Does Fazil wish to head to the refugee camp? If so I can PM you heading along as he'd be going alone. (Unless his party follows to the Falling Fire Refugee camp of course.)
(OOC: I can just do an investigation check for a summary.)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
"Karin, if you don't mind..." Dabbert says, trying to wrestle control of the situation for a moment. "We've had a long day and a long trip to get here. I uh...understand your position on my friend here showing his face, and I leave that for the two of you to resolve. In the meantime, though, do you think we might have some privacy? There is a matter this team needs to discuss, and he is a part of this team. Before he goes, if that uh...is what he's doing, I'd like to have a word. We've had plenty of distractions already."
Dabbert looks around to see who or what may be nearby listening and watching as well.
Karin looks to Sinak and his recent spell and than to Dabbert asking for privacy before Fazil reveals his face. It's clear alarm bells are going off in the womans eyes but she nods giving them a moment. As Dabbert looks around it seems Sinak has caught plenty of prying ears and eyes with his somatic and verbal casting of guidance not the entire bar is looking but many are looking to them and to Karin curiously.
OOC The camp is a bit more than one investigation check if he was seen he would be approached.
Unless ya wanna roll stealth as well to make it a quick investigation.
Thuribula takes her seat at the table with the others. As Dabbert is clearly waiting for all of the group to assemble, she busies herself with a downcast gaze and a quiet murmuring of prayers, her hands folded in her lap. She is suddenly distracted from her reverie when Sinak begins to quite obviously cast a spell before attempting to haggle with Karin.
Although Karin brushes it off with a laugh, Thuribula speaks sharply to Sinak as the eyes of the entire establishment become drawn to their table. "A handy skill in magic is one thing, but you must remember that it is still tightly regulated here. Did you wish to gain the attention of everyone in the bar?" She smiles ironically, with a glance over her shoulder to observe the case that this is what has happened.
Then she turns back to Sinak with a frown. "But if you mean to use your arts to take advantage of others for your own gain, you and I will need to have words before we may work together."
Fazil's reluctance, again, to show his face, and wanting to check out the hospitality of the Falling Fire before having to show his face bothers her on a visceral level, but she keeps her eyes off of the hooded mage this time. Mages are inscrutable figures, but I can imagine the treatment they've had in society that may contribute to their insularity. It's not easy to be taken from your parents at a young age, and have to struggle to understand powers within yourself that those around you will likely never accept. Thuribula still feels the quiet well of Divine magic within herself, knowing that it sets her apart, now. But my being set apart is for a purpose, a purpose that if I did not choose the details of it myself, I consented to it, willingly and unreservedly. I was not a child beset by strange powers. Elves, on the other hand, she has no understanding of whatsoever. Sometimes it seems as though they view shorter-lived races as fodder for their own gain and amusement, or just to be ignored entirely.
Thuribula looks apologetically at Karin. I feel ashamed of the company I'm in. Out of place. Horrified that someone I'm sitting at table with has the gall to try and magically manipulate this woman. Yet I'm here for a reason. What can I learn from this? What can I do? Thuribula offers the woman a smile, figuring her station as Flamekeeper will be obviously from her white robe and decoration with holy symbols. "I've no coin for a meal, ma'am, but I've a blessing for you regardless." And she draws the holy sigil of the Sacred Flame over herself, murmurs a prayer, and lightly touches Karin on the arm.
Thuribula nods in greeting to Maggwyn as she arrives, and turns her attention to Dabbert after Karin leaves, to hear out his idea and see if it's possible to make a plan with the group.

(OOC: If that's the case. If the party is clear on their choices is staying here, then forget about the rolls and I will have Fazil show his face. If not, then use the rolls.)
Dabbert sighs as he looks around the room and listens to the exchanges, but tries to otherwise hide his assessment of the situation.
"We are uh...being watched." He says gently, lowering his voice and trying to keep his words at the table. "It seems our uh...arcane discretions have drawn a little too much attention for comfort. I'll keep my thoughts to myself for now. We'll simply have to find somewhere else to talk about them once we've had something to eat.
It seems that we're the clear outsiders here and the folken are more attuned to what we're doing, so it would be in our best interest to keep a low profile for now."
He takes a drink and looks around, keeping an eye on everyone else in the room, making sure to make eye contact with every single person looking his way.
"I have no preference for where we stay tonight, but perhaps this conversation would be better behind closed doors, or uh...at the camp or somewhere...else. Apologies for trying to rush the talk. I just don't like the way we're being looked at."
He makes absolutely no attempt to hide this last line.
Sinak has an iron look in his eye as he slams his hand down on the table and removes the two gold pieces, putting them back in his pocket, He looks dead in the eye at Thuribula, saying “Please, don’t let me horrify you. I’m sure that your “magic” is perfectly appropriate - as you judge. That’s really it, isn’t it? You wish to be the one to judge everyone, right? Magic, but only according to your rules? You’ll have “words” with me, eh? Fine. I really don’t want to stay here any longer.” He stands and says “Everyone, rules only as Thuribula deems appropriate. Everyone else is absolutely wrong and lesser than her. Please, forgive me, madam..” He makes a mock bow. To Karin, he says “Apparently I have offended thee madam and so my gold is apparently not good enough to be used in your fine establishment. Perhaps we should go elsewhere.” He turns to Fazil, saying “You want to get out of here with me? I get a feeling that we are not welcome… apparently from our own traveling companions who favor strangers instead.” He stands and turns to walk out of the Bark and Buzzard.

