Tiberius nods in agreement. "I think it would be a good idea for us to stick together until we figure out who the heck we are." His empty stomach grumbles loudly, announcing to the world that he was running on a low tank. He adds with a shrug, "I'm also crazy hungry, so some food would be awesome as well."
As continues rummaging amongst the gear, he spots Clever Claw messing around with one of the small pouches. Not quite sure what she's doing, he watches her out of the corner of her eye as he starts gathering items, his curiosity growing. As she begins manifesting magical abilities, his jaw drops slightly in amazement. Holy crap, that's so cool! Realizing how much of an idiot he looks like staring at Clever Claw, he shuts his jaw quickly, hoping nobody noticed his amazement. His gaze falls upon one of the pouches nearby, and he quickly snatches one and begins carefully looking through it. With some excitement, he seems to recognize some off the odd materials in the pouch. I'll have to mess around with this later.
He pockets the component pouch and gathers materials that equate to an explorer's pack. He also snatches two daggers. Turning his attention back to the armor, he begins trying them one at a time, starting with the hide armor and working his way up the heaviness scale until he finds one that fits and feels best.
A look of pure joy crosses Cici's face as the magical effects come with each attempt. But she manages to reign herself in before falling down the rabbit hole. She glances over to where the others are finishing up gathering items. Seeing them grab armor. I wonder ... She puts her hand into the pouch and tries her very best to summon some magical armor for herself. She closes her eyes and lets her instincts guide her.
Rhogar grunts "Food woud be good. I wish I could remember what exactly I like to eat....Hopefully it's not Tabaxi" Rhogar says with a chuckle "I'm kidding....I think.." Rhogar unsure what made him make a joke like that wonders if his personality inately coming out the more they chat. He coughs a fake cough and changes the subject "I think gathering all of this stuff, going to a yard somewhere and testing it all out makes sense....take everything, the poor blokes who didn't want don't need it. Afterwards we could get some food....or vice versa."
As armour is tried on, you notice the couple of shields hidden behind the armour (that I most definitely did not just forget to say in the original list of equipment...).

They all seem to fit well. The chain mail being the heaviest feels like it offers you most protection, and you still feel able to swing a weapon.

You let your instincts guide you, and something comes to mind. Still without using the pouch, you speak some words, use some gestures, and feel a barrier surround you. It fades quickly, not quite as good as armour, but still better than nothing.
Cici nods in understanding, filing away the reaction. Okay, time to move on. She looks over he three others right as Rhogar mentions getting food and testing stuff out at a different location. "I would definitely be down for some food. I definitely don't remember the last time I ate." She says with a smile. "As for taking everything, I will leave that to you, besides grabbing this ..." She says grabbing a dungeoneers pack and slinging it over her shoulder. "I definitely have a lot I wish to discuss and figure out."
She pauses for a second before remembering a semblance of manners, "He was correct, I am Clever Claw, but I think I would prefer you call me Cici."
Finagling with the last strap of the chainmail, Tiberius decides he'll keep this one. He enjoyed the feeling of being armored, protected by sheets of metal and padding. Spotting the shields, he also snags one of those along with a light mace. Better to be overprepared rather than underprepared.
Tiberius frowns as he says, "I would recommend a spot to grab some grub, but I have no idea where we are. I bet that tiefling know some good spots to go." Loudly, he shouts," Mr. Devil Man, would come here for a moment please?"
"I had a poster up on the town job board asking for volunteers for a risky trial in exchange for large gold. You must have read it as you passed through as you came and knocked on my door sounding interested. I had never met you before so as far as I know, you must be from out of town."
Cici quietly listens to the conversion and at the name of the town she moves to the exit and takes a look outside. I get it. A little on the nose.
She observes Lanu at work with the crossbow and impressed with her proficiency, "You seem to have some skill with the crossbow, any of the other weapons call to you? I didn't have much luck with weapons, but check this out." With that she raises her hand and attempts to summon the lightning around her hand again.
Addressing Davril, Tiberius asks, "Does Hillview have any good places round up some grub? We're all pretty hungry."
He thinks for a minute "There is an inn on the west side of town, they often have fresh meat of some sort, or there is always the market in the town centre. You can get food to cook with yourself, maybe someone is selling cooked food, or other stalls of interest to you."
"Cool, good to know," Tiberius responds. He didn't know about the others, but he didn't feel like making his own food at the moment. The inn sounded like the place to go.
Turning to the rest of the group, he asks in an inquisitive tone, "Shall we go to the inn?"
"I don't mind starting at the Inn, but I would like to check out the marketplace after. It sounds fascinating!" Cici says brightly in answer to Tiberius. "And it would be nice to go as group as I only know the three of you, it would be terribly lonely otherwise."
Rhogar nods and stoically adds "Hillview and from out of town....What about the rest of them? Do you know any of them? Seen any of them? The inn...Yes that sounds like a good idea."
"Alright then, let's get to it. I'm starving!" Without taking a look back, Tiberius squares his shoulders and steps out the door. He takes deep breath of the outdoor air and exults in the feeling of sunshine beaming down upon him. A smile steals across his face as he looks around him. Waiting for everyone else to step out, he begins confidently walking through town in search of the inn.

"Mr. Devil man"
Lanu laughs at the name Tiberius uses. Shes not sure why, but she thinks she will enjoy traveling with this group for a while.
"While you ask the Devil Man for a place to eat, I think im going to get some freah air, after all who knows how long we have been inside"
Lanu heads outside and plays around with the light crossbow, seeing if she is any good with it.
The tiefling returns, "My name is pronounced Davril, not that you would probably remember that. How can I help?"
Lanu, you are pretty decent with the crossbow. You hit the majority of targets you aimed at without issue.

Davril....Rhogar thinks to himself....Does this name mean anything to him he wonders "Davril, I wonder if you could help me, how did we meet?"

Rhogar nods his head "And the name of this town is?"
"Hillview. You can probably guess why, the founder wasn't very creative" ,
Sure enough, Lanu from outside, you can see 3 large hills around you in different directions.

He isn't too impressed by the name of the town. How on earth had he ended up here?

"Yeah these short swords, they are kinda awkward to swing at the same time, but not bad when swinging them one at a time."
Lanu watches Cici, with a mix of excitement and wonder
"Wow thats so cool"
