses. The man's office you've invaded, Rhysio, seems to be in charge of maintaining the Terminal's defensive structures. One detail in one of the reports catches your eye...The southern arcane cannon has been deactivated due to a fault to powering mechanism.
There's nothing in the way of schematics or maps in the room. Likewise the desk drawers contain only blank sheets of paper and old files it seems. None of them are of particular note, mostly just maintenance records and the like.
"Well it seems our job is a little easier." Salvor says as he takes the report with him, reading over it again to make sure he wasn't just seeing things. "The cannon on the southern corner is already out of commission. If things get hectic and we're running low on time, we'll be able to skip over it."
He leaves the office room, returning to the main room of the suite. Noticing that Raeksalos has adopted a uniform of some kind, he nods. "That looks like it might come in handy. Good thinking."
Zania nods. She's ready to move on, but the nobleman's words give her an idea... not one she likes much, but still, she is nothing if not pragmatic.
"Lord Daryos... if you have the power to turn people invisible it would probably be in our best interest for me to disappear... I think I stick out far more the rest of us, for my size if for no other reason. I have trained to move silently in the forest and snow, so cloaked from sight by you witchcraft I could be nearly impossible to detect by our enemies until it's too late."
She also pulls out a wand, which seems like a strange thing for a witch hunter to carry but is actually a valuable part of her arsenal for rooting out practitioners of black magic. She expends a charge to cast detect magic to determine if there are any magical items strewn about the room.
Raeksalos listens to Salvor's report about the southern cannon, "Leaving that to last makes sense. Do you know how old that report is? It may also mean a repair crew will be up there".
He wanders towards the doorway, his blaster rifle strapped to his back, he taps the stock. "Be aware that you will be forewarned of any danger that comes our way as long as you stay within 30 feet of me. I am ready to proceed once the issue of invisibility has been decided. I would normally take the lead, but in this environment perhaps I am not the best choice, and I should simply be the leaders guard". It is evident that it is taking a little effort to restrain himself from simply heading out the door and taking point himself.

As you move around the suite with the wand, nothing flares with a magical aura.
