Engulfed in darkness, Yasmina uses the powers of her sapphire ring to unleash a thunderous blast towards the shape-shifter.
Thunderwave Thunder: 10 Con save 15 for half
Furious over the darkness and then being restrained by some unseen magic, Lord Amir roars as he too unleashes a thunderous blast towards the shape-shifter.
Concentration save: 7... the darkness fades away and you can all see again.
Since another effect of thunderwave is that it pushes its target away, he is shoved right up against the back wall of the room. The sound of the two spells rocks the entire ship...
Duwamilly was ready to capture Firion's agent when he came out, but as soon as she sees that the magical darkness disperses and that the agent, struck by Cal, suddenly becomes unnaturally still, as if he were a statue, she thinks that after all, even catching it in the cabin is fine... Just one detail remains... That thick network of giant cobwebs that infests the room...
"Godrick, honey, would you stop concentrating to maintain these cobwebs, please?" the ex-Preceptor asks the dragonborn who, like her, is still outside the room, while she extracts a rope from her backpack "So that I can go in and tie up the prisoner without getting stuck. As you can see, the spy is not going anywhere... our dear Cal convinced him to stop by us!"
And as soon as the cobwebs disappear, the gnome cleric enters, places the Sending Stone nearby (Firion's agent still has it, I assume) and, as she begins to tie up the prisoner, she tries to speak in the direction of the stone: "Hey, Firion, you naughty boy! Is that you by any chance? Can we talk for a moment?"
[[ OOC: If the Sending Stone is not there, priority is to secure the prisoner, of course - the eventual talk can wait ]]

From the comment by the ex-preceptor, both Yasmina and her master realizes it was the gold dragonborn that restrained the djinni with his magic. The red-haired Half-Elf simply shakes her head while Lord Amir struggles to not let his temper get the better of him, ending up with giving the dragonborn a cold glare, leaving no doubt about that he will not restrain himself if something similar happens again.
As the shape-shifter is secured and restrained, Yasmina steps closer to have a word with him. "Just relax now, we won't harm you as long as you cooperate. We know you are a shape-shifter that works for Firion. You might be able to slither out of your restraints but then we will make sure you regret it." She says, glancing up at the mighty djinni who would gladly take his anger out on the captive. "Now, tell us all you know about Firion, his minions, his plans and his location and we will make sure Cal here will not let his cursed rod take your soul, that is a fate I would not wish on anyone." She says, seeming quite sincere in this.
Intimidation: 12 Another roll if help action can be given by Lord Amir or anyone else: 26 Guidance if Milly assists with that: 2
Meanwhile Lord Amir uses Detect magic and Detect evil on the shape-shifter.
"You have items that my master may need," he says. "I cannot say more than that."
Yasmina:
Lord Amir doesn't detect anything strange about the man by means of detect evil and good. So you can safely assume that the shapeshifting ability is a natural trait that the man possesses. However, detect magic reveals that the man is wearing enchanted armor (presumably glamoured studded leather to help with infiltration and provide some protection). Lord Amir also realizes that some kind of spell on him, which appears to be from the school of Enchantment, which is likely why even the stellar attempt at Intimidation was insufficient to make him talk...

There, the locals should understand if he is a good person (perhaps forced by magic to do certain things) or an evil one. If he is good, the most powerful of them might be able to free him from the spell - and he should be somewhat grateful to us. If he's evil... well, then we probably shouldn't have to worry about him anymore. Either way, our spy problem should be resolved. Do you wish to try?"
"We could just sew him into a sack and dump him overboard. We don't want to risk him getting loose between here and there," Delvindra offers nonchalantly.
“Yes, Delvindra, honey, we could…” Duwamilly concedes “…but if the poor guy was operating under magical compulsion, your solution would become unjustified murder”.
"Lord Amir has revealed to us that the prisoner is affected by a spell" Duwamilly simply reminds the tiefling monk. "Perhaps Godrick or Wyvern will be able to tell us exactly which one... I know that there are magics that allow you to identify other magics..."

Uuuuh. Hate to mention this now, but Web isn't a concentration spell. It's a 1 action cast, with a 1 hour duration.
"Hey you, better put your ring back on."Yasmina says softly to the Tiefling, laying a calming hand on her shoulder, giving her a slightly worried glance over her suggestion.
Assuming the ring is put back on the red-haired Half-Elf proceeds to unstrap the magical armour, putting it aside for now. "You won't need it anymore."She says with a smirk to the shape-shifter. "Now, what should we do with you then? Eventually that spell will wear off and then we can have another talk."She muses as she walks around the captive like a predator around it's prey.

Is he prone from the attack?
From the thunderwave? No, he was just pushed back a bit.

(Got it, just checking.)
Cal comes down with his war axe
Attack: 18
Damage: 9
Paralyzing if hits: DC 17 Strength
Well... you got him and now he's paralyzed. I guess Milly is free to finish him off now.
