Mayhew levels his crossbow and takes a shot at a goblin. (which I believe he gets advantage on since he wasn't seen, but if not, just take my first roll)

If Mayhew's shot didn't hit the goblin, he'll use his bonus action on his second Healing Light, calling on the Celestials to heal 2 on himself, since he's close to going down.
If his shot hit the goblin, even if not fatally, he'll hold off using Healing Light, trusting Corban to finish the creature off.
Okay. As Corban finishes off the last goblin, a diminutive figure comes out of the woods.
Pip, having heard some sort of commotion while walking through the wilderness south of Neverwinter Wood, you rush toward the sound believing someone is in need of your assistance. You see a goliath, an Aasimar, and a yuan-ti standing over the bodies of three goblins behind some briar thickets on the east side of a stream coming out of a cave. The three appear to be about to head into the cave as you approach.
The halfling, tanned skin, with freckles along the bridge of his nose and messy short brown hair lets out a quick gasp before covering his mouth with his hand. He holds a gnarled and curved walking stick and simple buckler as his brown and green hooded clothes are tidier than his dirty hands and feet would lend you to believe. He pulls on his pack straps and trots over with a concerned look on his face.
“Oi a battle, in dis neck of the woods? No surprise it’s goblins, true mischief makers and not always the good kind. Are you all doing okay?…” he pauses as if lost in thought. “Names Pip, Pip Hazelbranch at yer service.” He says as he pokes one of the dead goblins from a slight distance.
"Hello, Pip," the tall, dark-skinned Aasimar says as he approaches, "I'm Mayhew." He smiles. "We're happy to have you join us. If these goblins are but a taste of what awaits us in that cave, we could use all the help we can get."
“And what brings ya to dis cave? Sniffing for a brawl or lookin for something? Happy to help though intentions are important.” He snickers with a smile as he peers into the cave.
