As the Dragonborn comes lurching into the meeting, Yasmina takes a step back, giving him and the others a worried look as Godrick threatens to blow up the ship. As the Dragonborn disappears she draws a breath of relief, giving Delvindra a grateful nod for saving the ship and it's crew. She watches with some confusion as the otherwise quite talkative ex-preceptor leaves instead of explaining the situation to Captain Fox, but seeing only she and Delvindra are left, Yasmina steps up and responds to the captain.
"I admit I'm not exactly sure what happened here, but Milly called a meeting and then Godrick turned up and said that his cousin had been taken by a witch, and then he threatened to destroy the ship unless we agreed to do what he said, and then he disappeared, that's about it. In the end I think you have two less passengers to worry about Captain Fox and no one that will threaten to blow up your ship." The red-haired Half-Elf calmly explains to Captain Fox with a polite smile. "Don't touch that staff though until we have figured out a safe way to handle it." She adds with a firm tone.
The Captain looks down at the staff for a moment, then at Yasmina and Delvindra. He scrutinizes the two of you intently, then sighs.
"At this rate, with all the trouble you lot have caused in less than two days, I should give you one of the lifeboats and a paddle before you bring any more madness down upon my ship and crew," he says.
He pauses a moment to make sure that you understand how unhappy he is with the news that one of your party tried to blow up the ship and another apparently just committed a murder.
"But I swore on my honor to take you to the Shaded Isle, and I never go back on my word. Still, if we have one more incident, then the lot of you can join the spy in the brig for the remainder of the journey. Do I make myself clear?"
The Captain sighs when Yasmina leaves, but doesn't say anything else. He seems more-or-less satisfied that he's made his point. He gives one last warning look at Delvindra and Cal then turns to leave.
Millie, I think everyone else has said what they needed to if you want to talk to the Captain.

Duwamilly approaches the captain: "Hi Fox, sorry to bother you, I know it might not seem a good time... but I'm afraid it could be important. Can we speak a moment in private? I promise it will not take long".
“You can call me Duwamilly, Fox!” the ex-Preceptor forces herself to smile at him "We are all in danger... perhaps we can save ourselves the formalities. I'll get straight to the point: the spy. His attitude, his expression... give the impression that he is aware of some terrible secret - however, as we have already explained to you, he is subject to a powerful spell, so it is impossible to make him reveal what he fears or knows. In my opinion, however, it is logical to expect that he fears an initiative from the one who sent him... that overpowered scamp Firion - who is the usurper of a kingdom, a wizard of incredible power and completely unscrupulous".
"Considering that Firion managed to have poor Rupert replaced even though we chose you only at the last moment," the gnome cleric continues the reasoning "it is clear that that scoundrel is full of resources. Probably, if he knows the route that the ship is following, he might have organized something... I don't know what dangers there are in these waters, you know that better... Pirates? Sea monsters? If there is something like that and Firion knows what route we are following, he might have way to unleash them on us... or, failing anything else, maybe to visit us himself. Now, what I want you to think about, Fox, is: does the spy know what route you have planned? Or could he have guessed it? Because, you know, the spy had a magical device to communicate with Firion... If the spy knew the planned route, now we have to assume that the powerful pest knows it too!"
"And if so..." Planerunner concludes "would you be able to find an alternative route (even if maybe not much longer)? So that we don't encounter... whatever that bad guy Firion may has planned for us to encounter? Or, of course, if what I'm hypothesizing doesn't seem plausible to you, just tell me... You are the navigation expert, after all."
"I can't say that I am thrilled to hear that, but I am not surprised either," He replies tiredly. "I can re-route our journey a bit. It will take a day longer, but should keep us relatively safe from whatever your enemy has planned for you."
He stops and thinks for a moment, then he adds:
"I will also order a top-to-bottom search of the ship. It wouldn't surprise me in the least if that bastard left some unpleasant 'gift' for you all before he was exposed."

"Way to go, Fox!" Duwamilly approves "Better be safe than sorry! They don't call you 'Fox' for nothing, huh?" she winks "You're quite the smart one..."
The ex-Preceptor then gives him a more serious and empathetic look with her brown eyes: "I'm sorry that you got involved in this situation, you know? It wouldn't surprise me if you told me that the kids and I are the most dangerous 'load' you've ever transported... And it wouldn't surprise me if Charlie, in order to get you to accept it, had omitted to give you a clear picture of the risks you would have run. It really does you credit" she bravely bows her head as a sign of respect - getting that some unruly honey-colored locks fall in her face "that you are keeping your word rather than put us in a lifeboat with a paddle and call it a day. If in the future I can, I will do everything to help you".
"Surely, at the very least" the gnome cleric decides on the spot "I will pass the word on to Garl Glittergold's church... If you ever decide to address one of our temples, you will surely be listened to, cheered up... and, if only possible, helped".
"Well, I won't take up any more of your time Fox..." Duwamilly smiles as she takes her leave "You certainly have a lot to do" and, a little more serene, she returns to the deck.
Noticing that no one has dreamed of picking up Wyvern's Staff, Planerunner sighs: "We certainly can't leave an object that dangerous and powerful lying on the deck..." and she picks it up herself "I don't think I can attune myself to it even if I wanted to - and I don't want to, for sure - but someone has to carry this kind of magic-imbued pole... Maybe I could practice pole vaulting with it..."
Feeling a bit lost and alone, Didi wanders up to the deck and stares off into the ocean. Wether she's lost in thought or hoping to spot a flash of golden scales is anyone's guess...
Eventually she'll make her way back to the ship's hold, where her things still remain from the previous evening. Climbing into her bedroll, she falls into a fitful sleep.
After walking off a bit of frustration on the foredeck, Yasmina would eventually seek out Delvindra, trying to comfort her, then later coming to rest by the Tiefling's side.
When Duwamilly sees Fox organizing the 'top-to-bottom search of the ship' (she does see this, doesn't she?), it occurs to her that contributing may be in everyone's interest...
The ex-Preceptor therefore offers her help (she can offer support to those who seek, by casting every now and then Guidance, and she can perceive emanations of magic, by ritual-casting Detect Magic repeatedly). If Fox agrees to let her and maybe the other Accursed help, she'll pass the word on to the kids too... such a diverse group could undoubtedly find different ways to help with the task - and collaborating on something together could help everyone distract themselves from recent troublesome events.

Shaken from her torpor by the Preceptor, Delvindra participates in the search of the ship as well, although she has terribly little to offer beyond a pair of eyes and a distracted mind.
(Investigation 7, add 1 if it should have been perception instead.)
[[ OOC: @groverbloom: Lol! Sometimes, a pair of eyes and a nat 20 might just be what one needs... 😉 Plus remember you can add 1d4 on top of it because of Guidance - Duwamilly was using that cantrip to help 'those who search', so, if Delvindra is searching, she gets this help. ]]

Cal will sit silently still thinking about all that has happened and he realizes he is truly out of his depth with everything.

"yes," Didi answers, her head hanging contritely as she puts her ring back on.
Not in the mood for being scolded over things she had nothing to do with, Yasmina simply turns and leaves.

The Captain sighs tiredly, but nods and beckons to Milly to follow him to his office.
"Alright, now what can I do for you, madam?" he asks, doing his best to smile but it is clear his heart isn't in it.

"I didn't mean to. Honestly."
The Captain nods.
