Salvor looks down over the report again, looking for a date. "It's an unfinished report, so I presume it's recent..."He says as he continues to look. If he finds it, he relays the information to Raeksalos.
"I'm fine with remaining visible. Between the distractions Raeksalos' disguise and Lord Daryos' charm I think I can manage to remain relatively unnoticed." On the matter of taking point, he nods to the young lord in their presence. "While we're attempting to be deceptive, I think it makes sense for Daryos to be on point...He is a prospective ally of the Outer Alliance, touring the facility through which he may be soon sending shipments of weapons or supplies. And we are his personal guard?"He ends it on a question, floating the idea so they all have their stories straight should when they inevitably run into someone else.
Daryos nods at the Ember Knight's suggestion, checking himself and removing anything that would reveal his allegiance to the republic at first glance. "Raeksalos could be our local guide and escort while the Ember Knights would be my personal guard, and I might simply be myself, a defector from the republic, here to join forces with the glorious outer alliance, sounds about right?" He says quickly, looking between the others. "And you my dear will be our hidden asset when the fighting inevitably starts." He adds, looking at the masssive with hunter.
Raeksalos looks to Raia surveying her bulky armour, knowing having been with her for a few days now that it can be quite noisy. To his hearing anyway, which he is aware is more acute than mosts.
"If you are invisible, you will need to remain silent at all times. I am inclined to agree with Daryos, that you would make a fine bodyguard for him", he says offering his opinion.
The aristocrat looks to the Ember Knight to see if she agrees with the Astral Elf's reasoning. "Either way I believe it's time for us to get moving, I suggest Raeksalos takes point as our guide here." He suggests, ready to move out as soon as it is decided who will be invisible and who will not.
The aristocrat is about to explain to the witch-hunter about the harnessing of the void energy that grants him some spell-like powers, but decides it could wait, instead giving Zania a quick smile and a nod before calling upon the powers of the void. "Now, just follow us quietly and you will stay invisible for about an hour, quite sufficient time I would expect." He explains to the now invisible witch-hunter. "Shall we go?" He then says to the Astral Elf.
Raeksalos wastes no time, as soon as Zania is no longer visible, he puts an ear to the door and if he doesn't hear anyone moving about opens it enough for himself to step through and does so. He looks up and down the corridor, checking for people and trying to decide which was the quickest way to get to one of the corners of the building, based on where he knows the office is having seen the view from the window.
"Shall we proceed?", he says to the others if all is well.
Perception: 10+9 = 19 Survival (to determine which way?): 9+6=15
Zania follows the others silently as her huge frame will allow. It turns out that treading silently through luxury apartments isn't quite the same as sneaking through a forest, but she feels that she still does an admirable job in this unfamiliar environment.
As you exit the luxury suite you find yourself in a 10 foot wide hallway. The hall runs in two directions, west and north. In the west direction you see more doors lining the north side of the hall, while the southern wall is lined with tinted windows. Down the north hall you can see doors on either side of it. You can also see intersections further down that direction. Both are currently empty.
Raeksalos You haven't been in this exact building before...But as you were being bounced around in a crate, you were able to keep a pretty good sense of what direction you were going. Following that path back would have you going down the north hall, and taking some turns to lead towards the center of the structure. There you should find the lift that brought you up to this floor - which should presumably go even higher.
Raeksalos spends a moment looking down both the West and North corridors before deciding on the North one.
"I believe if we head to the centre of the building, we will find the lifts that can take us to the upper floors. From the uppermost, we should find access to the towers. The lift area is likely to be occupied, so remember to stick to your roles, and make sure we give Zania space to enter the lift and stand once inside. It is a shame we cannot take the stairs, but I do not think the stairs would be an option for Lord Daryos' tour", he says over his shoulder as he proceeds down the corridor.
"Certainly not." Lord Daryos says firmly, followed by a quick smile and a wink, then glancing back where the massive witch-hunter presumably follow them. He sincerely hoped the elevator would not hold many people already, or they would soon be in quite a pickle.
Raia follows along, flanking Lord Daryos slightly behind and on the left as she listens to the Astral Elf explains the way forward - and the risks. She remains silent however, eyes forward and focused as a personal guard would behave.
"The lift should be large enough, after all, it did fit all of those crates in there and the workers. Though if its occupied too heavily...We may want to consider finding these stairs after all."Salvor says quietly, careful to make sure no one else is around first as they walk.
((From the discussions I presume we're going with "Confidently Strutting About the Place Like We Belong", if I am wrong, we can redo this))
Your group heads down the north hall, making for the lift to take you higher. You go straight through the first intersection, and catch glimpses of a few people in either direction. They're unarmored but wearing a kind of uniform. They glance in your direction as you walk past, but as your stride through the intersection you hear no one call out or give chase.
You take a left at the next intersecting hall, and see more of the same. Tile floors, and evenly space doors on either side - presumably more apartments for some of the high level workers of the facility. You're halfway down the hall to the next north/south intersection when Raeksalos, with his acute sense(Passive Perception: 19) is able to pick up the rhythmic sound of boots marching in unison from around the corner up ahead. The bootfalls are steadily growing louder, as they seem to be approaching the same intersection as your group.
Raeksalos slows his pace as he hears the footfalls coming from around the corner, holding up a hand to indicate the others should slow as well.
"I hear people approaching around the corner, heavy boots, marching in unison", he whispers over his shoulder. "Remember that my weapon will warn us if things go really bad".
He then tries to time his stride so as not to walk into the group from around the corner, but let them get to the intersection first, and hopefully carry on past.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
The aristocrat gives the Astral Elf a quick nod but stays in character, which in his place does not require much acting skills, just being himself as he confidently strides on with his guide and his escort.
Deception if needed: 24 Another roll if advantage is given due to practically playing himself ;-) 25
Salvor slows his gait, hand instinctively going for the hilt at his belt. After Raeksalos' brief explanation he relaxes, giving a silent nod to convey his understanding. Internally, he hoped their ruse would hold up to such close scrutiny.

Raia raises her hand halfway up, "it may perhaps be best to add me to the list of hidden assets. I am not as good at subterfuge as Salvor."

Raia considers the suggestion for a moment, then nods. "That is wise. I'll remain visible."
Zania nods.
"Alright, go ahead and hit me with the witchcraft... I'm ready for it," she says a bit reluctantly.