Fazil looks at Sinak, then at everyone else and got up and left as well.
Having just joined the group as something was apparently going on, the tiefling is quite taken aback by Thuribula's sharp words, but then Sinak's outburst? She leans over to Dabbert, the one person she actually knows and asks, "What the hell just happened? What is going on here?" She watches Fazil and Sinak leave the bar, then turns back to the remainders.
Once filled in, she shrugs, "Their loss. Have you heard about the race for some delirium in the morning? I don't know about you guys, but I'm game."
"I uh...did, actually." Dabbert replies, then shrugs. "I was actually about to broach the topic, though with a little more discretion, but I see little point now. I doubt everyone feels about it the same way I do, and I was hoping to have a group conversation but... What do you do?"
He doesn't stick around long after that. Seeing no further need to try to negotiate this mess, he makes sure has paid for his meal and drink, gets a room, and calls it a night.
OOC I wanted to make sure on something before I post.
Was Thuribula thinking the horrified aspect? The lighter italics is her thoughts and the bolds are her spoken words? If so I almost misunderstood as well but if it's all spoken than that is okay as well.
Though Sinak may still choose to leave it could change his opinion on Thuribula or not.
Also I take it that Fazil and Sinak are heading to the Falling Fire camp for sure than as well? I just wanted to make sure on all of this before posting.
Edit: I see the bold part was probably said out loud to him on his verbal casting in haggling. But the horrified part seems like inner monologue but correct me if I am wrong.
OOC Should I wait for Sinak to fix his part to respond only to Thuribula's outer thoughts? Or do you want me to post?
I can't post Sinak and Fazil's destination or PM them till I know it of course. But I could post responding to what I can for now. It's up to you all ^^

Karin crosses her arms as Sinak waves his hands with a few magic words while casting guidance.
"Magic to beguile me charms eh? Ahh, with Eren I'll trust it was harmless but be careful doing that in conversations friend. Also he had given you all promotion.. All except the hooded mageborn. I decided to be a bit nicer by giving him a chance to stay here just have to see his face later is all. Only 2 silver for an ember ale you got it! And 2 gold for the room thank you."
Sinak acknowledges Karin, saying “Just wanted to put my best foot forward. Used a little of this and that to help this one (pointing to Fazil) on the stage. Thought it might help me here too, your prices are steep..”. Then the lecture begins….
“You’ll have words with me? Really?” Sinak stands, saying to Thuribula, “And I’m sure that you never use magic for your _own_ gain, do you. All have been judged and fallen short of Thuribula’s glory, apparently. It seems that your casting of guidance is not a problem. Because it is by your rules. Your perfect, holier than thou, rules. You didn’t worry about what attention that would bring, did you? I’m starting to wonder if we should work together…” Sinak has a look of anger on his face, then he turns to Fazil, saying quietly “Your call Fazil. If you don’’t want to stay here, or show your face, I’m with you. We can find somewhere else. It is up to you, and I’ll back you whichever way…”
The tension that had been building over the past few days that Sinak and Thuribula had traveled together has finally come to a storm.
The Flamekeeper raises her eyebrows, but replies mildly, "They are not my rules, Sinak, but the rules of the Church of the Sacred Flame, to which I have vowed my life and my service. To use any power for one's own gain at the expense of another violates several ethical edicts of the Church. Rather, one is bound to observe justice in regard to others--to give to them what is owed, whether that be a fair price, respect of their property rights and good name, or even simply the honest and considerate treatment that one would hope for oneself from others. To deceive, beguile, or intimidate others for one's own gain, and not with respect to their good, is condemned by the ethos of the Church. These are my words, and as I am bound, I cannot cooperate with such behavior for my own good or convenience. If we are unable to agree on a conduct of behavior while we work together, it is, perhaps, better that we do not work together, for we can have no common goal."
"And, forgive me, the matter of attention is not truly what is at stake here. I have done magic but twice in my life, and that today... for I had no such gift prior to my visit to Saint Arwenna. But this is a Divine gift, never for my own gain, but always for the edification and salvation of others. What the source of your power is I do not know, but I know well the history of our world, and the horrors wrought by the sorceror-kings of old. There is reason why the Edicts of Lumen are in place today, to prevent such terrible misuse of arcane power. Yet magic is like any other power---it is colored by the heart and the motives of those who wield it. I am not here for my own gain, Sinak. Yet many a time have I found, that in caring for the good of others first, they are ably moved to meet my mortal needs as well, and this concourse between people is wholly blessed by the Divine Light, who gives us the Hearth, the Lantern, the Torch, the Candle, so that we may guide and succor one another. If you think you stand to gain by setting yourself in any way against the good of other people, you and I will have conflicts. We must be honest about this."
Thuribula looks at Dabbert. "I think that is, in fact, what we have all come here to discuss... if we may, and if we even want, to work together in a common goal in Drakkenheim."
"If I suddenly die from assassins, I'm going to haunt everyone here and figure a way to make your life tragic." He takes his hood off, revealing an ordinary face. He has short, spiky black hair; however, what one should pay attention to is his eyes, swirling with arcane energy that looks like it is about to leak out from his eyeballs.
Then, as quick as possible, Fazil pulls his hood back up. One can sense him very tense now and hostile to nearly everyone around him.
Maggwyn sits back and observes Sinak and Thuribula in their heated argument. She doesn't engage at all, but at one point leans over to Dabbert (assuming he is still there), "I'm glad I can't do magic." with some mirth in her voice.
When Fazil takes off his hood, she leans in close to him, a flirtatious smile on the tiefling's lips, "Well hello there handsome, you really shouldn't cover up that face. But ooh.. those eyes, I can get lost in those."
